The Super Target has the food items I need. Love the self-checkout, friendly employees and it always feels so clean. The software used to self-checkout is so much faster to scan than the ones at the two other local stores. Appreciate being able to get cash without an additional fee.

We were there on 3/12/2020. Everything was great until checkout. They only had two normal lanes open, everything else was self checkout. All lanes were backed up including the self checkouts. If you make us check ourselves out at least give us a discount.

I love Target. Especially all of the ones in the Wichita, KS area. They are always on top of everything, have what I need, etc.

Target bakery is terrible. I ordered a round cake and smash cake—to have chocolate frosting spots. They spray frosted and the spray was everywhere not even in good cow spotting. No one was there working to correct my order and they charged me incorrectly as well.

During this crazy time we are in I found it very important that everyone wears a mask. My family and I walked in and did our shopping and everyone was wearing a mask. All customers and employees. This made me and my family very comfortable.

The store is extremely clean & seeing that the associates are working hard to protect the customers was excellent.

Ease of app and fast getting items

Very disappointed with lack of Covid safety in the optical center. One person who didnt appear to be an employee didnt have a mask (perhaps the daughter of an employee), one employee was eating in the customer area and wasnt wearing a mask, one person wore a face shield but it was not down properly, and one person wore a mask over their mouth, but not their nose. Would be worth it to drive across town to the other target.

The experience was overall positive. It was easy to purchase my item and the associates were very kind. One of the associate even offered to put my heavy item into my car for me, and he did.

Clean, neat, and everything in stock. Only thing I’m not a fan of are the workers watching me like a hawk while I’m bagging my items . Super annoying actually. There’s a camera already in my face while I’m bagging my items do I really need a staff member too ? Other than that this is a good location and almost all of the staff are really friendly and helpful

I shop a LOT at Target well now it is just once a month since I have to drive an hour to get to one since sadly you closed our store in Hutch which I was there every other day and Target has always been good experience except for the 2 last managers that ran our store when they would refuse to let me buy 5 or 6 of something that had no limits but so many of us loved Target and we MISS having one I now shop at the Target on Maize Rd and all the help there are extremely nice and helpful

Target is a great place to do shopping. They carry Helium tanks that retail at other stores $60, here its only $40 after tax. An amazing find since helium is now a hard to come by natural element.

This store is bigger than the other West Wichita store on Maple. I like their music department because they have Target specific items that have bonus tracks ect. Its a nice clean store. I would recommend.

I can almost always find something to buy at Target, if my wallet will allow me. As a frugal shopper, I will almost always head to the clearance section, or to the dollar spot for cheap items to give to my students and my classroom.

Was here to pick up some bedding and seen a sign for 10% off coupon on the Target app! I donloaded the app and before checking out asked a Target employee if they could help with locating the coupon in the app for me before I check out! Alex is who helped me and to ensure everything went perfect he even helped to get me checked out! I have had nothing but good experiences from this target location!

We always get very friendly service here. Its clean and the produce is fresh. Also this is the only place that we have been able to get the Fresh Pet dog food. Our dogs really Love it.

Stuff can be a bit more expensive, but it is nice to go to Target at times if you just are not in the mood to deal with Walmart people. 4 stars simply because they close so early. Why not till midnight?

Great selection--since you closed our Hutchinson Target store we dont get the opportunity for the selection that is offered at Target. Like some of the Target brands but cant drive to Wichita everytime I need something plus I want to support local stores.

Sat at the self checkout for 5 minutes waiting for a store associate to help. Eventually I gave up and walked to the opposite end of the store just to check out. Then the door doesnt work on the way out, opening a half an inch every 5 seconds. Who is this stores manager and what are they doing instead of managing the store?

I had a wedding registry with Target and it was a NIGHTMARE returning items when people went rogue or even double-purchased from our Target registry (not sure how that happened). When it was time to make a baby registry, we thought, Surely that was a unique experience, and registered with Target again. It is apparently the norm, with this store, at least.I was gifted duplicate items from my Target baby registry—the registry literally listed Desired: 1, Purchased: 2—yet when I tried to return it to Target this weekend, the cashier said that it didnt come from their store. She said that the UPC could be from another Target but she had no way of checking for us. She told me to Google the UPC and see what it said. I told her that it didnt make any sense for me to have to find and return the item to the exact Target that it came from and she replied, I dont know what you want me to do.I asked her to tell me why we should even have a registry with Target when this was the returning experience wed had happen TWICE. She said, Usually its easy, and shrugged.Ill be moving as many items as possible from my Target registry to my Babies R Us registry. This was a mind-bogglingly bad customer service experience.

Super target. Has larger selections, bakery, deli, etc.Customer service shined today when I called to inquire about an error on my receipt. Came in the store and they corrected the issues. The maple location refused to correct it. Lesson learned, to check receipts prior to leaving the store. Apparently pricing changes on Sundays, so you may get charged the wrong price.

Found what I wanted right away.

I needed help finding a few certain makeup products that would work well and I had two women who helpfully explained to me how the products worked and what worked well for them. Very friendly and helpful service.

Usually a pretty great place. Super clean, friendly staff. The one thing that drives me crazy is the fact that you have to listen to a whole credit card speech EVERY TIME you purchase something. Not only do you have to hear it said to you, but EVERY person in front of you as well. I couldnt imagine being the sales clerk having to say it hundreds of times a day. But they all are so friendly about it, Im sure they make a bonus of some sort if they get someone to sign up.

Recently, I had the pleasure of working a demo in this store. I met Ms. Diane Guddie on that day - asked for her help and she promptly and kindly assisted me. Locating the area in the back stockroom with all of Advantage Marketing kits - she promptly located a step ladder and got all of the kits down - so we would know what all was there.She is perfect customer service at its finest and I wanted to let all know how appreciative I was of her assistance.

I love this Target! Being able to combine all my coupons and saving money without going to a crowded supermarket is so wonderful! I do wish they had more checkout lines open- that is my only real complaint, but their selection is great and everyone is always helpful.

Love Target, the store is always very clean and the aisles are clear. During this trip we left a poster at the register, when we returned an hour later they had it waiting. No fuss, the employees at customer service were great.

Staff is abundant here. Superstore with terrific foods to choose from. Fresh and Frozen are always delicious. Large diverseness of Frozen pizza choices compared to other local boxed stores.

I dont usually shop here. I stopped in to grab an item i couldnt find anywhere else. I paid twice the price in store, than listed online. Took my receipt in and price matched without the item. Place is also clean and seems to have higher quality stock than Walmart.

Everyone nice and asked if needed help. Guy up at registers called for backup cashiers when there were barely lines which was unexpected. The biggest issue I have with EVERY TARGET is they never have a stocked mens clothing department. And the like 3 things I like there is usually a couple smalls left and thats it. I wish they would stock at least double mens clothing. ALSO hire a buyer that knows what looks good because over the years its become drabby and all athletic wear and flannel. And 5 pairs of shoes that are unattractive and not my size. Its really lame because I enjoy Target but Im always disappointed by mens department. Target looses more than they think by not managing their Mens departments and they are barely existing now days. Anyway Cheers.

This Super Target is a well-appointed grocery and variety store with a combined supermarket, deli, CVS pharmacy and optical department. Their food prices are competitive and sometimes better than other stores.The employees are also pleasant and helpful.

This store has everything. I think its one of the greatest places on the planet earth. So much stuff. Its amazing. Great job guys.

Bad service only one check out person

Let me start to say for me to write a review means I have been let down more than a few times and have been pushed to the point of taking my own time to truly complain in hopes it helps. Coming from a manager I hope it just makes a difference and you strive to improve as a store and as individual employees. It’s sad this is my closest option for a target. Absolutely pitiful and does not even deserve the 1star I was REQUIRED to give. One of the worst targets around and has rude employees in all different departments. Asked for a pair of shorts off a manaquin that was the last in that size(xs) the associate looked me up and down and told me to order online that it can’t be removed. Pure laziness. I’m not an idiot and she assumed I was, clearly. I didn’t get those shorts obviously and was hurt by her judgy look on my size more than anything.Found a dress on clearance last one for $10. More times than not the clearance things I find are not truly marked down and this was just another one of those and it was the last straw. First the cashier said “some dummy must have covered the bar code when marking it down”. Proceeded to peel it off of the tag and then advised me it was not on sale and must have been sticker switched that they see it all the time. I honestly think it was so she could it herself and I left so furious without even getting my other items. Iv considered calling corporate to complain about this store I’m just baffled how this store doesn’t have worse reviews... The store is clean and merchandise quantities are good but the customer service is terrible. I live right behind this target 2 minutes drive away. I will be driving 15 minutes to the other store from now on because of how I have been treated and how many times I have been treated that way. I’m always smiling, polite, well dressed and clean so there is no reason for any associate to have an attitude with me.

This is a Super Target so it includes a grocery store. Ive only shipped for groceries here a few times but it seems comparable to Dillons. Target is a decent place for affordable clothes that still look good. I like that it features a full Starbucks inside.

It was easy to navigated the store, and buy my items. I made my purchase at the shelf checkout and left within 10 minutes. I shopped at 11 am on a Sunday.

They didnt have the microwave I wanted on the floor so I asked a cashier who communicated with a leader and got someone on the sales floor to go check the stock room for the microwave which they did have and carried it up for me and offered to help me load it multiple times as well. Great customer service, this is by far my favorite store to shop in.
