Shelves could have been stocked better

Once again the store manager I believe his name is James or champ but very Jersey very knowledgeable and very special to every client and Personnel who came into that store keep that young man here bring a great business Acumen black baby spine and backpack with words of happiness because he sure made me happy

Its up to date with thr new stuff and theyre employee are really helpful

Not busy store was clean. They put out new sales items before they will honor the sale price.

Finally got good customer service. They might need security or more than one employee at a time to keep the theft down.

The girl working the counter this morning (12/12/2020) could not get off her phone to save her life. I walked up to the counter and she was no where to be found for about 2 minutes then she came up looking at her timeline said hi, rang in my items went back to her phone on the counter until the receipt printed. Thats pretty bad for a grown woman. Get off your phone while having customer interactions, its disrespectful and I will go to Pawnee from now on.4/19 well I came back. Its 5 past 8 and this girl walks in late for work, has a delivery truck waiting for her to get here. And did she really just lock the door behind her so we cant come in at 8:06 still?

Indifferent about this store. LUNCH Discovery....It was clean. Just different. Staff was Pleasant... They did not have what I went in there for....

I wad in this store about 5 or 10 min ago and was harassed by the employee and called a theif. Was also followed outside of store and threatened. Be careful here.

I had quit going to that location a while back due to the appalling customer service from one of the employees(I believe she was a supervisor) . It seems she is no longer there. Nice to be able to go back to this one as it is much closer. Even nicer not to be treated as an unwelcome interruption just for walking through the door. Having to listen to employee make fun of each customer after they leave, or being hateful and rude for usually no reason what so ever then bragging about it with whoever will listen. Anyone who was in there from past year and a half-ish through at least March-ish of this year(when i quit going to that location no matter how close or how big a hurry I was in), knows that I am speaking the absolute truth. All of wich is in the past is seems. Im sure the word will get out and the increased sales will speak for itself.5 stars for the patients and kindness the young man who checked me out shown the elderly lady who checked out ahead of me. He and the person checking out others were just upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable..the whole scene was quite refreshing!

Ive been waiting 2 weeks to use my $5 off coupon that they have on Saturday so today July 11th I went to take my coupon for Saturday July 11th $5 off the cashier said that they had swiped it but they didnt I was really disappointed cuz Ive been waiting so long to use it🙄

I was very happy when this location opened near my.house. there is another location not far from my.house as well however that location is less desirable. The workers pay more attention to yelling at each other from opposite ends of the store vs the customers. They are always on smoke break or being loud. It grows old. So I was elated when I new dollar general opened near me. Easily accessible. Process are okay. Keeps me away from Walmart sometimes 😁
