Called on a Monday to get my truck in to replace all four of my tires which I already had purchased elsewhere. They said they “we’re busy the rest of the day bring it in tomorrow morning and we will get it knocked out” so Tuesday morning I used vacation time to leave work and drop it off at 7:30 am assuming they will have it done by my lunch at 11 am so I could pick it up. I called at 10:30 am to make sure it was done and they said they had not got to it yet and it looked more like 2:30 pm it would be done. Already irritated that now I Couldn’t eat lunch since I didn’t have a vehicle that I thought would be done, I told them I needed it done by 3 pm since that’s when I get off they said no problem. I stayed a little late at work so to my surprise pulling into AutoSmart around 3:45 pm to see my truck still sitting there with the old tires on it still not even moved since this morning. Completely lied and neglected to even touch my truck. Wasted vacation time and my managers time who gave me a ride to drop my truck off. Will never recommend them to anyone. Stay away

Biff and his team at Auto Smart South are fantastic!! Biff is AAA Master ASE Certified and he and his team does all of our mechanical work for our business and our personal vehicles. They have never charged us for work that was needed. We completely trust them and we would recommend them to anyone. Biff is a Veteran and was a Police Officer, so he understand the word SERVICE!! Thank you for all the hard work you have done for us the past 6 year and many more to come!!

Didnt get any work done here. I went in but they didnt weld exhausts and dont install parts unless they buy them or they are aftermarket ( sometimes). Guess Ill have to keep looking for a good shop to take my cars to.

Wonderful service. We are traveling from OK to UT and had an ac problem and they got us right in and fixed up with all the kids and the dog taking up their waiting room. Biff was excellent and explained what was wrong and got it right back up and running and on our way!

Terrible customer service! I would not recommend. I went there to get an estimate on how much it would cost to repair a minor damage on my car and I let half way through the conversation. The skinny guy at the front desk came off to me as racist, simple because he refused to look at me or provide assistance. He answered my questions very vaguely and I dont feel as if by business was handled with respect. I WALKED OUT AND I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE!

So pleased with the care given to my truck. It feels like brand new.

They changed me over $400 to charge my spark plugs in my f150 and messed up my Engine

The worst place in the world. Tired to charge me 75$ for a AC pin because mine was bent. I went to my old mechanic he gave it to me for free. They charge me 80$ to put a longer bolt in holding my ac compressor. Rip off. They people here are rude and not very good mechanics. Never take your car here
