Their name says it all - SUPER FAST! We have had tremendous service with every project Rob & his team have worked on. The products are amazing and we are proud to have them in and around every part of our company (inside and out). Their signs (yard signs & feather flag) were so effective that we actually had to bring them in a few times because they brought in SO much business. Snarky attitude. Didnt even want to talk to me. I asked help with what size of font he thought I should go with on my sign and instead of answering my question, he just answered $210.00. Well, -Sir, 210.00×2=$420.00 for 33 characters (for some red font basic sticky letters) 6 tall. Wow!! -When Custom Quik Signs answered all my questions & quoted me $50x2=$100. I know who will get my business.

I went in to Fast Signs West with no intent on buying anything. I had some questions, wanted to do some price checking, and was then going to go to the next sign shop in town. I quickly changed my mind. Rob was so helpful, polite, and patient. I am new to working with vinyl, so I had plenty of questions. He answered every question I had. He even gave me tips on applying vinyl. I am a cricut girl, and vinyl is very big, and in high demand. He had everything I wanted, and even showed me some great colors that are now in my possession. I will not shop on-line, I will not shop anywhere else in town either. This cricut girl is a lifelong customer!!!! Thanks so much Rob!!!!

I contracted them on 3-21-16 to replace my letters/numbers on the front window of my office. They did it that day but when scraping off the letters/numbers there was a lot of pieces falling everywhere...he said the birds would pick them up to nest with. I dealt with this until 4-8-16, In front of our office was still a mess. I called...was not a good conversation BUT he was here in 20 minutes and worked 30 mins to clean it up with a broom and dust pan. I was very happy with Rob when he took care of it. Would recommend.

Our 8 month old son, Stephen was diagnosed with Positional Plagiocephaly and was required to wear a cranial helmet band. We decided to enjoy this experience by decorating his helmet with super nice detailed sunglasses and his name. We looked at specific helmet band websites but didnt find anything that expressed Stephens personality. We had heard good things about Fastsigns in the past and decided to give them a try. The owner and designers were great to work with and made sure that we were happy every step of the way. Stephens helmet vinyl decals were custom made and Im proud to say that no one has a helmet like his... We were so pleased with service that we passed their information around to the one clinic in Wichita that specializes in cranial helmet bands : )Thank you Fastsigns!
