I didnt buy a car, but their saying no sharks allowed or whatever is kinda untrue. They arent the most aggressive but they are still sharks. Other than that theyre pretty friendly.

I bought a car from them and they offer 100 dollars for referral. But they are liars. They offer but they dont pay it. Its been 2 months and they even blocked my phone so my call to then dont go through. All they say its their boss dont approve the check. Super Car Guys can be a great place to find a vehicle! The staff can be super helpful! The reasons why I didn’t give a 5 star review is because: my credit was ran 8 times at different financial institutions, and I was told by super car guys that they would roll into one hard credit inquiry after a certain amount of time. However, I spoke with a gentleman at my credit union and he said this would not be the case. Furthermore, my dad got a truck through super car guys but it took over two weeks for him to get the vehicle, then it still wasn’t ready. He had to take off work in order to get the windshield replaced which it still wasn’t replaced the same day he dropped off the truck. As a result, he had to go out of his way to find people to give him rides to and from work the next day. Overall, they made some great deals for us, but the promised time frames and communication could be improved.

I visited this location, not quite sure how much help I could receive due to credit and circumstances. However, the guys inside were incredibly helpful, completely understanding, and worked diligently to make sure I had the most suitable and fitting deal. I walked out the proud owner of a vehicle that I feel confident in! A huge thank you and a massive shout out to these guys and the hard work they put in!

Was told twice to drive from Springfield MO because they had such a great deal that they could get me. Drove all the way there and no help. Driving my car back home 5 hrs with a seatbelt locked up and unable to use and the airbag in the window but all they see is dollar signs they dont care about customers.

I got a car October 9th from Super Car Guys and I have had nothing but issues. 2015 Jeep renegade.. the car is beautiful but definitely becoming a headache. The transmission kicks forward, check engine lights keeps coming on and each time it’s a different code, The car comes to a holt when it kicks forward and can’t be controlled, the electrical within the dashboard glitches out. Since the delta hip can’t have it duplicate the issue pretty much it’s just useless information. Definitely have been sold a Lemon. I have been spent more time at services on rock road then actually enjoying my new purchase. All broken promises and lies for the last 2 months. Staffing at services are disrespectful and Condescending. Where I have gotten my car from on Broadway has tried their hardest to help me with this situation but starting to feel like that’s going to be a lost cause. I do not want this car anymore. I regret getting this 20,000 auto loan for a car that keeps giving me issues. I haven’t even paid a full payment on this car yet and have had it in the shop 3 times days at a time and one other time while I waited 4 hours in my working shift at the service department because I was lied to about getting a loaner car. I have missed work over this car. The way I have been treated has been absolutely insane. It’s all smiles when you first get your car but after your sign that contract your are nothing to them. I have been told so many times they will make this right but at this point I would like to just return my car and cut my losses! I traded in my car to get this car and understanding I will not be getting that back I’ll walk everywhere before I get stuck with a 20,000 loan with a broken down Jeep. I have had friends go up there and get cars as well because Honestly loved this place considering it was my first car off the lot but 10/10 would not recommend!

Worst experience ever if I could give negative stars I would. I Went in about a month ago, to see about buying through their bk program. We did paper work with a guy named mason. Decided to hold off on purchasing. Few weeks later found a vehicle that fit the needs so called back and decided to buy. Told them I needed to have a warranty, so he said he would get things figured up and call me back. 2 weeks go by and nothing. Called and left message then nothing. So called today and the gal who answered would not let me talk and talked over me. Then the sales Mgr that she had call me called with a piss poor attitude and told me they couldn’t get the deal done unless I gave up the car I currently have even tho they knew I was looking for a second vehicle. So because of the horrible communication and bad attitudes they will not get my business at all. I’ve been in the car business all my life and this is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with or witnessed.

They were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make the sale at a price we were comfortable with. They knew our price range and didnt just show vehicles in the end of it. Love the staff and will definitely do business with them again.

I was more than satisfied with the purchase of my 2016 Toyota Camry. Sells rep Justin & his team said they could get me approved with my truck for a trade in with no cosigner. Then they wanted my truck plus $1,500 with a cosigner to get me in a non family vehicle. Then i had $2,000 cash & the upped my down payment to $5,000 with a cosigner. Bad place to go if you dont have a cosigner & dont have good credit. Beware.

It took 3 visits to get our deal done for one reason or another but in the end it was well worth it my wife Selena and I got a newer Acura ILX with only 20K miles on it and she absolutely loves the car. The salesman Justin is actually the only reason we bought the car at Super Car Guys hes a very easygoing person that I felt like we could trust immediately he stayed in contact with us until the very end of the deal and made us both feel comfortable I know that it was a big decision for my wife and I to get a car in the price range the Acura was but after it was done its a great deal. When you think about buying a car the first thing that comes to your mind Besides what car u want, is the salesman. What person do I need to deal with, and how can I read between the lines so I don’t get screwed over. But not here, not at super car guys. Every single employee is approachable, smiled, and overall had a fantastic attitude. The person that I want to apply the most, is Don. Don legitimately bent over backwards (he became a contortionist) when it came to helping me out. Thanks to him and all his hard work I am now a proud owner of a 2017 Nissan versa! The people there were super friendly and patient. We were looking to buy a second vehicle, and they helped us every step of the way. They werent super pushy. Matter of fact, they are noncommissioned sales reps. Which kind of gave me more peace if mind that there wasnt ulterior motive for them. They just asked what we were looking for then tried to help up find it. We ended up with a deep red Ford Escape (which I love) and helped us with the process. They tried to be thorough in showing us other estimations on the cars value from independent sources, so that we knew the price they were selling it at was on point. We were there for a while, but because the process was so easy going (especially compared to our last experience with buying a vehicle) the time flew by super quick. I highly recommend these guys. It was a great experience for us :)

This was one of the best experiences at a car lot Ive ever had!!! Mason and Daniel helped my husband and I buy our first car and they did everything they could to get us into the car we came in wanting! They are so nice and very understanding of everything and they work fast! The sales associate my son introduced me to seemed very well mannered, courteous, and knowledgeable; the vehicle seemed clean, maintained, and very little cosmetics wear; the time spent (approx 6hrs & I was in my sons vehicle with an infant) and offers presented but not stood behind is where things went south

Tried to sell me a 2012 Suzuki for 8000, 275$ a month payment is 15200 almost twice the cost of the vehicle. After explaining this I was cussed out infront of the entire store and threatened with violence. Police report filed do not shop here bad ethics. Pawnee and Broadway store.

I have nothing but good words for Mason and others there. Mason worked hard to do all he could then others took over. They kept going until they got me approved for a car. After spending hours with Mason I came home so he could go eat. While at home Rusty Eck called me they had me approved. But what was so funny after many applications and everyone calling me Thursday not a one called me back Friday until after hours with Mason. I have a choice I feel to go to either place but why go else where when they called me back as they said. Mason and the ones at super car guys are a blessing to ones like me that need that second chance. Besides who offers the warranty they do no one and when I was told they where a Christian family thats all it took and I know this is where God lead me to and this is the place for me as well as you. My family went into the dealership around noon today to try and trade my current vehicle for a bigger one for my growing family. The service we received on our first trip in to look at vehicles as decent. However when we returned this evening around 6 pm ; we did not receive the same customer service. Not once did anybody come talk to us about what was going on with our paperwork or anything. We sat and waited from 6 pm until 7:45 pm with no interaction. Finally we told them we had to leave because we have kids to get fed and ready for bed. I understand being short handed. I understand not everybody is going to be helped right away. But the customer service we received this evening was RIDICULOUS!!!!

My sales person was justin and he acted like a Highschool teen on his phone. Me & my uncle went there, and were approved for a car . 7hrs of waiting (Justin was on phone looking at concert tickets) he finally has the paperwork to sign just to get a rental because the other car had to have inspection ... When it was done me & my roommate get there today to find out Justin didnt do any paperwork to finalize the loan .. So another 2hrs of waiting to Still have nothing done, even when i said i had to work soon.. Approval is good, cars are good, but attention to customers time is horrible. Justin made it feel worse than waiting at a drs office.

Todays our anniversary, we were going to get a car. We heard the super car guys ad and came directly over after working 10 and 12 hour shifts. I found a car I was in love with, another couple came in about 10 minutes later, after me and my husband stated we wanted it and wanted to drive it and they fell in love with the same car. The couple after us got to test drive it. They got it. The manager decided that the Mazda was more in our price range. Heres the thing 4 years ago I got a 1 year old Ford edge (Got hit by a drunk driver and it was totaled out otherwise Id still have it today, paid off last year.) I fell in love with it, it was out of the price that I had originally put down, but I drove it and wanted it even more. I dug into my savings and gave them an extra 4 grand, just so I could have it at the payments I wanted. I would of done the same for the Kia, if it drove as good as I needed it to. However we werent even given that option. Its all about how bad someone wants something and how far theyll go to get it. We could of put 6 grand down if needed but AGAIN, the manager made that decision for us without even talking to US and pulled that out from under us. Beyond irritated. So thanks but no thanks Super Car Guys. Ill take our money elsewhere. Hopefully it wont just be about what we put down on paper, and more about what we can actually do.

I had the BEST experience ever with super car guys! I had Daniel help me, along with both female and male Cary and I couldnt be happier! They talked me through buying my first car, and helped me to understand every aspect. They are like a part of the family now. Since they are not sharks you know they arent just trying to get you into a car THEY want to sell, but into something perfect for you! I had such a great experience that I referred my father and he also got a car with the same 3 people and couldnt be happier! I dont have great credit but they did a lot to work with me and put me in a great new car and a worker there Cathy Rueda even got me and my friends dinner. was the best experience ive ever had at a car dealership and have already recommend them to my friends and family and i recommend them for you too. Cathy Rueda was my MVP and who i suggest seeing she was amazing as well as the whole team they were all extremely nice and helpful

We went to super car guys south location a week ago to trade in my Ford Expedition for a more economical vehicle and our experience was phenomenal!
