The worst customer service Ive ever delt with on a 900.00 dollar order that was completely wrong kept over 340.00 a complete dishonest way of buisness I ordered from these folks all they wanted to do was blame some they ordered from and charge me buyer beware it was your responsibility to make sure your customer was getting the right parts for his machine you are a representative for this co. To make money for your co. I suggest you tell folks when ordering thT you wont stand behind the order you are placing for your customer

I drove from Topeka, KS to Wichita Tractor Co a few weeks ago and was very impressed with their customer service and showroom. I purchased a bad boy lawn mower and a coyote tractor from wichita tractor company and I couldnt be happier. Both mower and tractor have run virtually flawless for several years but when I have had service requirements, these guys provide excellent service. Always polite and willing to help. I bought a Bad Boy mower almost 10 years ago, well out of my warranty. My mower stopped on me all of a sudden. I called and fully expected to have to take in for service. I called the service department and WOW the service I received was nothing short of Awesome! The gentleman walked me through several things right on the spot to help me figure out if I did indeed need to bring it in. We got it working in a matter of minutes. We love the product, just not the dealer. The customer service at Wichita Tractor really needs help. Its hard to believe that a business where the customer is the life blood of the company, that they could be so irresponsible about keeping the customer informed and in the loop. We purchased a brand new farm tractor from them and they never followed up on anything concerning the purchase. We had to chase them down for every piece of information, and everything involving the purchase and delivery. We should have taken our money to a another dealer in Oklahoma. Im sure we would have been treated better as customers. Not a good buying experience.

Iam using my wifes acct, Bought a bad boy 72 in outlaw mower. The first time i used it, it started smoking. I called cory told him the problem and he came out to goddard, dropped off a loaner, pick mine up and repaired the unit by installing a recall kit. to me...this is customer service period.
