Love the equipment. The treadmill we bought from Mid-States 12 years ago still looks and works like new. Incredible customer service. We have been back for many other things since then and have been happy with all of it. My home gym looks great and is way better than paying $50+ a month to have to listen some sweaty muscle head grunt. My music, my settings, no nasty showers, and no time wasted commuting.If you are working out to chat with your buddies than all means and join a gym, If you are serious about working out then Mid States has what you need.

They were so informative and tried to use my current belt on my treadmill to fix the issue, unfortunately the belt kept slipping so he had to end up ordering a new one. I appreciate that they tried to save me money by using the current one first. I will definitely recommend them!

Let us get one thing clear about Mid-State Fitness Equipment, the items that you are going to get here is professional quality or gym grade equipment. If you are looking to spend a few dollars on someything that will last the weekend. This is not the place for you. If you are wanting a piece of equipment that will last, you are in the right place. I have multiple pieces of equipment for here. The customer care i have received for them is top notch. i would suggest going by and taking a look

They had plenty of options and reasonable advice. Sales manager is very knowledgeable. Very low pressure customer oriented style. Good products and plenty of choices. Setup is included. Location is central with free parking. Plenty of open parking spaces.

Was looking for a good used Commercial-grade treadmill for our family. Found what I wanted at Mid-States and they had several to choose from. We got the one we wanted at a good price. Less than a year later, it was making a strange noise. They came out right away, found the problem and fixed it. Great service!

Havent bought anything yet but the service was great. Answered all my questions and instead of pressuring me into a sale today, they recommended my wife and I come back to try the treadmills in the store. They are more about helping the customer get a quality product than selling the most expensive thing in the store. We will definitely be back!Update 12/28I sent my wife to check out the treadmills and her mom and her had a blast. I called Mid-States Fitbess that night and had a new treadmill delivered and setup within a week. The whole experience was great!! The delivery and setup guys were very professional and didnt leave until they were sure everything was working perfectly. Once again, this is a top notch customer service business. I will be coming back for all our home fitness needs.

Cant say enough about customer service. I have one of the first residential Precor Ellipticals purchased from Mid-States many years ago that finally required replacement parts. I relocated to WA and could not get the local servicing rep to help or show any interest in helping me salvage an expensive piece of older equipment. I took a chance to see if Mid-States would be willing to help a long distance customer.Kyle at Mid-States worked with me to diagnose the potential problems, sourced the parts from their inventory, and mailed them to me. I think they would have helped regardless of the original purchase location.I have a working product now thanks to Mid-States!
