Went to get used tires and wheel alignment, the mechanic explained in great detail that everything has to be in proper working order to do the wheel alignment. We had a front end issue that will need fixed first, he first took me back and explained the issue, that the tie rod is defective, gave me a quote on fixing it and the best time to bring the car. When my husband arrived, I asked him to explain the issue to him and he was very understanding, took my husband back lifted the car back up and pointed out the issue. Explained it in great detail. I am very happy with the service we received, especially since it was the holiday weekend. I have also taken my 70 year old mothers van in and he explained in great detail the issues with her van. Was very understanding and explained in great detail what was wrong in terms I could understand. I recommend taking your vehicle to this place. Awesome service! Most places try to get you to fix things that dont need fixing right away. As a woman I often am treated as if I have no clue of the vehicle and made to feel stupid for asking for a explanation!

U Save became my go-to place for used tires years ago... The selection is phenomenal. Then I realized that their service is much faster than one gets at most chain or discount tire stores (I no sooner asked for a rotation than two technicians were getting wheels off the car). High tech and honest alignment/suspension work also, at very competitive prices. Flat repair for some of the best prices (and fastest service) around. Highly recommended.

Had me do a big run around for nothing told me I bout the wrong part and still charged me labor. Turned out I had the right part all along. Will never go back.

Love coming here to get all of my car needs done. A little on the pricey side. However I know that my vehicle is going to get done in a timely and properly with out having to second guess if things got done right. Good people in my book.

$113 to mount/balance 4 tires and reusing valve stems?! Wont be returning.Edit after owner response: its a 1995 f250, there are no tpms sensors. 3 valve stems were re-used.

Good prices and knowledgeable and helpful staff. Got stuck having to buy 2 full sets of tires in two weeks and they where able to save me almost 300. Four stars instead of five because I had to take both sets of tires to my normal maintenance guy to balance the tires right after they where mounted. To be clear I did not give U Save a chance to fix it nor will that keep me from going back. Im still hundreds ahead with a good quality product.

I havent had too bad an experience here. Pretty basic tire shop that also sells used tires. My biggest gripe is that if youre selling used stuff, dont try to act like mismatching or basic personal preferences of the owner are some big deal breaker. The new guy Ive been dealing with is doing a LOT better at this than the last guy which is the only reason Im rating them as high as I am. The prices are ok, service is likewise, nothing unbelievably spectacular, but theyre conveniently located for me and Ill keep coming back for low tech stuff like repairs, tubes, used tires for my trailers, etc. as long as the prices are competitive and they dont repeat the one problem I had with them trying to dictate what was going to be done to my vehicle rather than me.

I have had to come to U-save multiple times for tire repairs and to upgrade worn tires. They are always fast, kind, and courteous! Afterwards i have NEVER had any issue with the repairs theyve made and all tires still keep perfect pressure. LOVE these guys!

You know everywhere else that Ive ever gotten a break inspection it was either free or else they told me upfront it was going to cost money. Not here. In any case, these people didnt sound like they knew what they were doing and that breaks were not really their specialty so we decided to go somewhere else in which case they decided we owe them $40 for the inspection. The owner I talked to was a real jerk about it and if I were you I would go look somewhere else. We got tires there before too and they were a lot higher than other places in town after they add on their “labor charges” and shop fees. Save your self some time and money and go somewhere respectable where customers are appreciated.

Absolutely terrible service and product, sold me a bad tire with ripped bead and heavy dry rot, then warrantied it with a tire with a dime sized hole in tge sidewall and refused to warranty that one. Would rather walk everywhere than give them a penny.

Rode in from out of Texas on my Harley and realized I needed a new tire. Found them on Google. Had used tire in stock. VERY reasonably priced and quick. Also were able to refer me to a local bike shop for brake pads. Thanks.

I needed used tires and when I got there, I was treated with courtesy and kindness. They were professional and did an awesome job in a short amount of time. I even got to choose my own used tires, which I thought was fantastic.

Looks like customers here either love em or hate em. Ive been present when something ugly has occurred, such as a wheel that a customer claimed was cracked during service. After that customer left (and subsequently began posting negative reviews for this business, and that customers friends followed suit when they were not present or witness the exchange), we discussed the cracked wheel. That wheel belonged to a Chevy 3/4 ton truck, which carries more than 2000 lbs per tire and more than 3000 lbs per tire on the back. When it is in motion, those forces multiply significantly. It defies the laws of physics -- and common sense! -- to claim that a tire machine which only holds a wheel and tire in place during rotation for dismount and mount will crack a wheel designed to carry more than a ton at highway speeds! Most of the negative reviews here have no real details and it has been my experience that the most unhappy were most likely the most belligerent and unreasonable, and just like being that way. This company has always told me the truth, even when I didnt want to hear, and advised me for my safety and the safety of my family. If something is unsafe, they will refuse to install it, despite how upset that customer becomes (Ive seen this, too).

This is my favorite place to get used tires. They have a used selection and they are always in good condition and they charge a fair rates and are fast. However, I went there to try and get an alignment and the guy told me all this stuff that was wrong and quoted me $600, so I took it to another mechanic and it was only $80 to fix it completely. So stick to tires here!

They have a great selection of like new, used tires. Friendly, helpful and fast and it was a good deal to extend the life of my non-damaged tires.

They are by far the best service Ive had for my tires. For new or used, they are fast, courteous and have never tried to sell me anything but nitrogen for my tires. This is the only place Ill go to for anything to do with tires, and the only place I recommend.

First of all, I have always used U Save Tire for my new and used tires simply because they have great customer service and their prices are the best. But, I would like to share about my experience today.So I had a flat tire yesterday, took my car into Midas this morning to get oil changed and see if they could fix my tire too. They called me and told me that the oil change was done but they couldnt fix my tire and in fact I needed 4 new tires. They proceeded to tell me the price which was well over $600. I told them I would have to think about it. I called U Save Tire and they quoted me way less for 4 new tires. When I took my car in to get the new tires put on, they told me they could fix my tire and that I didnt need new tires. In fact, 2 of my tires were in good shape and 2 just need replaced before we get bad weather. I was so relieved! I spent $37 instead of $600.AND the guys working were awesome! Clean shop, decent tires the reason for the 2 stars is the woman that owns it she knew i was in a hurry and had already been there 45 minues to get a new tire that i took off and brought to their shop. When i tried to pamy billshe noticed her employee didnt make a note on his paperwork which had nothing too do with me or me being able too leave and get on with my day which already was hours behind due to the tire blow out but she decided it was more important to waste an extra 15 minutes of my day to make sure he made the right note on his paperwork. I asked her if it affected me and if o could just pay and leave but she just had to make sure he made this note and left me waiting on her to do something that could have waited but she obviosly values their time more them thier customers time. I had roo get 3 new tires since it was time to replace them all i went to meyers tire on s hillside and they had me fixed up in 1/4 of the time and it actually cost 24$ less per tire. Your customers time should be more important then making them wait for your paperwork that had nothing too do with the tire or paying the bill

Upside to this place is normally there is not a big wait time. Downside is for used tires, they can be a bit pricey because there really is no competition around. In a bind, you can get what you need. I would suggest calling around. I went there because it was close. I could have got a brand new tire some where else if I would have had another $30.

It was great until they put the tire on the wrong car. lolMy tire was a carry-in.

They mounted a motorcycle tire for me and left a tool that they used to pull the valve stem through the wheel, inside the tire! Extra wheel weights had to be used to offset the weight of the tool. While I was in Sturgis, I had a flat tire because of the tool left in the tire. Their mistake cost me $90 ($20 for a tube and $70 for labor). Plus 6 hours of waiting for the repair. I contacted U Save Tire and provided them with receipts for everything. They DO NOT CARE about the safety of others. They only care about making a sale. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!

This place is a joke. Horrible customer service, and completely over priced, especially there used tires. Never been to a place that had used tires over $100 per tire with only 20% tread. I already have 20% tread on my truck, why would i waste my money. After them telling me that u cant find anything better priced in wichita. Lol well guess what i found some 60% treaded all terrain mud tires for $50 even per tire and that included balance, rotating, and installation. Now thats how u save. This place should take sav out of there name. Maybe this post can help them price better, rather ripping people off. And if ur prices are high because of ur vendor being high dollar, then u guys need to find another vendor. I would not recommend you sending your elderly family members to here or someone who knows nothing about tires. The tires are ridiculously over priced. And they can get screwed over.

Was going to get tires and just happened to need a jump so while I was ordering my tires I asked if I could get a jump and the guy literally told me $60 is what they charge I was like um screw your tires then. Got a jump from another customer and left and got my tires elsewhere

I went in to have tires put on my wheels and they cracked my wheel and then charged me 43 dollars for getting my spare down and spraying wd40 on the cable that holds the spare. I was treated horrible when I asked about my cracked wheel. He cussed me up and down and yes I did have few choice words but very unprofessional.

Went in to get a alignment and some used tires and they had the tires which was good but when they went to do my alignment they said my bushings were bad and it cost like 600 plus bucks I said no and got the tires which came with a 40 dollar charge to put them on which they didnt tell me when I called about it they said only taxes and when I took my truck to other place in town they looked at my bushings and they were fine and even showed out in the shop and if they were bad it would have been only 200 buck this place is bad tried to take advantage because I am out of state DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF
