Love coming to this place. The staff treat you with respect and are very welcoming. The bowling atmosphere is one of the best, just wish there was a place closer to Maize.

Absolutely FUN! We had a blast! There was a problem with the scoreboard and lane...the staff fixed it and compensated us for it. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Great place to have fun with a group of ppl! Get there early though! It was packed 30 minutes before lanes opened!

West Acres is a wonderful place to spend your evening. The prices are cheap and on weekends and I believe Mondays you can bowl as many times without having to repay a fee.

Lots of fun can be had here! Cosmic blowing with friends and some drinks and snacks to go along with it. Sometimes the drinks can leave something to be desired. And if you are going to go cosmic bowling youll want to get there really early before they say lines start forming. Heard people start showing up around 8:30-8:45pm. Just FYI

Friendly staff, clean and good entertainment. They were running some sort of summer special. We had 6 kids bowl 2 games for about $17 (shoe rental included).

I had a small birthday party here and it was great. There was a minor set back and they resolved the issue right away and accommodated our needs. Not to mention it was my first time at West acres. Loved it. We will be going back.

The gentleman that does the cleaning here at WABC does a phenomenal job! He wipes down chairs, walls, fans, I have even seen him dusting on the ceiling tiles! Nice clean family environment.

Everythings great with the employees and the building, but they have a lot of repetitive problems with the machines. They reset the machine but dont really fix the problem because the next time you bowl on the same lane you have the same problem.

Always a good time with friendly people. Folks that work the pro shop are helpful. Austin is very knowledgeable and sells whats right for you, not just whats expensive.

We enrolled our son into bowling 101 to learn how to bowl. He is having a great time. Ms Michelle is awesome, and so patient with the kids. It is clear she loves working with them. We are planning on moving on to 201 after this is over. The place its self is clean and a nice place to come and play. We enjoy being here. The Keto pizza is awesome a must try even if you are not a keto person.

We had our daughter’s birthday party there today. I called ahead an asked it they would honor a certificate for a free bowling party that expired during the initial break out of COVID 19. The manager said yes, an so we scheduled the party for today. The staff was very professional an helped make my daughter’s party a success. Thank you so much!

The staff is knowledgeable and understanding anytime theres an issue with a lane, which is sparse. The lanes are well maintained and the chairs are independent of the table, so no awkward spring-loaded chairs. Better beer selection than other bowling alleys in the area.

Waited in line for about 1 hour 20 minutes total during their cosmic bowling. 1 hour just to bowl than another 20 minutes just to get drinks. Their computers do no let you skip bowlers anymore as well.

Great family fun for all ages. The people who work here are friendly and helpful! And the place is clean with well kept restrooms. For younger bowlers there are small pound balls, guard gates for the lanes, and fun dragon shaped slides to help assist rolling the bowling ball down the lane. There are basic foods/snacks like hotdogs, hamburgers, pizza etc. Soda and beer. Ive been going here for years and have always enjoyed this place.

West acres is a great bowling alley that Ive been going to since I was a kid! Most recently, we went with the family during their cosmic bowling during the day. They price is extremely reasonable and the kids love it! Their concession food is okay. Its not restaurant quality but the kids like it and you cant really mess up nachos! They also sell pitchers of beer so theres options for everyone!

I had called ahead to find out if they would honor our coupon that expired during the covid crisis and they said they would. I drove an hour to get there to be turned away saying they would not take it. Not to mention the staff was not friendly and would barely let us explain our circumstances.

This place is awesome! Always have a great time here, especially Cosmic Bowling.

The bowling alley is nice but way to crowded, cant sit where you can watch people bowl any more, the prices are outrageous, the price for a refill on soda is almost the same price as a new one, which is not fair to league bowlers. If you bowl league you should only have to pay half price for a refill. People have no respect for those who are there to watch somebody howl. Honestly I think the way the house was set up back in the 90s was a lot nicer then it is now.

Get a good rate since I work with kids. My normal bowling has changed from Friday to Wednesday because my client likes it better. Happy accident when the other bowling alley had a tournament.

Definitely a family fun environment. Having an excellent time all the time everytime Im there to stop is so friendly the games the bowling balls everythings just hands down absolutely amazing. I would recommend anybody and everybody... old or young go check it out! especially there Friday and Saturday night cosmic bowling from 11 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.!!!!!!

We really enjoyed cosmic bowling here. Good music choices, nice facilities including clean updated restrooms, along with friendly staff. Crummys bar is actually a charming addition (although the name makes fun). Well definitely be back!

Went here for a friends childs Birthday party. Had a good time, friendly staff. I wish they had a little more selection for bowling balls. The lanes are nice though. Will definitely return sometime for more fun. 😀

Sunday was all you can bowl for a flat fee per hour and we loved it. We paid for two hours and really only wanted one so they gave us our money back after one hour and even let us finish our game. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Not a super fancy place but I’ll bringing my family back here when we want to bowl.

Clean place, not too busy on Tuesday nights when my Alum bowling team is playing.

Very surprised. The lanes were in great shape. Would be nice if they had shoe storage in the sitting area or somewhere close by. They had good beer which is a must for adults. Nice computer game scoring and when you slide a pin but it didnt fall you get a strike. Senses pin locations.

We had a party of about 8 and we all bowled for 24 and had 2 lanes and ate good food for pretty cheap too. We had a great experience bowling for a friends birthday!

For bowling alleys in Wichita, this one is really not that bad at all. Its clean and updated. Staff is pretty darn friendly as well. They have a bar in the back where you can get any drink. In the bowling part, there is a little snack bar that has some good ol bowling food. You know what Im talking about! So 4 stars from me. Always a good time.

Lanes were good. Beer was good. Ball return was good. Only complaint was they timed our bowling and wanted us done at a certain time.

Very accommodating! Im disabled so staff asked some folks to scoot down a few lanes so we didnt have to wait for the accessible one. Only complaint was that it was pretty hot. Not much air flow until we turned on an extremely loud, oscellating fan 3/4 the way through bowling our 2nd game. Good food 👌 Had a blast.

We took our fathers for fathers day and they had a blast. The people there were very helpful and extremely nice! The food was good and they even have great tasting keto pizza. Yum!

My workplace held our annual employee party at West Acres. The pizza was great and we all had a good time. I will go back again for sure.

Took my family here for an evening of bowling . It was an all-around great experience. From the moment we walked in and the staff greeted us to looking around and it being completely full except for the last two lanes the place was extremely clean. Not only the staff was attentive, every time my daughter got the ball stuck in the gutter in the bumpers the young man came down probably eight different times each time with a smile on his face and said not a problem as we apologized over and over. Im just excited to see the cosmic bowling on Friday and Saturday nights cuz the pictures they had at the end of the lanes look like they would close very brilliantly!!

Normally it isnt a one star when I visit, but we walked in around at 9:30pm and stood at the front desk for 5 minutes. There was an employee at the side of the stand that was chatting with someone who seemed to be a friend. Figured we may have walked in late so I called and asked about their hours. The employee Casey answered. After giving me the hours, I explained the situation and she simply responded with okay. Will possibly return later, but not counting on good customer service.

Great family fun place to take the kids. Very clean, friendly and affordable. They have specials on Sundays and not usually too crowded.

They really need to invest the money back into the business. It could use a face lift and update material. The staff was nice but the owners have to make the place marketable.

We had a lot of fun and did the 2 hours + meal for $12 so the price was good. However, they didnt leave open lanes between us and the the bowlers next to us so we requested to be moved over a lane which she did. But 5 minurs later put a couple on that lane totally defeating our wanting to have an empty lane beside us. Then at least 5 times the rack dropped the one pin and once threw a pin out onto the lane and another into the gutter making us waste our allotted time.

I know the pro shop is not owned by west acres and it’s run by someone else but at least they can make sure the hours are right on the door. I called up there to double check the hours of the pro shop, the guy I spoke with was kind of rude after I said the hours posted on the door said 5-8 on saturdays, and was told it wasn’t their problem that it’s closed. I suggested removing the paper or having hours of operation paper updated, and he stated “well yah that might be a good idea” in a rude/sarcastic tone.

Went to go cosmic bowling. Put our name down on the list to wait which is fine, but after seeing 8 open lanes and the manager only getting through 4 names on the list in 45 mins was to long to wait. Would not recommend going

Great afternoon of kids parties. Facility did a nice job. But, very little seating room for grownups, as in kids parents.

Not what I expected. First time I had been to thus bowling alley. The outside fools you, but inside they are great. Lots of snack options and pretty good pizza for a bowling alley. Very nice people to work with.

My daughter participated in the first season of the CSAL middle school bowling league. The staff at West Acres has been amazing, so genuinely interested in the getting the kids involved in bowling. Highly recommended!
