This is may be the second or third time Ive stopped here after work. The elderly lady thats always behind the counter is nice and things are pretty easy to find..but I wont be back after today.I wanted to try the multi grain mix they carry and ended up having to toss the entire bag less than 5 minutes after cutting it open...because there were bugs (grubs? worms?) trying to make their way out of the mix after I dumped it in to a storage container. Come to find out, there are holes in the bag AND dead bug carcasses in the folds of the bag it self..see the photos accompanying this review. Super bummed I threw away $10 too. :(I recommend thoroughly checking your food items from here (maybe even the expiration date as well?) as I also saw frozen dumplings with small holes in the bag. (Yes, I know...I shouldve checked the grains before buying them after seeing this)Will be sticking to Grace Korean Market from now on.
Good selection. Decent prices.
If you need anything for genuine korean food this is the place to go!
Such wonderful help! And great stuff that weve always wanted to try, but could never find.
We were able to obtain the product, although we were not sure of the name. They were very helpful!
I found everything I was looking for today to ferment my first ever batch of kimchi. The (assumed) owner was enjoyable to talk to and even gave me a few tips for my experiment. I’ll definitely be back to restock, or to share the experience with a friend. Great Korean selection!
Great selection on everyday Korean products. The staff is very sweet and helpful. The store is very clean. Love it!
Cute little Asian store. Lots of unique items I dont see at other Asian stores.
Love this place ..lady is always awesome..only place I buy kimchi.
My korean mom goes here for all her korean cooking needs. She makes the best kimchi. But if she has to buy kimchi, then this place is the only place she will buy kimchi from. She says the lady that makes it does here does a very good job, its fresh and has plenty available. Its not chinese kimchi...yuk!
Very nice an clean store, the owners were very helpful. Fantastic kimchi ❤❤❤❤ 10 out of 10 would recommend. But keep in mind they are a small store.
Very sweet and helpful lady in the store. Although small, theres a variety of items to choose from. And she makes homemade korean dishes, all of which I will have to try. Will definitely be going back often.
Good selection of Korean cooking ingredients.
It is a small store and doesnt have much stuff to choose from. They probably sell some homemade items but thats just a guess.
Smallish market, but good selection of food items.
A wide variety of home made kimchi. I plan trips there to get the cucumber kimchi.
Has a large variety of foods. Organized and clean. The woman running the store makes amazing Kimchi and she is very sweet.
Small But Authentic Has cooking tools foods drinks sauses and more! I bought 2 drinks called 맥콜 and a bag of 녹차(green tea) candy for under $5
Clean and organized. The owner makes fresh kimchi of many varieties daily. If you never had fresh kimchi, this would be the place to try it.This place has the essentials of korean cooking not found at other asian markets in the surrounding area. It also has an ok selection of Japanese items. My only gripe is that a few of the items are not properly labeled with pricetags.
Products are ok but they are not honest with their price.... Maybe thats why they dont have price tags on their items...
Great homemade kimchi! This little store specializes in ingredients for Korean and Japanese cuisine, and the owner is sweet and helpful.
I have been going to this place all my life and it used to be my favorite Korean market in town. However, the owner of this place changed a while ago and while she is still very nice and friendly, she keeps selling my family spoiled/old food. It would be fine it was just a one-time mistake but this has happened on a number of occasions. We have gotten spoiled octopus, moldy bread, and various other old side dishes from her because she keeps suggesting we buy it when we come in (most likely because it is about to expire). We have come in before to tell her that what she sold us was spoiled and she denies it and does not do anything for us in return. It is unfortunate but because of this bad service, we have grown to dislike this place. I still vouch for the store (the items sold are authentic and delicious) but if she suggests you buy something, I would advise turning down the offer.
Good selection of Asian food. Very friendly owner.
The owner is always super friendly. She makes the best squid kimchi other kimchi dishes are good too. She used to make great bibimbap but she cant make them anymore, which is too bad. We come here for homemade Korean side dishes.
They have stuff you cany6 get anywhere else
Like a regular grocery store of Korean food.
