We’ve been customers of this pharmacy for many years and are always welcome with a smile and cheerful greeting. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. While we have never used the delivery service, we anticipate that as we age and our mobility becomes more limited, we take comfort in knowing that this pharmacy will make home deliveries. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome!

HORRIBLE customer service. The pharmacist refused to let me get my second covid vaccine due to not getting the first dose from her. I had previously called after I was notified they had extra doses they had to give before they expired. I made an appointment, filled out all the necessary paperwork after verifying they had enough vaccines. I followed protocol and made an appointment that was available. And when I arrived was told I could not get it and they magically “didn’t have any extra vaccines left” even though my appointment allocated one for me. So where does that vaccine go?? Why would you refuse to give it and let it expire? Seems like a wasteful use of resources.I have never experienced so much rudeness and disrespect from a “professional” and I have worked in healthcare for 10+ years. Speaking rude and condescending to a customer is unacceptable. I will never return there and I will tell everyone I now to NEVER do business there. Horrible horrible horrible way to treat customers

Best pharmacy in town! At least the 2 locations I go to! Havent been to the third, but if its anything like the others you wont be disappointed. They make you feel very comfortable. Never preachy or make you feel like you are being judged or looked down on. Also fastest in town!

Super Friendly store and they have some really neat items for sale inside so you should definitely stop in and shop around while your prescription is getting done and you can find some really neat and unique items to buy. They do compounding medicine here which is one of the main reasons we go here

When my insurance changed, there was no way I could afford to have any prescriptions filled here anymore, which is a shame because their customer service is excellent and they get to know you as a person, but their prices are sky-high compared to other pharmacies. $80 for one prescription at Dandurand vs. $9 for the same prescription at other pharmacies once my insurance wasnt quite as good. Yikes!

Terrible customer service. Would not stand behind a compounded prescription. Brought in a defective cream that was crystallizing, they wouldnt replace. It was six months before their use by date. Their pump applicator also was failing and they would not correct it. They used to be very good at customer service but not anymore. I would find another pharmacy. There is a new compounding pharmacy on Greenwich Rd, Custom Rx Pharmacy & Wellness Concepts. I suggest using this new pharmacy because Dandurand has lost their customer service skills. I know I will and will tell this story to all of my friends and neighbors.David M

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dandurand Drugs. My son was diagnosed a little over a year ago with a very rare disease that requires him to take 8 different medications. When no other pharmacy in town was able to get me the medication he needed, I found Dandurand. Paul, one of the pharmacists, has gone above and beyond for us more times than I can count. There was one time that I had called him with a question. He was busy at the time and told me he would call back. I received a call from him at 9 pm. He had realized that he had forgotten to call me, so he went back to work so he could return my call! Oh, and they deliver! I am so great-full to have found such a wonderful pharmacy!

I love this place, phenomenal customer service in store and pharmacy! I wont go to any other pharmacy except their locations. Retail store is fabulous from Trapp candles, trendy clothing, and unique home decor to convenience store its perfect (in my opinion) Thank you & keep it up!

They always call about 30 min before they arrive. They are also friendly.

Inadequate staff in the pharmacy. I had pills missing three times in a row and each time I called they say they double count their pills, the second time I called the lady told me that their machine was acting up and sometimes it doesnt give an accurate count. She was the nicest person to assist me but there is a man who is very rude and says they double count their pills. Obviously you dont because this is now the third time heals have been missing. I also told them when they deliver the medication that we would like for it to be counted out before we sign. Guess what, they dont do that either.3 months later thought the problem waa solved since rhis the only pharmacy my insurance deals with... Prescriptions were being delivered in bubke wrap so I could see each individual pill. Last night the pharmacy delivered te pills in a bottle again and guess what. Missing pills. There is an employee whos an addict and taking advantage of elder people. These employees need to be drug testes. Smh.

They always have my prescription’s ready, and that’s good, considering I live a hour and half away. Plus, I never have to wait long, even when I bring a new prescription. The staff is friendly and curtious.

They are usually fast and a accurate, only had a couple issues that were only inconvenient. However, once they pissed me off. Doc approved early fill due to things outside of my control. They didnt call and get approval until I drove over and made a scene. I was left in pain for several hour because they treated me like a drug addict looking for a high instead of a long term extreme pain patient. My spine is broken, failed back surgery, kidney plumbing issues that are very painful. Had all the surgeries and I am still in agony... They dont have any way of knowing this if they choose to distrust everyone, so I wont hold it against them as other employees have always treated me with respect and understanding.

The staff are so amazing they truly care about their patients the small-town feel Pharmacy where the pharmacist know your name the staff know who you are its just a great place to go

The East Central location is amazing! I never feel rushed and am treated with respect. All employees Ive come across are very polite, friendly, and professional! Highly recommend! Ive used Dillons (most regularly), walgreens, target, and walmart and none match Dandurands in customer service and cleanliness!
