Called 4 different shops looking to get my friends 2014 mustang GT an exhaust . Every shop wanted $450-$550 . But bills said they would do it for $350 . Brought them the car where we were greeted with extraordinary customer service . So friendly, very clear on what was to be preformed . Took them maybe 2-3 hours to do a full muffler and resonator delete and weld in a new straight pipe . SOUND AMAZING! Nice deep growl, super loud which is what he was looking for . Cracks and pops when revving or down shifting it . Highly highly highly recommend and I will definitely be doing all my future exhaust works at bills if I get myself a new car .

Great service fast and efficient work. Too bad so many U Haul trucks needing catalytic converters. More people need to be stopping these crews from the thefts.

Was recommended by a buddy of mine who is actually disabled. He had his catalytic converter half cut off by a theft attempt and Bills took care of him free of charge. I went in to give them my business based on that and they did a great job replacing my rusted out muffler on my 1998 Jeep Cherokee. Paid a great price and the work was done very quickly and well the same day. Took less than an hour! If I ever need. Exhaust work in the future Ill definitely go back!

The catalytic converter was cut (stolen) from my daughter’s car at school. Bill’s Muffler was recommended to me by two Wichita GM Dealerships. When I called, they were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We had her car towed to the shop, they called to let me know it was there and provided me with the repair cost. They put it in their shop for the night and by 9:30 the next morning (they received it after 5:00pm) they called to say it was repaired.We would use them again!!At five hours away, it’s good to know where I can direct my daughter for car repairs!

Very direct & honest people, took my charger to get quad tips from his shop and the person before me who owned the car did a poor resonator delete and he fixed it for me and put hangers back for me & I was gonna ask but didn’t wanna be a bother & he read my mind!!! I came in thinking I needed the entire exhaust done, but he told me I only needed a resonator.I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars, but he was very honest, he sold me what I actually needed instead of what I thought I needed, and it cost a lot less than expected.

I had heard good things about this place. Brought my car in from a recommendation from OReillys. I was pretty sure my catalytic converter had been stolen. Turns out it was actually a fairly inexpensive piece of the whole cat converter setup. Bills was HONEST and only charged me about 40 bucks for the part I needed and installation. Potentially saved me hundreds of dollars with their honesty and fairness.It can be hard to tell on here if someone is a plant paid by the company or something, but Im the real deal. Ive had a few trucks in here for new exhaust, Ive always been happy with the results. All of my trucks are pretty simple older trucks & Id had a hard time finding a place to just put regular quiet exhaust w/o a bunch of bells, whistles, gimmicks & chrome fart pipe tips & a stupid price to match. Ive seen hot rods, sports cars & race cars come out w/spiffy looking/sounding exhaust so apparently they do that too, its just nice to find a place thatll do regular budget jobs too.

Awesome, professional and honest staff, took my 13 year old truck in for what I thought would be a long expensive exhaust system repair and it turned out it was just a broken clamp, they fixed it on the spot and I was on my way in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend

My exhaust was louder than normal so I took it in. Said my tailpipe was split open and welded it back together. Also cut off a part of my heat shield that was rattling at no extra cost. 30 minutes, less than $50. A+.

I have used Bills American muffler for years. With todays newer cars it seems like you rarely need muffler/exhaust work done. On my old 1981 Mercedes I needed the tail pipe shortened to make room for a receiver hitch. Rocky was awesome! Fits like a glove and done in a matter of minutes. If anyone ever asks me where to get this type of work done the only place I will recommend it Bills American Muffler!

Im Dinh and today im comming to do magnaflow muffler with 2 tail pipe and 4 tips. The Magnaflow is so quiet at idle like i want and insane sound at WOT. No resonator and just little drone. Good price to, i highly recommended this place because all process they do to your car they show to you all. They ask you if it okay. Even the staff ( Cindy ) on Vacation she still help me. I very very happy. This place is the second time i came and they dont make me disappointed any time. Thank you staffs members for good working job. I had a catalytic converter code pop up on my check engine light, so I went to have it checked out (which they do for free). They were very honest and straightforward about the issue and how much it would cost to fix, but said it wasnt something that I urgently HAD to get done. Between the inspection and price quote, I was in and out within 15 minutes. Its hard to trust mechanics, especially as a woman with little car knowledge, but this shop is very trustworthy and worth going to.

Bill was very honest with me about my Jeep Compass that Id brought in with a possible problem with the catalytic converter!

I will always come here, I will recommend this place to everyone. If you need any type of exhaust work done def come here.

Took my work truck in for an exhaust leak my truck is my business I cant work with out it come to find out it was just a plug in the manifold easy fix they got the truck in when they said was nothing but honest about the repair and didnt charge me any thing for the plug or labor I would highly recommend these guys on just their honesty alone and my truck has never been so quiet great job guys and thank you for your help

Not what’s beat for their sales. They don’t come out and try and sell you top dollar products. They sell what is good and works and is affordable leaving you the choice to ask for a more expensive product. They take the time to evaluate your vehicle and make sure you are fully educated before you make your purchase. The Customer is the number priority and that is what makes the difference. I was told 650 to 700.00 and only costing 565.00. I received my chevelle on time and the job was impeccable. I would recommend this place to any Midas, Meinkee, or other exhaust shops.

I walked in and out in under 30 minutes for less than 50.00 to repair my Nissan Cube. Simple fix and I didnt get screwed. Finally, an honest repair shop! Took 1969 Dodge van to have exhaust system replaced, they put it on the lift and checked it out, called me and told me that it was old but in good shape, told them to go ahead and replace the Y pipe and extend tailpipe out the rear. The cost of the repair was half of the estimated quote. I really appreciate there honesty and service.

Our truck was the victim of an attempted catalytic converter theft. We contacted Bill’s at 9am, they scheduled us at 11:00am. They worked on it for an hour (due to the extensive damage done) and the charge was less than $50! The owners were so pleasant and easy to work with. Just got a Magnaflow exhaust system installed on my Toyota Tundra today. The employees here are friendly and full of information, they even take you back to the shop area to show you what different tips would look like and let you show them exactly where you want them. Got custom tubing to create a sweet dual in/dual out exhaust including some nice tips at a very reasonable cost.In and out in no time too! Id recommend them to anyone. Also had a good report from my brother and friends whove been here which is the reason I started here in the first place. A good recommendation goes a long way!

Please do not call me just explain what it means here or I can ask Kansas Attorney General or file a FTC complaint to for the answer. Charging a customer $50.00 x 2 on a $450.00 muffler repair needs to be explained or itemized.

Dont waste your time at Bills American muffler.MIG welds were obviously started/stopped multiple times and he cocked up my damn v-band flange angles. Left me with an exhaust leak that I had to readjust since the flanges were done poorly and not to mention he didnt use the exhaust hangers I provided that have a stopper at the end. He decided to use plain exhaust hangers that were longer so it wouldnt slip off. Would have paid extra for them to remove the exhaust to do it all correctly but the pictures explain everything.Overall A HORRIBLE experience. I figured with all the good reviews and recommendations I would be in good hands.Dont waste your time.If I could upload pictures I would.

Ive had all my customs exhaust done here. They are the greatest and most reasonable. They never sell you what you dont need. You always get to talk to a tech too. No one is a sales person, everyone is there to take care of you, the customer .

Called the shop at 11am to have some chrome exhaust tips put on. Stated they could fit me in at 2:30 pm. I drove in at 1:40 pm in my 1957 Pontiac. I was early... they got me right in. 2:00 pm I was driving away with new tips and they looked great. Awesome job guys. Very easy to work with. Thanks so much!

I had to get my flex pipe fixed, I had called so many places with a range of 500-600 to fix it. I called these guys after another disappointing appointment told me it would be 500-600 to fix it. These guys were able to fix it for me for 145! They quoted me 30 minutes and exceeded my expectations. Ive heard so many good things about them from others as well.
