The management and staff at Diamond Archery are top notch. Their customer service is like none other and they will take care of you well after your purchase. I have seen over the years how they support each customer that walks in. You will always feel welcome when you enter, and when you leave satisfied. I have been going there for over 10 years now and I can say that I would not go to any other competitor. The support and knowledge they give is greater than any big box store. Their knowledge of archery is by far the best around South-Central Kansas. Ive been a customer of Diamond Archery since they opened on the West side of Wichita and have been bow hunting for 30+years. Ive always received great service and excellent advice from their great staff. The years are creeping up on me now @67. I still enjoy archery hunting, but unable to draw the bow weight I used to....NEVER FEAR! Diamond Archery was able to get me into a lighter poundage (but equally, if not more accurate) Hoyt bow. Drove an hour and 30 minutes prepared to buy a new bow, employees wasn’t rude but he wasn’t very helpful Either felt like I was bothering him. I know I’m fairly young and probably look like I won’t be buying anything but I was fully prepared to buy a new Mathews or Hoyt.

Just went in to get my son his first bow for his birthday. The staff there was great and we were there for over an hour and half. He helped us every step of the way and let my son try out his new bow. After each try and talking to my son the gentleman helping us adjusted the bow and coached my son until he was hitting the target regularly. This is a first class establishment!

I have bought two bows from Diamond. Each time they have provided great customer service and knowledge. First bow I bought I had little to no knowledge about archery and learned a great deal by coming here. I definitely would recommend going here if you want your equipment properly taken care of. They helped me install my new sight, and get sighted in within 15 minutes. Great place!

Came from out of town on a visit and had not shot my bow in three years. Staff was very helpful and 12$ to shoot all day is awesome. Dialed in the bow on their range, picked up a couple of small items I needed as I did and had a great time. Hope to come back and shoot again when we visit Wichita.

Wont be back. Highly suggest everyone to find somewhere else to go. Drove 2 hours to bring a bow here to have it worked on. And was told it would be 3 weeks, go to pick it up and all they did was restring it for $145.00 and wouldnt even allow to test it for myself, they shot it and said well it shoots. Worst experience ever!!!

Best bow shop hands down. Went in shopping for a used bow and usually shops frown at a new to me buyer but Blake went above and beyond to set me up with a sweet used Hoyt! They took care of all my questions and needs that I had. Blake even brought over a bow and some arrows for my 4 year old to shoot, made his day. This place is awesome - incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I just started learning to shoot last month and theyve been so much help. Bought my own equipment from them and had assistance in finding the bow right for me. They say it themselves, theyll shoot ya straight.

I was a beginning archer/bowhunter a couple of years ago, and the guys at the shop patiently answered the dozens of questions I fired at them in my effort to learn more. They set me up with my first bow, and built a new string for me in my second season. The techno-shooting is a blast, and theyve got a lot of great archery and hunting gear for sale.

Competitive pricing and very knowledgeable staff. You absolutely cant go wrong shopping here if you are a veteran or new to the sport. Everyone there was super helpful and nice while getting me started. They showed me how to take my bow down and use my stringer and even how to shoot.

Fletching arrows takes 10 minutes they said they would have it done in a few days, while they were clearly not busy. Also wouldn’t adjust my peep sight for me.

I went in today to get a new bow. Being out of shooting bows for over 20 years I was nervous about all the new gadgetry and how advanced the bows was. Blake stepped up and set up several for me to shoot. Gently guided me into the one I liked, set it up and walked out of there shooting groups I didnt even know I could do.Theres no reason to go anywhere else for bow/supplies.

I can’t say enough good things about Blake and his team! You will not find more archery/bow hunting knowledge under one roof. No matter how far I move(5 hours one way) I will continue to make the trip for all of my bow hunting needs. P.S. I love my new bow case!

My (adult) daughter and I hadnt seen each other for more than 48hrs in the past 10 months. She was in Wichita for work, so I flew in from the east coast to see her. We had some down time, so I looked for a fun activity for my daughter and I to do together. We got archery lessons from Mike at Diamond Archery, shot at stationary targets, then did Techno-hunt. Within minutes into our lesson, our accuracy improved tremendously. We had such a good time, we went back again 2 days later and did it all again. Mike was incredibly accommodating to our schedule and very helpful on both visits. Id give 6 stars to Mike and the experience if I could!!

Blake was outstanding & helped this inexperienced person to crossbow learn good fundamentals and sight bow. Made me feel very comfortable and looking to buy membership. The more you do the better you get! I would highly recommend Diamond Archery for ALL of a persons needs when it comes to Archery.

$12 you can shoot all day long. Choose between video Archery ( Techno hunt) or regular archery. They also have outside targets of animals if you wanna go outside to shoot cool plays good prices

My child attended one of the Archery week long camps this last month. I thought after paying 100$ that this Archery camp would involve working on form and accuracy and other components. After the week ended and we asked our child what they had learned the answer was nothing new. My husband and I both shoot Archery quite a bit, I think that we could have done the same thing at home other than the techno hunting. I am giving 3 stars because she did have fun and enjoyed the other kids. I just really wish a little more instruction would have been involved with the price we paid.

This place is one of the friendliest and welcoming archery places Ive been to from Virginia to Texas.The range is amazing and the community solid, offering a VR range, normal and 3D.I made friends my first day and intend on coming back for their fun and playful archery combat (like paintball!)Good times!

Pretty cool place for archery. The guy that hooked us up was super helpful. Highly recommend. Just a heads up, if like me you have double jointed elbiws, wear a thick shirt ot jacket. The reverb from the bow is agony and the little pads they offer are too small and catch. We were shooting for 2 hours, so probs not an issues for most people or those that are not double jointed with an elbow that folds in too far. My friend had no probs at all.

These guys are AWESOME. They absolutely saved an elk hunt for me. I had a problem with my bow the afternoon before I was to leave on my hunt. They stayed late to get me set up and were super nice about it. Trip SAVED!

We showed up with gift certificates to shoot. They were very busy and seemed slightly perturbed that we needed rental gear and once we got it they left us to our own. No real instruction or help. When we were about to leave an employee came and spoke with us, asking how it was, and also let us know about beginners classes. Overall a good visit though. Will probably come back.

Was having problems with sting stretch causing lost poundage and my broadhead not clearing the riser. Blake fixed me up with the top hat kit and a new set of strings and cables fixing both issues. Thanks for all of the help!

Nice facility, with lots of ranges. Helpful staff.Only caution is, do not ask to open package to try on any of the gear. I tried a wrist release, and immediately knew it was uncomfortable. I was in the store and hadnt even used it yet, but being that the package was opened, I had to buy it.I would have given it 5 stars, but disappointed in the customer service with this incident.

I have been shooting bows for 35 years. The last 12-14 with diamond, when they were off Harry it was a fantastic place, we even had yearly memberships. Now that they have moved near Greenwich they have serious attitude problems. I bought my girlfriend a bow and wanted to paper tune and then shoot and use the simulator for a couple hours. Spend a solid 50-80$ The clerk on duty declined to allow us to use the range and told us we would have to leave the bow for a week to allow them to paper tune it themselves. We left and wont return. Apparently they have become pretentious d bags that dont need the customers that made them in the first place.So your saying only your PROS are capable of paper tuning a bow? You wont let us paper tune our on bows? Maybe you should change your name to ARCHERY GODS OF WICHITA? Your guys are saying and answering as if they cant or wont allow us to take up more than 10 secs of their time. Dont make believe that your sales arent suffering from this kind of attitude. I know its isnt the first youve heard this. If you do nothing its not gonna be the last.

Is there an archery retail store in this town that has any competent techs? Cabelas...NO. Diamond.... Not even close. Purchased a brand new bow from these guys, and had to listen to them tell their stories of how great they were, and how knowledgeable they were (in THEIR minds). Anything and everything I commented on....well, they were not to be questioned or outsmarted under any circumstance! After all, theyre the pros. Pure, unrestrained arrogance. The assembly guy practically ruined my new $1000 bow, and then the manager identified it as a mistake. Their only job - Bow Assembly. Geeeze!
