This is the only place I will go to for sales and service. They are honest and professional.
Chrysler Dodge jeep. They are friendly and helpful with my mom and me. When we talk the Dodge car to the dealership to on the car they are so nice and friendly and tell us the truth about the Dodge car.Thank you for helping us
They did the work on time for a fair price. But their darn car wash was broken again, the dealership offers a car/truck wash as a extra perk. I was disappointed to be honest, my bad luck since this is the second time that this happened to me. They did offer me a wash later in the week if they get the repair part in. I will come back and get that free wash! Dont get me wrong in any way I like this dealership!
Ingenuity and lack of integrity. I understand you try to make the most money out of customers but it was too much. I could smell that service trap a mile away. Service guy came back with a report that I needed to spend over $2000 with a bunch of out of no where maintenance. Good hustle. My new box of tissue was stolen when I got my car back. Very bad experience. Id never recommend anybody to come here. Terrible employees 😑
Gustavo took care of getting me scheduled and ensuring that the work was completed correctly. He even followed up with me to ensure everything was ok.
Free coffee and snacks but 2hrs for a oil change with 5 people ahead of me.
Bought a new 2017 Jeep from them. Dealership side was great! James is very nice. The service and parts side is where they lack good customer service.I took my Jeep in for AC problems about November of last year. Paid for them to put in dye and check for leaks and also paid for a recharge of Freon. They said they didn’t find anything so they just recharged it. I asked the service guy (Jason) what warranty I had on this and he said “it shouldn’t happen again but if it does within the next few months bring it back and we’ll fix it.” Come to yesterday (it was a warm day) my AC isn’t working again. Took it in this morning, Jason was there. As I was stating my problems and what was going on he was very condescending, acted like he wasn’t listening to me, being short whenever I was asking questions about why they didn’t fix the issue last time. They say they found no leak and will charge me 2,600 to take out the dash and check, told them no thank you but go ahead and do the recharge they had warrantied me. They get done and want me to pay again for the recharge.Their customer service is a joke. Jason is a joke. As a woman there’s already a stigma with going into shops by yourself and experiences like these don’t help. Needless to say I’m taking my business elsewhere and probably won’t buy a car here again because they truly don’t take care of their customers.
Overall happy with the dealership. Sometimes the repairs have taken longer than I would have liked, but they always take care of me.
I have taken my 2015 jeep patriot in for maintaining as well as a repair. All the times I have had great service and in a timely manner. All the service folks are great. The new jeep service writer was very informative and polite. My throttle control went out the day before I was to leave on a long trip. He understood got my Patriot repaired the same day. Great job..
I never give 5 stars but recently used Davis-Moore service and could not be happier to give them 5 stars! Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was absolutely awesome. My van needed some extra work and everything was affordable and done in a timely manner! Will continue to use this service department in the future!
They were great and had what we needed in stock and on the shelf ready to go for us
Wait times are absolutely ridiculous regardless of how busy they are. I usually take my own oil, filter and have them change it. They will try anything to charge you more than what you went there to pay. The oil change with your own is about $15, but they charge “a shop supplies fee” of $1.60 on top of that which doesn’t makes any sense. $70 bucks for a cabin air filter change which is unnecessarily expensive.
In thirty years of buying cars in Wichita I will never buy another car from this dealership. They insisted I buy all there extra warranties and coverages. Adding over $7000 to life of the loan. After three days of saying no and three trips to the dealership they finally got it.Buyer be aware
STAY AWAY. Their service advisors are snippy, rude and act like the customers are the bane of their existence. Michael and Bob act like every question and comment is causing them pain and discomfort. It must be the company culture. My car was acting weird so i took it in to be diagnosed and they charged me $100.00. They call me up and say they couldn’t figure out what the problem was and wanted another $300.00 to continue the inspection because it would take another two hours of labor. I bought my car here and have had maintenance done here before but this is just ridiculous. I feel like I’ve been robbed of my $100.00 and have nothing to show for it except an example of their utter incompetence. You’re better off going anywhere else.
Dont bother, took my vehicle here to get an estimate for flood damage and they started repairs without my consent and tried to slap a 3K+ bill on me, then the SERVICE MANAGER Chris L. leaves me a voicemail demeaning me and saying that they dont need written authorization to start repairs, what kind of repair shop starts fixing your car without even discussing the estimate and repair options with the customer? Walmart and Tires Plus makes you sign an authorization for an OIL CHANGE, they are definitely money hungry and will try to milk you instead of being a quality service provider.
Avoid this place at all costs (literally). These guys are CROOKS. They will take full advantage of you if you dont know your stuff about cars. Went in for an oil change and they tried to charge me upwards of $170 AND then proceeded to tell me that it was busy and it would take 3 hours! Even my grandma knows that an standard oil change should not cost that much and take that long.Overall an absolutely DISASTROUS experience on so many levels. I would have received better customer service from McDonalds.
Great place to purchase a Jeep. Friendly staff and great sales team.
Worse place to get work done on your Dodge. They will drag, lie and waste your time. Not everyone is bad but particularly few people who are definitely not suppose to be there if you are that bad at customer service. (Not going to name any names but if you interested I can PM) Wish quality at this Dodge service center was the same as the Davis-Moore Chrysler Dodge dealership. 5 star people at the dealership. If you are planning to service your Dodge just go to a different one. Not worth the time or the drama . I was there to get done a warranty work since January and here I am in the end of April.
Got parts and recall work done. Parts ordering and scheduling a little awkward. But, the work was done ahead of schedule and at a fair price.
Michael Peters is the best service consultant I have delt with for the last 25 years. He is very honest and tell me the truth as is, and he helped me with the diagnostic and the repair of my Chrysler Sebring convertible.Michael had followed up by calling me with updates on daily basis, if I call him back with questions and leave VM, he returns back the call within 2 hours.I would recommend Michael for future promotions due to his success, integrity and honesty with all customers .Michael Peters is a valuable asset to Davis Moore Dealership.I wish him the best for future management position.Yehia RobertWichita Resident
