Tyler and another (manager maybe?) guy were working today at 5pm. I went in unsure of what I wanted and they found my mother and me three pairs of the perfect shoes for my unusual size. Well done! Great service and wonderful people.

I needed some new shoes today and visited a couple of places on the west side. I ended up at Tradehome because nobody else had what I was looking for in stock. The manager and sales associate Emanuel were very helpful. I found the perfect pair of Keens and happily have very comfortable feet now. Thanks guys!

Shoes are competitively priced, name brands. Clean and well organized. Convenient to get to in the mall while you do other shopping. Orteez was super helpful and nice to talk to. I will buy shoes here again

This store has a really bad service. I went to the store at 8 oclock on Saturday, December 3rd and there were a lady about 20 y/o and a guy. They didnt serve us at all, all they did was talking to each other. I asked the lady to find me another shoe that comes a pair with the one on the shelf but she didnt look it up for me, she put that shoe back on the shelf and told me they ran out of those shoes then I had to find them all by myself and gave it to her. She wasnt happy to serve me and I werent happy to get served by that employee.. I bought the shoes without the thank you from the employee either a smile. I really want her to be fired because it was unacceptable!
