I put in an order a month ago to have a plaque made for a fallen hero. Not only was I told it would be done well before the specified date but that I would get an email with a proof to get all details worked out. I received no emails. I called 9/1/21 and spoke with the owner and was assured he would get started on it stating being backed up….. you had all that time yet can’t have the decency to say I won’t be able to get to it so I could’ve had it done elsewhere.You just lost my future business with your company.

Love this place!! I had personalized dog tags made for my pointer, and not only did they do it quickly and professionally, it was also MUCH cheaper than the two others places I priced before coming. Also, they have the cutest office dogs!!! Cuddles are a free bonus!

I contacted Creative Awards on a Friday needing to get numbers placed on my childrens YMCA basketball jerseys before their games the next morning. John (I think this was his name) made sure the jerseys were ready to go before they closed for the day. The quality is fantastic, and the price was excellent!I wasnt shopping for awards or anything like that, but they had a huge selection of different items that looked to be high quality.

Took this YETI tumbler in to Creative Awards and Screen Printing after reading the great reviews and experiencing the wonderful customer service that I received from Ashley. Everyone here is very professional. We had this tumbler laser etched with my husbands business logo and it turned out FANTASTIC! Very happy with the result and we will be back to have more done for our staff.

I took him a gun case for engraving. He had it for over a year and never even touched it. I came in a total of 4 times to check up on it and every time he would say I should be able to start on it and have it done by next time. I called him in March 2019 and asked him if he has started it because I was moving in a month and would like it done. April 18, 2019 I finally went and picked it up and of course it want even moved. It had tons of dog hair on it from just sitting. I don’t recommend him. If he was to busy he could have said I can’t get it done so I could have taken it elsewhere.

Amazing service definitely wont go anywhere else in the future

I dropped off supplies to John a week in advance of needing my gift on December 22, 2018. I called John on Wednesday the 19th to find out the progress of my item, and he had not touched it at this point. I reiterated to John that i needed to pick it up Friday as my family Christmas was Saturday. He said hed have it done. The following day around 3:00pm (keep in mind, this was the day it shouldve been ready in the first place) and he still had not touched. He said he could have it ready Friday or Saturday. I said hold on a minute, i need this by Friday evening at the latest. Once again he said it would be ready. I call again Friday around 3:30pm and this time Conner answered the phone. I explained the situation and once again it had not been touched. So i go up there because now im in a situation that i can not find someone else to do this in time. I speak to Conner who could care less and finally John came to the counter. No apology, no nothing! He stated he would have it ready by 10am Saturday morning. I took my chances and when i got there...John was at that counter and asked, what are we picking up today,as though he had never seen me before! Are you kidding me??!? My item was finally ready. My item was my sisters handwriting to be etched on the top glass of a shadow box. My sister who just past away in June. I supplied everything! The process literally took him 30 minutes or less. And in stead of being a man of his word and getting this done. He almost ruined and did take away from the joyous surprise, and made it a stressful mess. I will NEVER use these services again! In the process of this stressful situation i called another business that does engraving and the guy i spoke to at Lee Reed Engraving said he would help me out and could have it ready if i got it to him by 5pm Friday...they werent even open Saturday, but because its Christmas, the nice man would do it. I will be visiting them for my next gift.
