Broke down due to A/C compressor going out. Pretty reasonable and David Simmons and his tech were able to help right away and fit us in their busy schedule to have us back on our way. Very friendly and fast. Would recommend.

1. When I didnt know exactly when Id have my car free for an oil change their scheduler encouraged me to come by when I had some time.2. When I arrived the next day without an appointment I was treated as someone who was just as important as a scheduled client.3. When I revealed that Id never been to their dealership before they gave me a quick overview of the complimentary maintenance status review theyd give my 2010 Chevrolet and emphasized that theyd recommend certain services - but no pressure.4. My vehicle was done in one hour and fifteen minutes including a complimentary wash and vacuum - and all I bought was an oil change.5. David Simmons went over what they accomplished during the oil change and then reviewed with me some of the service recommendations they had noted. Some had been taken care of by others and he noted those. Some, like tires getting thin, could go another few months. The cabin filter looked horrible and I gladly took him up on their offer to replace it. One, a fluid leak, really should be fixed and he offered to have his mechanic take a closer look, but since it wasnt something that would keep us from a planned trip this week I deferred it until another time. David offered to schedule a time for me but when I procrastinated he gave me his card and suggested I call when the time was right for me.6. SUMMARY: Professional, efficient (even without an appointment), a good value price, plenty of room in a waiting area with two different TVs as well as some quiet spaces, vending machines, complimentary water and coffee.The only negative I can think of is they didnt have any Corvettes, Camaros or sporty trucks in the showroom or on the lot for me to drool over. This computer chip shortage had their inventory quite thin like all the rest of the dealers.
I was very unimpressed with the customer service of the service center at Don Hattan Cheverlote. I came in to have my battery charge evaluated and when I wanted to take my car somewhere else due to the price of the battery I was responded to in a rude manner told that the battery was already on its way and that it was too late to not have my battery replaced. I was given no value to prove that my battery was bad. On top of that after paying for the new battery I had a service credit from a previous service which I was wrongly charged for and they chose not to include that in my payment. I would not recommend going here if you have little knowledge of vehicle maintenance as they will take advantage of you.

The starter and water pump went out on my Silverado on 6/23/21. Took it into the park city location to have the work done. That’s where I met an awesome Service Advisor named Aaron Wosylus. Aaron took great care of me and my vehicle. I dropped it off with no appointment and was able to pick up my truck on 6/30/21 with all the warrantied work completed and an oil change. All this was possible thanks to the great work from Aaron and his team of mechanics. Everyone knows how much of a headache a vehicle breaking down can be but he made sure I was updated and taken care of. So again thank you Aaron and your team for the quick and hard work.

Unprofessional! Poor service! Take your money but do not take care of customers after the sale. Worst experience two times since purchasing vehicle, and have only tried this department two times. I did end up getting taken care of this 2nd time after being told different things by different employees.

I made an appointment july 7th to get my car serviced on July 28th at 8 am and when I got there they said I wasn’t in their system but I had my email confirmation with Brady’s name and the store address on it for 8 am. They did not get to my car until around 4 pm when Brady called to give me an update. He told me they’d try to have my car done around 6 pm and if not he’d give me a call back to see about getting me a rental for the night because I needed my car for the next morning. 6:45 rolls around and Brady still has not called me back. I called the location and asked if my car was finished and Christian (a very nice and helpful man) told me the service side of the dealership is already closed and they all went home already. I never received a call from Brady giving me an update on my car or anything. Christian managed to get ahold of Brady who claimed there was a “miscommunication” and that he was meaning that my car would be done by 6 and I’d be able to come get it. They managed to get my keys for me to take my car home and then when I got there they had charged me for my first oil change when it was supposed to be free, which I was told numerous times. The salesman Don Shaw and Christian were fantastic and very helpful and both apologized for the way the service shop handled my service today, but I am still VERY upset about the whole ordeal and I still don’t actually know what’s wrong with my car because I was never given a call back. I was not expecting this type of customer service. Very poor service from Brady Caspari from my experience.
We purchased a 2015 Chevy from Don Hattan in Wichita on November 4, 2020.We were greeted by a friendly smiling salesman. Dalton Morrow. Dalton was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and Wilmer had a fun time dealing with him. He showed personal interest in us. We very much enjoyed his salesmanship. We would deal with him again. A great example of a courteous, kind, young American with a good work ethic.
Take truck in at 7 am with goal of being done by 11 as stated to tech and what happens? Hatton totally disregards customer input. Check engine light diagnostic never completed by Hatton. Not using Hatton again.

Went in for an oil change. An tight up front seat. That they fixed or replaced sometime ago. $80.00 just for that. OMG. Then I asked them to wash the truck. NOT threw the car wash. pressure wash it. They said sure. That was never done. I paid bill. I was handed about 5 pages of paper. No Clue what it was. Until the next day. rear end leaks filters need changed. Why was I not told about the rear end? YES I call them left 4 voice mails. Even e-mailed them. I got 1 call back. Right before the manger had too leave. So I had to leave message again. Never got call back. The e-mail I get from them is just a Generic e-mail. Service has gone DOWN hill.... Pretty sad.

Terrible. They kept my truck for 24 days. Claimed waiting on parts, but I called there parts department and the parts attendant said he would order on Monday and have them Tuesday. Just flat failed to order parts.
Brady was great to work with! Knowledgeable and friendly. We didnt feel pressured and he answered all of of questions and addressed concerns. We highly recommend and will be back to buy from him again in the future!
Im still waiting for the warranty people to send an inspector. They in the meantime, have done everything they can do. They have kept me in the loop as to what has been going on with the warranty company.

Had a coolant leak, called to see if it was warranty covered. Aaron was a great help keeping me updated on the repairs, all great service, customers satisfaction in mind.
Didnt have the tire I needed but did have ONE key blank that I needed.
I installed a leveling kit on my 2015 Escalade and I called over half of the GM dealerships in Wichita and all of them stated that they couldn’t calibrate the magnetic ride control after I informed them that it needed a “Trim Height Relearn” performed. In fact one of them said that since it wasn’t a GM leveling kit that GM wouldn’t grant them the ability to do this which I already knew was BS. Don Hatton performed the Trim Height Relearn as requested and performed an alignment at a price $80 cheaper than they said it would be. I have been to this dealership on a few occasions and have had excellent service each time. I would recommend them to others.

I wish I could put zero Stars. For weeks these guys completely messed with my daughter. When we finally brought our own financing to the car dealership, we finally figured the scam out. And, after she had let them know she was coming out the following day to buy the car she wanted, they sold the car without telling her. They handed her paperwork with a black car on it instead of the red one she had agreed to buy. Tried to hose my daughter on payments. Just the entire experience made me want to buy a car somewhere else. And we did. Liars, time wasters, and manipulators. I will ride a bike to work before I ever walk into this unscrupulous cesspool again.

The service department at the Park City location is no good! Dropped of my car early Wednesday and they were supposed to have it done Friday. It was not done on Friday. I called 3 times trying to get ahold of somebody that could atleast tell me an update on my car SATURDAY.They were going to call me back the first two times supposedly, (never got a call) and by the time I called the third time it was to late, and the only people with access to my car were apparently gone. So now I am with out a car till Monday.Needless to say I will not be doing business here and DO NOT RECCOMEND THE SERVICE REPAIR SHOP HERE.
Worst experience I have had. The sales man Craig ask what I want to look at drops me and never comes back. Thats after I tell him I want to spend $15000. Wont ever shop or recommend Don hattan
