Madolin, at the Town East store was excellent. She approached us as soon as we came in, and went out of her way to help us as soon as we walked in. If she didn’t know something she didn’t pretend like she did. She found the answer and let us know. We walked in with all intentions of buying one pair of Oakleys. We ended up buying three pairs of glasses, and not due to her pushing them on us. It was due to her honesty, and excellent customer service. There was another lady that came in to start her shift when we were at the register and for the short time we talked with her. She was great as well. In the future this will be the only place we will buy our glasses. Thank you for the great service ladies. There are a lot of places that could learn how to treat customers from you two.

People at store were super helpful, nice, and professional. Fixed another stores mess up. Went above and beyond to make sure I left happy.

Very disappointed with the after sales service of this place. Bought a $200 pair of Ray Ban sunglasses in late May of 2021. Come early August, a screw fell out causing the lens to fall out. Took the sunglasses into the same store that they were purchased at and they were no help. The store manager gave two options, either take them somewhere else and see if they can fix them, or she could offer me 50% off of a new pair of sunglasses. Nothing was offered as far as replacement or warranty. I will promise you one thing, I will never buy a pair of sunglasses from this place again.

The worst customer service!! once you paid $300 there is basically no return.. After I bought a pair of Ray Ban and found the old same pair that I lost, I went back to return it in less than a month (with grace period of 3 months). I told everything to the store manager and she did not believe me and made up a scratch theory on the lens to refuse the return by her microscopic eye lenses which did not exist at all.. NEVER BUY FROM HERE PERIOD!
