Wow. I’m literally speechless after visiting with the owners and Tim at this location.Never have I ever enjoyed a bike so much in my life.The information and the choices they have is outstanding.The test drive was awesome and in such a great location to test out different textured grounds.

Showroom looks like a million dollars. Owners were very welcoming and took the time to explain each bike. Very fun “test ride”. Great experience.

I was out for a ride to enjoy the day and I happened to see a bike shop. A place new to me. E-Bikes covered the showroom floor. I wasnt sure if they were open or not. Then someone came and opened the door and welcomed me in. I had the pleasure of meeting Jim. We are just beginning our research before purchasing an ebike. Had both knees replaced and wanted to continue riding without stressing the joints. All of the staff was great. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Answered our questions and volunteered information we hadn’t thought to ask about. Highly recommend them.

I found Russell and is wife to be immensely helpful in purchasing my bicycle, and delivered it to my house the next day, and spend time going over all the features. I am 68 years old and have a knee issue, and riding my Pedego is a blast! I can notice the surroundings for the first time! I recommend this to anyone who would like to bike but are worried about the strain on joints etc.

I visited the store multiple times asking questions about the products. The customer service was great every time. I eventually purchased a bike, after waiting for the color I wanted to come in.

‘Pedego, a bike for everyone.’It’s true. The only place that had what I needed. Being 5 ft tall, over 60 and a polio survivor with physical limitations I needed a bike that wasn’t too tall overall, had a low step-thru frame and an electric motor to assist me with inclines and getting back home if needed. At Pedego Wichita, Russell and Jim are informed, no pressure and can think outside of the box. I can’t thank you enough for all your time and help tweaking and fitting my Pedego Boomerang for my special needs. Look out bike path here I come!

We are looking at ebikes and my husband and I stopped at the Pedego store in Wichita to look at their bikes. Jim explained the different options and models to us and I took a test ride. Jim was very knowledgeable about Pedego and ebikes in general. They had several ebikes in stock but, unfortunately, not my size in the model we wanted so we are hoping to hear from Jim soon that additional stock has arrived.

Jim and Russell provide great customer service and are very knowledgeable about the products. I ended up purchasing an Interceptor an I love it!

Oh man have you got to try a bike out. I knew that riding an ebike would be useful but I had no idea how fun it would be! We all know how hard it can be to ride a bicycle in Kansas wind - but not with an ebike! I was riding and pedaling and starting facing a strong headwind - something that would normally drop me into one of the lowest gears and get me down to a crawling speed. Not with this bike! The electric motor helps contribute to keep you cruisin and I kept going 20mph even with the headwind!Jim is the owner and is very friendly and has a great time showing the great options.I really like that Pedego stands behind their products and have excellent warranties and service options.
