I had recently had my catalytic converter stolen from my car. This location was able to make a stressful situation as un-stressful as possible. Every person there was helpful and personable. I was even given a ride back to my house after they realized I didnt have a ride when dropping my car off. The work was done a day early (only 2 days in total), and they were able to install a protective device I had purchased within 20 minutes of me bringing it in. Not to mention my dog was allowed inside ;) I never write reviews, however I was blown away by the friendly and fast customer service from every person here. Thank you for making my bad experience easier!

I took my vehicle in for an insurance claim for bumper damages. Collision Works got me on the schedule quickly, provided status updates, and had the work done in a few days. The lever to recline my driver seat broke. I went in the shop, talked to Chris and after he looked at the seat, he thought the lever itself may have broken. He ordered the part for delivery the next day. I went in the next morning and literally 10 minutes later Chris had the new part installed! Problem solved!! TREMENDOUS Customer service! They will have ALL future service I may require! Hands down!!!

They were really nice and helpful. I got my car back in the same week. They made the reservation for my rental and even took care of returning the rental. They gave me updates as I requested. My car looked great and was all washed up when I picked it up. They walked me out did a walk through and explained what they did. I found them to be very helpful.

Awesome experience. I got a walk in quote after being hit in my 5 day old vehicle. They estimated for quality work, not the cheapest way to repair like I got at other shops. I wanted it done right and they did that. Bonus also that when I showed up to pick up my car it was $250 cheaper than they had quoted. They fixed me up in 3 days and you would never even know anything had happened. Highly recommend!

Great quality for the price. Awesome customer service all around, they are not afraid to go out of their way for you, and I am very grateful. However, in regards to the paint job, there is a reason they are more or less the cheapest reputable place in town that will do professional work. I had my Corvette in a couple of weeks ago to have the entire front clip repainted. After careful review and a decent amount of driving time in town and on the highway, the paint has held up just fine ; however I noticed that there are small pinch marks outlining the bumper on the edges. They look like small pellet sized hail dents all along the entire edges of the bumper. Also, I ordered and installed a new front emblem from the dealership before taking the car in, after getting it back, the emblem is heavily scratched all along the surface, the paint underneath the resin is faded and scratched somehow, the border is bent and scratched, and the glue they used to put it back on oozes out from underneath. I honestly dont think it is the emblem that was on the car beforehand, which is quite disappointing. Overall, great job, not perfect, but great.

Auto Craft goes above and beyond with their customer service. On several occasions they have helped ease the claim process and quickly gotten my insureds back into their vehicle. Paul Blisset is awesome! He has helped an insured change her tire and helped another insured get her window up when it wouldnt roll back up on its own. If there ever is a problem they are there to quickly help resolve it. They work great with the insurance company and return your car looking like it was never in an accident.

After a very small yet embarrassing and must-be-repaired accident on my car, I contacted Auto Craft on the northeast side of Wichita. The staff was informative and helpful, and provided a quote. When I took the quote to my insurance company, they highly recommended I use Auto Craft as their work is guaranteed if there is ever an issue with the problem area in the future. That was a great peace of mind.In terms of the repair work: the timing worked out perfectly as I dropped off the vehicle the night before I flew out on a one week vacation. Received a phone call literally 5 minutes after landing back at ICT that my car was ready for pickup! More coincidental than anything, but they did good work in what seemed to be a short amount of time. Friendly staff!

I stayed calm after they repeatedly didnt communicate with me. No one called when they decided to keep my car an extra week. Week passes and again no one calls to tell me about my car.Walking up to my newly fixed car scratched, fender not aligned, another piece not clipped into the side could have been prevented with them taking 30 seconds to look at their work. They fixed those 3 things in 15 minutes and I drove off.5 seconds on the highway and immediately noticed my wheel is shaking. Now I get to take it back to the tire shop myself. Beyond irritated with this company.Body work looks great. Staff was nice. 2 stars for that.

The shop did excellent work on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The service was excellent and friendly. I was in a traffic accident that destroyed most of the suspension on the front drivers side and my ride is as smooth as ever as well as the body work is top notch.

I would not go here if at all possible. It has been 2 years since my car had been worked on here but i am just now getting around to reviewing as i got an email from them. A guy ran a light and i ended up clipping him. His insurance had my car taken here for repair on my fender. to get the fender off, you have to take the front apart and they did not put my radiator in properly. it was winter so i was not aware and when summer came around i found that an ac line snapped from my radiator moving too much. repaired it myself as it was an easy fix but cost me $100 for hose. they also vacuumed my car and somehow managed to break a wire under the driver seat which i had to fix with a butt connector. found that out a few weeks later and just didnt care to even contact the incompetent shop and have them try to charge me for anything as they kept trying to up-sell me on every little thing from extra parts to painting my bumper they had to replace. I also had to replace my radiator a few months ago do to a leak on the side that i clipped that truck on 2 years ago. not sure if this was from the wreck, i doubt it, but they seemed to not even care to look for any other damages. My bumper also had 5 bolts and when i got the car back, again i didnt find this until i changed the oil next time, only 3 bolts were put in and one was at an angle and the hole was mostly stripped.

I recently had the privilege of doing business with auto craft collision. They understand your frustration of having an accident in your car. Work done on my truck was unacceptable for them to think it was okay for me to pick it up like that. The rim didnt match. The paint had smudges and the moldings on the side had more smudges. My doors were still creaking. They offered me an option for daily updates but I didnt get it. I had to call too many times for updates, I had a rental car so needed to know how long to extend reservation. Had to bring it back for work to be done correctly. If the money were physically coming out of my pocket, I would be pissed and not recommend them. I will not be bringing any future vehicles to them.

Went in for an estimate and gave the est. quote to my insurance. My insurance told me to expect a call from AutoCraft regarding repairs. Months pass by and my insurance agent emails me and says they told me you had scheduled appointment for repairs the last week of January but did not show up. I NEVER had an appointment with them to get repairs done because they NEVER even called me.On top of that, they sent a different quote to my insurance that was over $200 less than what I was quoted. Austin Krogmeier swore up and down he sent my insurance the initial quote that was given to me. I questioned it so my insurance agent emails me the quote Austin sent and it was definitely $200 less. If I had known it was $200 less, I wouldnt have even bothered with the claim or would have gone somewhere else.What a scam.

Tree limb fell knocking off drivers mirror, breaking left roof rack and denting top and drivers door. They removed the drivers fender and door to do the repair. Originally I was to take the car in on Monday and promised to get it back on Friday. They called to reschedule bringing it in Tuesday but promised that it gave absolute assurance it would still be ready Friday, no problem. Got no communication from them, so I called at 5PM on Friday to hear it would be Monday. I reminded them I was promised Friday and it would be three more days on a rental (at my expense) if it was Monday. He said Let me go check He came back and said the car was actually done, but they needed to detail it which took an hour and it was already 5 PM. I told them I could detail it and was told I could pick it up if I got there before 5:30. I live 30 miles away and made a flying trip to get there just as they were closing, so I got my car and had them see if the rental company could pick up the care there as there was no time for me to take it back and get a ride back before they closed. I took the car home only to find 1. the molding in the drivers side was not installed properly and was loose, 2. The door and the fender did not align with each other at the bottom, the door stuck out nearly an inch and 3. The auto lock system on my car (locks all doors when put in gear and unlocks them when you park) was no longer operational. It worked that way for the two years we have had the vehicle and didnt work when I picked it up, yet they first tried to tell me that car didnt have that feature and they had another one back there that didnt do that. After some discussion after I had taken it back to get the problems fixed, they finally said they didnt know what they did or how to fix it and it may be a programming thing because they had disconnected the battery. Also, another problem they caused was they put scratches and gouges on the inside of the drivers side door. They managed to fix everything but the door locks and said I would have to take it to the dealer to get that repaired....a third trip to Wichita required to get the car fixed. Very poor communication from them and three trips @60 miles round trip for taking the car back to be fixed right. Obviously no one inspected the vehicle after it was supposedly done. The contract stated that they would test drive the vehicle to make sure all was well prior to delivery. Obviously there was no post repair inspection or test drive. I do have to admit that the actual body work they did seems to be flawless, and for that reason I may use AutoCraft in the future, just not this location where customer service was horrible..

I stopped into this shop to have an estimate before work. When I went inside the business the receptionist, Amber Mercer was pleasant, however when she heard that I have already been in touch with the insurance company who is at fault she was not willing to oblige to my request for a repair estimate. She went ahead and brought out a repair process manager, Cort Chandler, after they joked and chatted (about me) within hearing range. Cort approached me, with no clipboard nor pen to take notes regarding the damage to my vehicle. He accompanied me to my vehicle and told me the insurance agencies would only pay for recycled parts, he barely inspected my (pearl black color) car and told me it was a basic black that would not require blending. When I corrected him regarding the color, he commented that its really dirty or the paint has oxidized. One star is a better rating than is deserved.

I have needed Autocrafts services 3 times and have been very happy with their work all 3 times, thay have excellent customer service, promptly returning calls and even helping me get my car after i mistook their closing time and showed up 15 minutes after they had closed. As much as i hope to not need their services, they will have my business when I do.

I was referred here and did not get good service; they told me that I would need to find the color code for my paint job as if I am knowledgeable on painting and referred me to other shops to get the correct paint color. So I figured if I must get the paint color from someone else I might as well have someone else do the job. Eddies autobody on Webb had no issues making the paint and taking care of my car and even found things that Autocraft looked over on my wrecked vehicle.

Best repair shops in town. These guys are awesome, they are the only one in Wichita I would trust to take care of my cars.

These people had my car for 2 MONTHS!!! all they had to do was replace to parts. Ended up replacing more then they were suppose to and was basically taking advantage of me and replacing all these parts. THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL ME TO TELL ME ABOUT THESE OTHER ISSUES OR MY INSURANCE. Besides never getting a call back, this is the worse shop ever. I had to pay an extra $200 on a rental because they told me three times that it would be ready and it wasnt! If you are able to take it to another shop. Tell insurance you can wait for another shop. Because 2 months is so stupid to fix and replace to simple pieces. I was taken advantage of because they knew insurance would be paying 80 percent of it so they added all these useless parts to my brand new car that i had. I asked them to save the parts so i can see where the damage was, some how they were lost. Right. Never EVER taking it to this shop again! Corey or whatever his name was, thanks for wasting my time and never calling me back.

Absoulty the worse experience Ive paid for in my life. Never returned a call, attempted to charge my insurance for items they didnt replace until I called BS. (reinstalled mybroken grill and radiator cover) Blamed everything wrong on an employee that was fired the first week they had my car. How they are still in business Ill never know.

Absolutely terrible. This incompetent so-called Body Shop had my truck for 6 weeks to accomplish less than two weeks of cosmetic work. In that time, I refused the truck twice because the work was done at an absolutely embarrassing terrible level of quality. both times I refuse the truck there was no apology, they honestly couldnt even care. the third time they called me and told me it was done, I went to pick it up, and it is still completely messed up. These guys no kiddin missed replacing parts, failed to put everything back on the truck, and even created more damage the 3rd time they put everything back together. I am having to take my truck to a different body shop, because these idiots cant seem to do a basic parts replacement and paint match job on even the third attempt. Even with them being aware of all of the problems with the last pick up time, they still were not apologetic, nor did they even care. I have never seen a place of business that will turn out an absolute shameful and embarrassing product, and not have even an ounce of remorse. I will never use an autocraft again.
