Chuck Barnes: I went into the store to see if I could find a new replacement head-gear. Angie jumped in to help me. She went to the backroom and searched for quite awhile returning with 2 that she was very sure, were the same as what I had showed her in a picture that I had taken. While we were looking at it she asked Bill who is the expert to verify that it would work. He named the one in the picture and she agreed that is what she had found. They were both extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Never once did they seem to be in to big of a hurry to leave me. Jose was also very eager to help.

I have had my jazz power chair for maybe a little over a year and I have had nothing but trouble with it. I call him and they send somebody out and supposably fix it but it is never fixed. It has no good speed it fish tales. The seat is leaning to the left side .I was going up a incline to Dollar tree. And it would not go. There I was stuck in the street.😠 I am tired of calling them and they never fix it☹️☹️😠

Refused to sell me oxygen supplies because I did not have a prescription, basic things like plastic tubing, even though I bought them there a couple weeks ago with no issue. Had to spend a couple days with no oxygen waiting for an Amazon order because they wouldnt help me out instead they spent their whole time trying to upsell me on expensive rental oxygen programs. will not be back

Have bought from Broadway Medical a few times now and they’ve been very helpful. Recently was assisted by a Mz. Ashley and she relayed what customers have said about a particular product and I purchased to give a try. I am happy with my purchases. They are always very helpful. Another employee, a Mr. Bill had helped me through the information on a device I needed that was new to me and needed to understand- he was very helpful. I recently visited the Hillside store to purchase some sort of mobility aid for my grandmother. We weren’t exactly sure what we were looking for or what would be the best fit for her. I went into the one on S. Hillside today for an arm sling and the young man, Shay, helped me. He even let me try it on and helped me do it. What wonderful customer service.When I got to the register, Maggie, checked out my merchandise and Shay came up to the counter. I personally dealt with both Montanna and Victoria and they were fantastic help and had amazing customer service. I dropped off my moms wheelchair to be fixed or replace. Its a specialized order and they held it for 2 weeks then told me they dont fix it. I called daily to get lies and the run around! WORSE COMPANY EVER! They used to be great but beware. Beyond horrible now!

What a wonderful company!After dealing with the terrible circumstances, multiple fractures in my leg, and dealing with surgery, Mrs.Tori helped me get fitted into the correct brace and a power wheelchair, that suited my needs best. The respect, and devotion to truly caring for her people has made me a life time costumer.

A few months ago, my dad got oxygen from Broadway after a huge ordeal at the hospital. They were great! The insurance people they have there talked me step-by-step how it would work and what they needed plus the techs that delivered the oxygen stuff gave me and my dad instructions and some papers in case we needed some reminders. We did have some questions about billing afterwards, but it all made sense once they explained to us the difference between our explanation of benefits and an actual bill. Plus they had some nice bath chairs for my dad in their store too! Cant recommend them more!

They have been a nuisance to me they know theyre not supposed to be billing me for anything but they continue to send me a bill and every so often they keep up in it $15 more dollars well they are being investigated

My experience at Broadway Home Medical started in February 2020 with my total hip replacement. Everyone Ive dealt with at this store has been helpful, friendly and compassionate. Kristina helped me yesterday with more elastic shoestrings. She walked with me to the area and suggested a color, which worked well with my new shoes. I tried to like this store even though their prices are super high and service is agonizingly slow. They are local and I wanted to support Wichita businesses. But today I tried to return two (brand new in packaging) items which cost 25.00 in total. They said no. The clerks were nice but apparently a manager refused as they have a 7 day return policy. Of course, they have the right to make that policy. I also have the right to pay less for the same products sent straight to my home by Walmart or Amazon - with free shipping. Sorry Broadway. You finally lost the next 30-40 years of my family’s business. I won’t shop at a place that uses high prices and restrictive returns to take advantage of people who want to shop local. While sad, this will be cheaper for me in the long run - Walmart charges half of what you do for the exact same items - no quality difference at all. Just more respect for people’s hard earned money.

I was looking for toilet seat riser for my mother who just had surgery and I was helped by cassie who was absolutely amazing. Not only did she help me with that item alone she also helped me get a shower chair and reacher and a few other small important items I didnt even realize we needed. I was recently in need of ankle braces for this past season of volleyball. So I called in and spoke with Lykota, and she had recommended some great ones that she had used when she played in high school. She was very nice and professional and picked out the perfect ones that provide very good support for my ankles!

Terrible service. Had insurance for a wheel chair. Nick the man in control of this was rude and acted like he was in control of life told me when i needed it would be be there. LIAR. Found out he never had all the paperwork he needed but didnt let me know anything was missing. I went and bought my own wheelchair. I RECOMMEND U CALL SOMEWHERE ELSE. MY HUSBANDS SO CLEAN PARTS WILL NEVER COME FROM HERE AGAIN

The staff were very nice. Erin answered all of my questions about the walker and showed me available accessories. But she didnt work to push anything and gave me some space while I considered options. Although I had managed to leave my insurance card at home, Kortney was able to work it out. When I was finished, Erin and another woman carried things to my car. (RE: Coronavirus — Everything and everyone complied with safety recommendations... even had separate cups for used pens. I am very impressed that Broadway Medical appeared to be fully staffed despite what I assume to be far fewer walk-in customers. The owners have apparently managed to keep everyone employed. Shop local!)

A couple weeks ago I got into a horrible car wreck. I broke my right leg and seriously fractured my vertebrae. I spoke with Lykota on the phone and she was more then willing to help me get into a wheel chair that I was in dire need for. I had a chance to meet Lykota personally and I had found out that she had great customer service and truly cared about my well being! Not only did she help me get what I needed but she also brightened my day and built my spirit up. She was bubbly, helpful, intelligent, attentive and very sympathetic! Due to her actions I will be going to Broadway home medical any time I need something. If I could recommend anyone to help you out it would be Lykota thanks again!

Great service! We brought my grandfathers scooter in that he had bought elsewhere and Mathew took it inside, put a few screws in, helped us connect everything and got it working within about 15 minutes. He didnt charge us for a repair either. Highly recommend.

My moms wheelchair tire split and came apart. We stopped at Broadway Home Medical to see what could be done. They whisked it away and very quickly got the repairs done at a good price. The repair technician was awesome, and everyone that I dealt with was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I went in to see if I could fill a prescription for my mother for a walker and was told that they didnt accept my mothers insurance and no other medical supply shop would fill a prescription that late in the day (it was 5). Okay, I accept that. I asked if I could purchase a walker outright and the guy said yes. I asked him where they walkers were and he pointed at the far wall. I went to look at walkers (not really knowing what the heck to look for) and walked back up to ask him what the prices were and he said they were marked but the ones in the middle are $69. I went back up to look and still couldnt find prices. I grabbed one and brought it up to ask the price and made the purchase even though I wanted to just walk out.I would recommend in the future, when a customer comes in (especially a full hour before closing), more time be given to helping them. I would have appreciated been walked over to the walkers and shown the brands and differences. He probably could have up-sold me if hed taken a minute to be helpful instead of sitting behind the counter talking. When I arrived I was emotional because my mom had been injured, had surgery, and the skilled nursing facility gave her a wobbly, unstable walker to use which I was trying to replace. I would have loved if in that moment of feeling overwhelmed, I would have received even a hint of customer service.

They were able to answer all of my questions, and Scottie even found the clips I was looking for in the back and was kind enough to give them to me. This place is top notch, top freakin notch. Came in late in the day to pick up a walker for my 7 year old who just fractured his foot. These ladies took the time to fit him properly and were kind enough to go through our options despite the late hour. They were knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. I dont have much call for med supplies in my life but am always happy to find a place that treats people the right way. Kudos to you and Im sure Ill be back the next time my son decides to injure himself, it shouldnt take him too long.

Kelli, the respiratory therapist, walked me through everything in such an amazing manner. She has a wonderful way with people. I was new to CPAP and had a lot of anxiety about it, but she alleviated them all, and I LOVE my machine. Cannot sleep without it.

After 3 years of consistent monthly payments to Broadway, they moved their billing department out-of-state, and problems have continued for over a year and a half. The local staff does not record my on-time payments in a timely matter so the out-of-state billing sends me late notices and charges late payments. The manager has assured me 3 times that they will fix their process, yet again, I’m getting late notices and charges.Jake- I have reached out to you ... again... and left a message. You have my number and I’m waiting to hear back from you.
