The young lady at the counter was polite, but it shouldn’t take 2 trips and waisted time and gas getting my own money back. And I still have no clue what the issue is.

Sad, A shadow of what they were even 2yrs ago. Limited inventory, same shoe out 5-6 times to take up space. Shoe wall at maybe 2/3 capacity.

Very disappointed I walked in with my twin son to get basketball shoes it was at least five people in there just standing around I got shoes stood there for 15 minutes they looked at me like I was crazy Town West champs I will not be back lots of value customer
