Powell Jewelry has a nice selection of high quality fine jewelry. Everyone I met there was very helpful and pleasant. The only downside, I realized, is that returns are not allowed, which I was not aware of at the time of purchase. I appreciated the help I received to make an exchange for the items I wanted.

I brought in my wedding set, that I didnt buy there, just to browse at adding to it. Upon discussing all options, they took a look at my diamonds to ensure all was well before cleaning. Two diamonds were so loose, she was surprised I hadnt lost them yet. They sent my ring in to be polished and the diamonds reset/ tightened.All of this was done with was ease and at no inconvenience to them. They were happy to help and explain everything to me.

I got work on my engagement ring done here and also purchased my fiances ring from here, so Ive come in a few times. Sally kept up great correspondence to get my ring exactly how I wanted it. Staff helped me figure out the best ring option for my fiance (he works with his hands a lot), but also thought about needs wed have for the ring years in advance. Experience was easy going and low pressure!

This is a privately owned jewelry store that has been in Wichita for three or four decades. Dont expect a selection of a chain store because they dont have it. It is a very nice store nice employees. I just cannot afford to shop here especially at$20 or $30 for a lifetime watch battery way too much. I could never shop here you are out of my league Im sorry. I do recommend.

Friendly local jeweler with so very many beautiful selections and friendly service. AND I didnt have to guess the price of each piece. Prices are displayed and I find that a nice unexpected touch in a jewelry store. The jeweler can still tell me what is special about any item I choose to see closer because thats still part of the fun in jewelry shopping.
