Von Maur is a very nice store. It is clean & up kept well. However, it is VERY expensive! You will find a lot of luxury items here. I dont shop here often. The staff kind of steers clear of you unless you look like you genuinely have money & intend to buy something. Otherwise, you are just kind of passing through.

I love Von Maur! The selection and customer service is the best around. I recently went to the women’s department in search of new jeans. I was welcomed by Bobbie. She was incredibly helpful. Bobbie helped me pick out lots of options. I ended up buying several pairs and will be back soon to shop with her again. 😊

Lovely store. It reminds me of how all downtown department stores used to be. Its amazing it is still able to sustain that concept these days. Love the live piano music!

Von Maur is an anchor department store located at Towne East Square mall. The store is upscale and they have a piano and musician tinkling the ivories to make for a pleasant, soothing and special shopping experience. Customer service is excellent. They have some of my favorite brands: Vineyard Vines, Tommy Bahama, Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Spyder and more. Mens suiting does not have a large selection like Dillards.

High end . Nice customer service.

Don’t give this company your money.

To start my perfume collection, it is a place to a variety and rarity. There are a few, that were not available in store.

The clothes are so classy and cute, along with great service, and nice store appeal. An overall great experience everytime.

I always love the clearance shoe room here. While I do walk through all the women’s clothing to see what they have and walk through the regular priced clothing, it always seems that I walk out with my hands full of clearance shoes

I love shopping at this store! They truly treat you so politely and always go out of their way to make your shopping pleasantToday I purchased a Christmas gift. The saleswoman was so patient in answering all my questions. She reminded me of their free gift wrapping. When I arrived there was a woman ahead of me that had many packages and they told her it would be about 30 minutes. Being on a time crunch and only having 1 package, they told me they would be happy to do it soon. 5 minutes later I get the text that my package was wrapped! Again, they made mud shopping experience very pleasant.

Went to the store at Towne East Mall in Wichita. It was super hot in the store and the girl who assisted us was pleasant, but her mask didnt cover her nose.

Price matched for the same item I found on sale at Dillards. Associates are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the high level of customer service. The gentleman I usually work with in the mens department is exceptional overall.

This store is so overpriced its crazy. I usually just go to this place to wander or smell the perfume and play in the makeup. Also their womens bathroom is so nice. I wish all bathrooms were like it. Lol

When we walked in it just look like a money Palace. But some of the prices of the clothes were on the contrary, they even have a Pianist. So you know this place is pretty nice.

Went to Dillards first, looking for a Michael Kors bag... service was poor and the ladies basically ignored me while having their own conversation. Googled to see if Von Maur sold MK bags and they did! Ran over there and shopped their bags for a long time. The ladies had no problem pulling bags out of the case for me to try. I had a counter full. The lady who cashed me out was super friendly. I couldnt make up my mind on which bag I wanted. She had some serious patience. I picked my bag, and absolutely had an amazing experience. LOVE LOVE LOVE MY BAG!

Although I cannot afford to buy all of the items that I enjoy looking at in Von Maur, there staff is always the most professional and kind and knowledgeable! Sometimes I just want to feel like I can shop in such a nice store and so I walk through just to enjoy the atmosphere.

This store is amazing.Christmas: They had a huge curious George stuffed animal for sale and I desperately wanted to purchase it for my son who LOVES curious George. I asked if they would discount him and a day later I got a call back saying that they would and I was able to purchase it for Christmas morning!I also recently purchased a blouse, and being stupid I washed it with a darker fabric that bled and completely ruined my new blouse. Even though it was my fault they ordered in a new blouse for me and exchanged it without any issue.Then yesterday I discovered that they will ship gifts for your for FREE!!!!!I just love this store and I am so grateful that it is here in Wichita!
