We were visiting family in Kansas whenever our Chrysler Pacifica started experiences issues while driving home from the Zoo. We pulled into Davis-Moore on Saturday at 3PM with no appointment assuming the worst and that they wouldnt be able to help us. We received immediate care from Tangela the service advisor. There was no technician available at the Chrysler dealership, but Tangela took the extra step by called in Shelby, the master technician over at Fiat to see if he could help. Shelby was able to determine the issue, had the part on hand (thankfully!) and immediately took care of the issue. To top it off, he even washed our car! We also had the chance to visit with Lilly the service cashier and Tami the service attendant. Our family was so thankful for the top notch service we received. Im not usually one to leave a review, but felt like it was necessary to give kudos to the staff that went above and beyond to take great care of our family. Thanks again for everything. This review is directed to their online parts dept, aka mopar parts for your ride. I ordered something a week and a half ago, and have not received any updates. I called 2x and spoke to someone who said they would leave their online guy (randall i think) a message and I told them all I wanted was an email update with the status of the order. I know everyone is understaffed these days, but I also think some individuals use that as an excuse to be lazy. An email update takes 2 mins. Dealers make a lot of overhead on parts, and a lot of people order parts online. Id recommend reevaluating the parts dept as a whole, be it adding more staff or questioning the productivity of current staff.

Traveling across states for the holiday and my car, a 2019 Scatpack sends me a message on my phone stating I needed an oil change. I called this local dealer and they have the Express lane. And they were open. I took the vehicle in and the service adviser was Gustavo. Very professional. Gave me a heads up that there were 5 vehicles ahead of me. The night before I had hit a small animal on the highway and I asked him if the could pop the fog light back in. Not only did they get the oil change done, fixed the fog light, but they also washed the car. Above and beyond. 6/5 stars... It wont let me post more than 5, but the service deserved it. My wife was looking to trade in her 2021 BMW X5 for something more durable and capable of getting dirty without being nervous doing so. We went and talked with Andrew Lesh, who’s some me 2 other vehicles. The thing I love about this man, is I tell him what our want is, and he finds it. He doesn’t waist our time trying to show us a vehicle we have no use for. He lines up a few he thinks we may like and ask “which would you like to test out first”? No harassment of useless conversation…just let us have a minute to observe this vehicle. I love this type of relationship! My wife starts asking financial questions, and Andrew did not even try to talk his way into the conversation. He did what was right and directed us to his financial help expert, I.C Collins. This man, was spot on! He didn’t try BS’ing us, just straight to the meat of things. I bought a brand new truck, which was great however I blew a speaker in my dashboard. When I took it in they refused to spend the time to fix the problem, gave me a software update and told me to come back when it gets worse. Appreciate the experienced sales staff and long term management/Administration staff. Other dealerships seem to have a lot of turnover and have employees with not much seniority. Ordered a vehicle this time. Process was very straight forward and I got exactly what I wanted. Was good to deal with a sales person I have known for a long time. Service took longer than expected, but I appreciate that my advisor gave me repeated updates. I have no complaints about the quality of the service; however, once I had a chance to review the paperwork, I was disappointed to discover the $10 discount offer given to me at my vehicles previous service had not been applied even though I presented it at the beginning of this visit. I was also disappointed to find the package pricing quoted for this visit did not reflect the actual charge for the service due to a difference in how the shop supplies line item is calculated. Davis-Moores goal is 100% customer satisfaction, but that does not match my experience.

Im guessing they dropped the carwash with having your vehicle serviced with them?? As the last 2 times Ive had work on my truck it was dirty. Year ago spent $600 and they dropped it off to me dirty and today spent almost a grand and I picked it up dirty so its not like I just dropped it off for a oil change and thought it should be ran through the car wash. I dont know just seems like the old place was ran a little differently. At least this time Bob did explain what was going on but customer care seems to be a thing of the past.

I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 9:30 am thinking that with an appointment there would be little if no delay. WrongAt 12:15 I (3 hours later) checked with the technician and first learned that making an appointment doesnt do anything as they dont get the schedule from IT even though I told her I had an appointment when I checked in. So why make an appointment? She had no answer except that next time I should come in later in the day as they werent as busy then.Did I still want my truck washed? Yes please. When I got in the truck to drive off there was still bird stuff all over the hood.Not a good day for Davis-Moore. Up to this point I had a very good opinion of them. In the past they seemed organized and efficient, not so much now. They even have the date wrong ( Jan 21st instead of Jan 19th) on their invoices and work orders.The good thing....... I was able to finish my book.

In the past 2 months I have had to take my car here 3 times. Each time was a completely different experience. 2 out of the 3 times they had my car for 2 weeks waiting on parts. When I had called to check on my car, the man I was talking to couldnt find my car anywhere and tried telling me my car wasnt there. He then told me he would call me back and never did. Next day I went in and nobody knew nothing, couldnt find any paperwork. They proceeded to tell me it was because only one person was able to get onto the computer and he wasnt there that day.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! My car had had an antifreeze leak and they never cleaned any of it off after replacing parts and after having my car for 2 weeks didnt even wash it or offer.

The sales Folks at Davis-Moore were very friendly we enjoyed doing business with them they really tried hard for our business and I would recommend them to other folks
