Purchased a brand new battery here. They told me it was good. It had no charge. Wouldnt help after the fact. Go somewhere else.

Good customer service. I see smiling and enthusiastic faces every time I walk in there. They have lifetime warranty on most parts and is worth paying an extra dollar for that any day. Just some quick tips: They do change batteries, wiper blades, air filters, diagnose check engine lights, alternators and starters. Please dont abuse the services they offer by asking them to replace a battery that you just purchased at Walmart. Also, AutoZone will not test/replace batteries during rain due to safety issues. You do not want to mix electricity and water (common sense). They will not clear codes, its against their company policy.

Some of the staff really know their stuff, other workers dont. Really expensive prices for parts, but if you need to have a part right away its convenient. They also have super questionable tuning parts: Fake hood scoops, vents and underglow, along with tinny sounding performance mufflers.

For a nationwide chain, I have always noticed no matter what part of this country I am in, there is a always a standard of quality that is being met whenever I am inside an AutoZone. This location is no different. The staff here is always eager to help and in a good mood, even when you can see on their face, they may be having a rough day. Often times I am in and out of this location in under 5 minutes, with a smile on my face and the equipment I need. They constantly have sales going on oil and washer fluid and they are conveniently located.

Certain staff members can be pretty clueless on product knowledge and likewise provide pretty poor service, but this location has decent managers who are straight-forward and are willing to work with you. I have been coming here for over 2 years now and I always appreciate being able to find what I need, price match certain items, and take care of business in a timely manner. One manager, Karen, is always a great help.

Simple parts needed. Two rotors and brake pads for a Honda Accord. Pick up parts, go across town to the guy doing my brakes. TWO DIFFERENT ROTORS. Not even the same part number. I guess I should have checked them myself, but just assumed the guy behind the counter with the AutoZone shirt on would know what he was doing... my fault. Go to return at a different AutoZone across town, the correct rotor is $12 cheaper. Do I just get the cash back? NO, I get an AutoZone card with $12 in store credit. Easy DIY brake project turns into a frustrating Saturday morning... THANKS AUTOZONE.

Pretty good team, knowledgeable and willing to help.I have two cars Im normally in there for, one of which is older and has required a great deal of troubleshooting. Even when there are unsure theyre willing to refer you to places that might.

I dont remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but I needed four different things and he was very patient. He was smiling and very kind. He helped me so much!

The elderly blonde woman that works up front was LESS than helpful thought it was extremely comical that I couldnt pin point where the noise in my car was coming from & decided to walk off when I told her that I could get help at another location if she didnt want to help me. Lucky for her Hunter stepped in to help and did a good job. I will not return to this location!

Never had a negative experience with these guys. Swapped the LF Ball joints on my 03 Tacoma 4X4 last week. Midas wanted about $800 for the job. Bought the parts here for less than $90. A 6pk and 2hrs later, I was back on the road trouble free. Staff is friendly and helpful. I honestly enjoy spending my money with them.

Cheap parts but quality highly recommend these guys help me get the parts for my truck to get it fixed they were a quarter to half the price that a OReillys wanted and definitely quarter the price that napa wanted I would highly recommend this store or any AutoZone store thank you

Would be 5 stars easily but some employees are very rude 1 is completely lacking parts knowledge and always talks about how the (other store) he worked at always had more of everything and the same person had or has been, owned or done all you have, cars, trucks, experience but only his is better in every way! A gentleman was able to help me with a manufacture issue on a faulty wiper blade that I always bought in the past. This man upgraded my wiper blade to a higher end model and didn’t charge me extra and stated that he was helping me out since it was an inconvenience for having to change them out. Now that’s Customer Service. I will always bring my Camaro to this place.

When I was in last week ordering struts I had told them that I was done at OReillys because the customer service was horrible there. The gentleman that helped me at auto zone was super helpful and even said if I donated at least $10 he would give me 10% off my $350 purchase so I did. Unfortunately the transaction was not going thru so he told me to bring one package back in return them and then sell them back to recieve the 10% off. So when I went back in to the store since they were not shipped to my house like they were supposed to Keith the GM told me that he was not able to do that but next time I come in he would give me my 10% off, so I asked him how I could be sure since I was lied to once already. Moral of the story they wonder why everyone is ordering online its because no one has ANY decent customer service.

Fast Quick Service always have what you need

I will never return to this store. My sister wanted a camo steering wheel cover for Christmas and so when I arrived, they had multiple colors. I snapped a photo to make sure I got the color she wanted, while I waited for a reply I went to the bathroom. By the time I was done she had texted me back, I got the cover and went to pay for it. I went and got in my car and then two people came outside and signaled me to come back and so I did, I got out of my car to be met with Did you pay for that? The two people were very rude and I showed them my receipt and they said Okay, you can go. They never apologized or anything. If they were watching the security footage so closely to think I was going to steal it then they should have seen me pay for it. Very rude and unprofessional. They handled that situation completely wrong!

No one was able to help us find something to remove wheel lug nut covers when we had a flat on our Ford Focus. One of the staff kept insisting that the covers were rubber, and they were clearly not.
