We bought a futon from this store a couple of years ago, had a hard time getting it delivered/picked up, owner said in no uncertain terms it was all my fault, and since then, it has pretty much just fallen apart. We bought the better mattress and frame, the most expensive they had in the store, but didn’t seem to make any difference, I might as well have bought it at Walmart.

Dont go online and buy a futon. Visit Mr. Futon and youll be more than satisfied. Very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and questions. Wonderful sense of humor and very personable. Very, very satisfied .

Mark Mr Futon was very helpful! His decades of experience show when talks about his products and how one should go about choosing a futon. He is very upfront about prices and doesnt play sales games. He is a straight-up honest guy who sells great futons (...and bean bags and even some bunk beds). I have confidence that the futon I bought from him is good quality in frame and mattress and will last me at least ten years and likely many more. I had no confidence in the quality of the futon other places like Wal-Mart or Target had and when we came into Suite Things, my girlfriend and I knew that quality was not going to be an issue.Mark and his business also really showcase how classy a futon can be. Theyre not just cheap couch substitutes that you find in bachelor pads or college dorms, they are a great piece of functional furniture.In short, great product and great service! If I or someone I know needs a (or in my case, another) futon, Im going straight to Mark Mr. Futon Levy at Suite Things!

I was going to Davids Bridal to pick out a dress but needed to use the bathroom and Davids Bridal bathrooms are terrible.Mr. Futon was nice enough to let me use his bathroom and, while I was there, he showed me about Futons and I decided to buy two of them to replace my old couches I had been given by my great grandmother. These futons were quality, just like Mark Levy at Suite Things. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality furniture at affordable prices.
