I mean I wouldnt say its the best place to shop at. I personally prefer goodwill or any thrift store, but this is a good place to shop at. I got 3 pants for 55 dollars, so I guess it was a good deal. The pants were also really cute, got 2 compliments from one pair. I do recommend shopping here!

Ross is one of my favorite stores. They have a large variety of clothes and other merchandise priced lowered then the MSRP. My only critique would be that products are often just thrown on the racks and is often wrongly shelved. It would be great to see them spend more time after store hours better organizing their products.

They had dress options for $30 and $35 that were $100 - $300 at other places. Great designer dresses at completely affordable prices!

The store was super messy. Clothing items were on the floor and not in their proper spaces. Also, even though there were signs hanging, it was a bit confusing to find exactly what we needed when looking in the racks. Other areas of the store were also messy and things had no sort of order or were damaged in some way. It took me 30+ minutes to find one shirt that I liked and had to wait in line for 10 minutes because there were in 2 staff members working the registers. The staff was friendly was able to do a fast check out.

Really cute clothes at reasonable prices friendly staff. Household items and personal care items are nicely priced too. The handbags and shoes are a little high and the dressing rooms need to get back to being open longer.

Look I love Ross but they need to hire enough people to keep the place organized. The last time I was in there all of the dresses were mixed up and a good chunk of the clearance for dresses and juniors were not even marked on the tag as being clearance.

I must say it really depends on the Ross location because I visited the one on East Kellogg the line was so long there was only one cashier and two ladies at the front sorting hangers as if it took two of them to do so shown in the pictures below while we all were standing there waiting for over 30 minutes. They called for someone to come help the poor young lady while they continued to sort hangers. This really bothered several of us because there was no sense of urgency they did not respect our time and the lack of customer service Disappointed me especially when I come in there weekly. Not to that location my location in Derby is always wonderful. I will be filling a formal complaint. Ridiculous!!!!!! Im still livid

Kids had good luck finding school clothes. The only thing we found not so good was a pair of ladies boots had a snap missing on one of the boots.

This store must have gone completely down hill according to the reviews. Either that or they are fake. The store was in complete shambles with clothing thrown everywhere. I had a few items I wanted to buy but ended up just leaving because after standing to check out for about 15 minutes the cashier finally told me that I was not in the right place. By the time she rudely told me where I should be 2 other customers came up and had lots in their carts. The rude cashier could have either told me sooner when I was first standing there or just let me check out. I will never go back to this store

There was a 20 minute line, the biggest problem I noticed was each cashier had to disassemble every hanger and place it on the rack. This took an credibility long time....considering the length of the line at rush hour. In this store...the customer is obviously NOT the priority.

The lines had over 12 people in kine, n only 2 cashiers. We wanted to buy a piece of jewelry, n couldnt get a cashier to help us. Im just shaking my head in the lack of help from stores that want shoppers.

10 people with a lot of items and 2 checkers. Took forever. Unfortunately that is pretty par for the course at ROSS. Also STILL cant use the dressing rooms and with the not-quite-true-to-size clothing that makes for a lot of returns. Done there for a while.

I really like Ross! They do a pretty good job of keeping the store clean and Im always happy that there is a good selection of plus sized clothing almost all of the time.

Used to be much better, its not the fault of this particular store. Ross as a corporation needs to update its business model. The quality and brand of clothings has significantly gone down over the past three years. Shelves are empty, the sizes are odd, the brands are unknown. This is all ok, if you are not advertising yourself as a name brand liquidation bargain store. At this time you can get better brands and deals at the thrift shop.

Ross use to be a really nice retail store. They had some nice styles (when I lived in Portland OR, and San Francisco California). I dont know what happened. When I went in to shop the other day, it was awful. No good selections, long lines to check out, and everything seemed outdated. Come on Kansas, cant you do better?

ITs not about the product or anything it is about the cashier clerks. This lady was super rude to my father. And I had my son with me. He is a toddler Which I was not going to shop I was just meeting up with my parents. But they have these bins by the cash register. (MAY I MENTION ALMOST EVERY STORE HAS THIS) basically while your waiting in line you add a few extra stuff. BUT in my situation a slightly different because I wasnt going to shop. In those bin was a toy truck. When it came our turn I was not going to buy him the toy simply because he has alot of toys and can wait for birthdays or Christmas. BUT THIS LADY ASSOCIATE # 957417 since they dont put their name on the receipt and their name tags are so faded or they dont ever wear them most the time. BUT YES SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO CHARGE!!!! me for this toy if I did not put it back. I did not even walk towards the back. I simply was meeting my parents. My dad was already at the checkout line where that toy truck was at, my father had to tell her that toy was already in the bin. She said if we did not PUT IT BACK that she was going to charge me, FIrst off I dont think you have the pay rate nor the authorization to add transaction when the person does not want it. I took my son out and left. Then my father could not locate an item in the bag. He went back in their to speak to the same lady. SHE was more ruder to my father than before. I like women if you hate your job so much then quit find something that is most suited for you. But dont let your attitude and other issues affect other customers. THAT is not professional.

Ever thing in there was cheap but you just need more pruses and tennis shoes in a size 8 but be on that it was a good place to shop at. I just wish there was one in winfield ks.

Well stocked store. The security guard was excellent. Just an excellent,polite, gentleman and the staff was polite and courteous as well.

They had everything I wanted to look at. Good sells on items. We had a good time shopping there.

The store was in a big mess. Looked like no one was working the floor for recovery.But they had some great azz stuff in there. We were happy when we left.

Its kind of like going on a treasure hunt...Sometimes you find some cool stuff, and some times you just find a lot of stuff that you dont need or want.

Great prices but I just wonder why it always looks like a tornado went through there. Surely it cant be that difficult to organize. That is why I rarely go in there...I just went because I was looking for something specific this time. The one good thing they were enforcing masks and adhering to social distancing.

I have only been to this particular store 3 times, but there will definately not be a 4th time because all 3 previous times were horrible and soooo frustrating!!! But other than that I spend a good amount of money n got amazing deals I was amazed. And the people at the register was so nice. Only sad thing was that I got a outfit and a piece was missing to it so they couldnt sell it to me when I just really wanted it. But it was understandable. Im glad at the prices and how high quality clothing they were for such a Good price.

12/11/2019 IT IS THE HOLIDAY SEASON! THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF STAFF DOING THE STOCKING. THEY SHOULD BE OPENING UP ALL 7 CASH REGISTERS.

Discounted name brand items. I found several Calvin Klein dresses for low low prices and adorable bed sets for my home. I always find what Im looking for. Well lit. Spacious dressing rooms. Friendly cashiers. Theyre always super busy and need more cashiers, which is why I gave 4 stars. Waited in a long line for over 10 minutes.

My daughters found several items that they liked & the price was very reasonable too.
