Simply the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Walked in to be questioned Do you know how to use this? Do you know how much this costs? Do you know even know what this does? If you want to be treated like an ignorant second-class citizen (and snickered at by prejudicial staff) this is the electric shop for you.
