Town East store. Wife went in to pick up a repair lady was very rude and acted like it was a bother. Said it would be ready on day we went to pick it up now saying 3 to 4 weeks to replace a clasps on a necklace. I told her next time ask for someone not on Commission and maybe they would be nicer. I don’t make a lot of money but have always purchased from them not sure I will anymore.

Friendly and did not have to wait inline which was really nice . Ended up buying a lot only went in for cleaning and jewerly check

We bought our wedding rings there 25 years ago. I take mine back every 6 months to be cleaned and inspected. They repair it for free. Everybody is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I love this place.

This one in the west side mall thats falling apart promise to have my womans ring ready on the 9th a two-week wait on the 9th we go up there its not ready but let me remind you I had called the day before spoke to Jacob who said it would be ready, they are a bunch of liars that only want your money.

My fiance proposed 2 years ago with this lovely ring...we promised not to share prices of each others rings. I finally went in and ordered his ring... aiming for what he was looking for in a ring to vow our love for each other. The crew there was most helpful to try to keep the cost a secret from him. Also got me set up with a credit card so he wont see the statement. (Lol). Very afordable with a guarentee- maintence free life of ring. He will love forever. Foto is my rose gold ring his will be here in a week.

Had a bad experience with Kay Jewelers in New Market--came to Helzberg and it was like a breath of fresh air! Emily was so sweet and helpful (and not pushy at all), and I felt so much more relaxed and cared for at Helzberg! Plus the jewelry seems to be better priced for the quality, and the pieces are so beautiful! I am excited to get my rings!

They have had my wedding ring since the end of September. They were to repair the prongs on my engagement ring and they decided to replace the head. I picked the ring up and the head was to short for the ring. I told them that and they told me to take it and think about it. I took it back the next day. They told me the manager would look at it and call me the next day. I went back a week later and it had not been touched and they were looking for a new head for it. A week later I received a call that it was done again. I picked it up on a Tuesday night and Wednesday morning I noticed two diamonds in my wedding band had something on them. I took it back again. I was there over 3 hours. They cant figure out what to do. One of the employees told me it was just that the diamonds were a good quality. I told her that after 16 years of wearing this ring dont you think I would of noticed the spots. I will NEVER BUY jewelry from Helzbergs again. Its now the middle of November and still dont have my ring!!!

** Completely Devastated and Disappointed with not just this location but the Helzberg company as a whole**I brought my beautiful Helzberg Morganite wedding set in to be cleaned and asked a Helzberg worker how I should go about keeping my ring clean at home and she advised I soak it over night in windex once a week... my ring turned BLUE. I am completely devastated because this is the THIRD time a Helzberg location has destroyed my wedding ring. This set has had to been replaced twice already because of Helzberg’s negligence. Corporate is just as bad and could care less about its customers. Wedding rings are extremely sentimental and customers should be treated with more care and respect when their pieces are completely destroyed.

The only place I buy my wifes sparkly goodness! Always friendly and always get the care plan itll pay for itself!
