Okay, not great. If youre standing at the counter and have already begun dealing with someone, no matter how many calls come in or how long those conversations last, the person on the phone takes precedent. You could, as I have been, literally in the process of paying and have a finger raised to you while they chat away with someone on the phone thats playing what if on some aftermarket parts. Ridiculous. The prices are high and the service is low. The only thing they have going for them at all so far as I can tell is they often have the parts in stock, though not always. The service is an entirely different can of worms. Dont recommend that at all. If NEED something right this minute and are willing to be ignored, disrespected and overcharged to get it, ok. Just install it yourself.
Ray in service was amazing!I had called to inquire about their carts but they wereunable to take my call because they were with a customer. I for one appreciated that they did not leave that customer to answer my call. Nothing ticks me off more than to be standing in front of salesman and they take a call. I did not leave my number because I could call back. To my surprise they returned my call anyway. I had just closed a deal so I did not buy from them but Ray took the time to educate me on electric golf carts since this is my first. Kansas Golf and Turf will be my go to for mantinance and repairs. Thank you so much Ray.

Have to give a HUGE shoutout to Abe. He was amazing to work with. I was really picky and indecisive on what cart I wanted and the price range I wanted to be around. He was very patient with me and not pushy! He built me a cart to exactly how I wanted it and made it work with my price range. HIGHLY recommend working with him!

I ordered a club cover cabana. The hardware was not included and there was no instructions. It would not fit my cart so I returned it. I paid $57 shipping to return it. Then when I got my credit I was shorted $84 for a “restocking fee”. When I questioned it, they responded by saying the 20% fee was in the language (somewhere) when I ordered it on Amazon. Buyers beware.
Apparently you have to be a big company or spend a lot in their store to be taken care of in a timely manner. If you’re an individual good luck getting prompt service.
Took in an old electric EZGO marathon to be fixed. They recommended a very expensive 12 service and inspection. I declined that portion and just wanted the cart to run. It was a pretty old cart and was not worth putting a bunch of money in it. I suspected a solenoid or a switch. They called me back a few weeks later and said it was fixed. Bad solenoid. When I went to pay the bill, they wanted over $500. They preformed the service I specially asked them not to. I had to fight with the manager for about thirty minutes to get the charges taken off. Which left the bill about $250. I paid the bill. The cart broke down as soon as I got it home. I took it somewhere else and they had it fixed in thirty minutes for $125, and I ran the cart for three years after that without incident. Long story short, not any good at repair work, and dishonest.
I have been using KGT for close to a year now. Parts department is dependable and knowledgeable, and the service department has a quick turnaround. KGT is good getting quotes back to me and letting me know when my parts arrive. They also got me involved with some training courses on my equipment which was very helpful. I highly recommend using them for any equipment needs.

Purchased Hustler zero turn from them a few years back, which was a great experience. Recently brought mower in for a warranty repair. Being in a service/repair industry myself, I was very impressed with the communication from the girls in the service department which was impeccable! I was updated as to where things were at and when parts were ordered, arrived, and when repairs began throughout the process. Not only did they take care of the issue, but took care of numerous other issues under warranty that I personally considered normal wear and tear ( paint peeling at a weld on deck and foot platform, and a crack on one of the plastic fender mounting bolts). Between KGT’s service department and Hustler standing behind their product beyond what I would have expected, when the time comes for replacing this mower, it will be a another Hustler from Kansas Golf and Turf no doubt. I wasnt only given exceptional customer service from the beginning phone call, but was able to get the parts needed at a fraction of the price of other vendors. Great service, great prices.
