We ordered our 2nd set of patches and they ordered a different size that the first set, we had no idea. Next they sewed the wrong size patches right next to the original patches and ruinedThe letter jacket, it looks aweful. Called them and they said it’s our fault and wanted us to pay again. They Would not take accountability in anyway shapeOr form. I was completely shocked they care more about money then their customers. My son is a junior and only has one winter left after this one to even wear the jacket before he graduates, terribly unfortunate he won’t Get to enjoy it unless we replace it.

Buyer Beware. These people make a lot of mistakes (mis-order or forget to order) and then have the gall to blame the customer when questioned about paid products or services they failed to deliver on. Owner Steve then takes it too a new level by insulting customer over the phone with condescending tone, blame and comments. They only value quantity not quality. Do your business elsewhere, they dont deserve your business. Worst Business in Wichita.
