One of my favorite places to shop. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality is worth the price.

Unbelievable! Bought truffle honey instead of truffle oil by mistake. Thought it was a smaller, less expensive, package. When I realized the mistake and went back the NEXT DAY they refused to make the return or take back the CLEARLY UNOPENED honey.Their reason - they will not take back foods. No exceptions? Even closed jar of non-perishable honey a day later?Will not be buying any food items there ever again. I’m not a cook and usually buy for friends and family. Will now buy from Whole Foods or Amazon - better customer service.

I love this store, always greeted right away and helped quickly. I have to order items a lot but they arrive pretty quick. Friendly and knowledgeable.

I would leave less than 1 star if I could. I bought a diffuser that was on sale and the same day that I bought it, williams-sonoma canceled my order! I was told about this company by a friend and will never shop from here again. Never had an order canceled from a company, seems shady to me.

Excellent sales staff was willing to help my wife and I purchase a 12inch non stick skillet. Willingly showed us multiple skillets with a smile under the mask! Will be back for our future purchases.

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Williams-Sonoma dropped the ball when dealing with a return. Article was damaged from factory and ended up with late fees for something we never received!!!

RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED MERCHANDISE FOR SHOW-OFFS & SNOBS! I ask you, what more can a $41+ pair of salad tongs do for you that a $5 pair cannot do just as well? PRICE GOUGING GREED! YOU CAN GET MANY OF THESE SAME BRAND ITEMS FOR A LOT LOWER PRICE SHOPPING OTHER PLACES ON LINE.

This was our first time in. We where greeted by friendly warm individuals willing to help with any of our needs. This was such a fun store and my list of wants just double by the time we left. There was so much to know and learn about. If you havent checked out this place I highly recommend it.

Their return policy is a joke. I didn’t even want to get money back, store credit was fine with me. Wouldn’t let me return it. The guy was less than polite about it as well. This is why these stores don’t do well. Any sale at the the cost of the customer experience. I admit it is a nice store, nice products. However, overhead is too high, and they can’t keep pushing what would otherwise be loyal customers aside.

I purposely waited to the last day of the promotion to include additional items as I thought of them. I understand that they have the right to end a promotion early, I just dont understand why you would. Either way, I refuse to shop here and support these shady business practices.

My husband and I love W&S but the Wichita Kansas store is awful! The people there are so rude especially the older Caucasian tall lady with short brown hair. I have sent several friends into the store and they all complain about her. Its too the point that they wont be going into the store anymore and neither will I. I would rather shop in the W&S in Kansas City or Oklahoma City just so I am not treated or looked at like I am lesser than. I have been to all different W&S throughout the United States and she is the only person that looks at you like your lesser than. Also, not naming anyone but they need to go to the back in their office if they are going to talk about customers behind their backs after they leave.

Used to be one of my favorite s, but then if you look like youre not making $100,000, a lot of their staff looks down at you

Purchased an in stock item. Turns out it wasnt in stock and they moved it to back ordered. Canceled the item after waiting on the phone for ever. Now several weeks after canceling the item I get a charge show up for the item. Now have to spend hours waiting for customer service to answer the phone so they can remove the charge.

Didnt have what I was looking for bur staff very nice and helpful.

Love Williams Sonoma! Merchandise is brand name and excellent quality. I know when I purchase here, the item is going to last. Staff is very friendly and always helpful.

Unfortunately, I went in to find some pearl sugar for some quick breads I would be making later that day. NO ONE bothered to ask if I needed help or even to acknowledge my presence. I will not be returning, there are other gourmet grocery stores in Wichita.

Its a quality place thats worth the drive. Customer service is excellent when you go on non-peak hours. Plus, they offer cooking classes!
