Absolutely loved our experience here. Called them Friday needing one for Saturday night. It was only 69.99 (included: Shoes,vest, Dress Shirt, Dress Jacket, Bowtie/tie, cuff links and slacks) Staff was friendly and went the extra mile to help our son pick his perfect style and colors. We will definitely be repeat customers and recommend them!!

Tammy was amazing! She ended up bringing me a dress I had told my family no to already and I went ahead and tried it on and thats the one I fell in love with! She remembered everything the ones I liked the ones I didnt. I would highly recommend!

I love this place!! I just purchased my wedding dress here! Everyone was so kind! The seamstress there was super sweet and did an amazing job!!! I had to bring my 7 month old son to the shop and everyone was so kind even though he was crying most of the time (because I couldn’t hold him). They assured me he wasn’t bothering anyone. Most shops wouldn’t even let me take him inside. I highly recommend this place!

This was our first stop in our wedding dress shopping experience, and ended up being our last! They allowed us to walk in the store and look around ourselves and try on whatever we wanted, and made me feel very comfortable while actually trying on the dresses. From our selections and comments on the dresses that we picked, Tricia chose a dress that she thought I might like, and it ended up being the dress that I bought! Additionally, I am getting married in another state, and she was more than helpful in trying to find a store near the wedding venue that we could ship my dress to and have it steamed before the wedding. I would recommend this shop to anyone. All around a stress free shopping experience, and beautiful inventory.

I would NOT recommend this place. My mom and I stopped in to look at bridesmaids dresses. The staff was in no hurry to help us, and finished an entire conversation between them before we were helped. We then were shown 2 dresses before the associate saying “that’s all we have, sorry”. Did not feel like we were made a priority while shopping and were definitely rushed out.

We live 2.5 hrs away from Wichita and happened to walk in without an appointment just when the shop was about to close. The staff was still nice about it and allowed us to see what they had in stock. If you are looking for a locally owned shop that offers a private shopping experience without the big store hassle, this is the right place.

There staff is really Awsome. They went beyond to make sure my son had his stuff for homecoming. Forgot his vest and tie they drove it out personally. The tux looked Awsome on him and I would recommend this company to everyone they made sure he was comfortable in his suite and shoes and made sure everything fit perfect. They even had handicap access so my son was able to get in and out without difficulties with his walker. Thank you accent

Went to get a tux for my boyfriend they measured him, he tried out a few, and they hemmed the pants, we were out of there within 20 min. Very friendly, if you have a guy who hates shopping and needs a tux go here. Also quality was great for the price.

This store is AMAZING! It was great services! they helped me and let me do the looking myself. They helped me get the dresses on and they were FAST about it! I tried on 20 dresses in like 30 minutes because I dont like going slow! IT was a great experience and BY FAR CHEAPEST out there!! I bought the dress on the spot and it was a fabolous dress for only $700!!! Great GREAT experience would recommend in a heart beat!

Horrible customer service by an employee name Tammy.My fiance and I came in early afternoon on Tuesday August 11, 2015 to look at tuxedos for 6 groomsmen. Upon greeting, she was not friendly and had no desire or interest to help us gather ideas. When we asked if my fiance could try a couple of tuxedos on, she hesitated and said I guess, if you guys want. She was very short with her responses and did not offer any advice or ideas. In fact, she seemed to be annoyed that we were even there, which made it very uncomfortable for us. Her overall demeanor was not kind and it was overall upsetting to have experienced that.For brides and grooms entering the store, I believe employees should approach customers with enthusiasm as this is a very exciting time for wedding planning. I should not judge the entire store due to one employee and Im sure they have plenty of great employees but unfortunately, they have lost our business and Tammy made our first visit at Accent Bridal & Tux a horrible experience and it will definitely be our last.

The people here were very rude. My wifes maid of honors dress was sized wrong and then she was charged to fix their mistakes, and the ring bearer tux jacket didnt fit after being exchanged for a bigger size. All in all a very poor experience.

What a horrible experience!!! The whole time we were there the woman followed us like a hawk. There were other customers in the store but we were the only one she followed. She stalked my friend (the bride to be) as she looked at dresses and then when she did find one wouldnt even allow her to take the dress into the dressing room. Instead she stood outside and said Ill hand it to you when youre done. It was like she thought my friend was going to shove the dress in her purse and run off with it. She sure as hell didnt hand dresses to the other ladies trying them on, just my friend. To top it off she had this disgusted look on her face the whole time my friend was wearing it. We all assume it had to be either because my friend is bigger or cause she has tattoos because we could think of no other reason for this woman to act in such a rude manner. Besides the fact that this woman silently tagging my friend as a theif, over half the dresses had the word Sample stapped on them as if the store assumes that patrons are going to try to steal their dresses. The only time this woman asked if we needed help was as we walked in and she didnt thank us as we left, hoped to see us again, wished us luck in our endeavor or anything. VERY RUDE!!! And for the record we came in around 3:30ish on August 11th, so if the manager of that store sees this, find out who worked cause this woman needs a serious talking to about her people skills. To the rest of you girls if you really want not only great customer service but great quality, head over to The Dress Gallary, now those ladies were AMAZING!
