Its my birthday and my wife let me get a brand new smoker. They hooked me up! Awesome service. They even delivered it to me!!

Unbelievable customer service. When I first bought my Green Mountain Grill, the store owner personally delivered it, set it up, and gave a hands-on lesson on how to use it. After a couple months, I was having an issue with the auger motor, within an hour of making the call to The Wichita BBQ Store, the owner was at my house replacing the motor and within a half hour the grill was fixed.

Green Mountain Daniel Boone having wiring problems. Richard came to our rescue, gave us a wiring diagram. Found out we needed a thermostat.They have most everything you would need for your green mountain.Richard couldnt be any nicer. Excellent service. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Daniel Boone Prime issue with ignitor... again.... well, Richard came out at his own expense and verified it was the ignitor. He had talked with GMG, knew my problems, came prepared, was professional, was polite, and he was a genuine pleasure to meet. They sell many different grills.... wish I had a different one, but am totally happy with the Wichita BBQ Store!

Awesome staff! Took the time to explain all the differences and options with their inventory. Plus after we decided what grill to buy, then took the time to explain tips for assembling the grill! Definitely will be a repeat customer!

Much better location than other similar stores, great selection, and the staff was incredibly nice. Im so glad we found this place today. Best of all, the spice/rub/sauce world is incredibly diverse. You can actually sample them here! I love knowing Im throwing money away on flavors I dont like.

Incredible experience during and after purchase. Great place and people who go above and beyond! We bought our smoker and it ended up having a manufacturing issue. When we contacted the store they very simply could have referred us back to the manufacturer or asked us to bring it in to them so they could work it out with the manufacturer (usually standard procedure). Instead, the owner personally came to our house outside of town on a Sunday none the less, fixed the issue, and made sure it was working right before he left. 100% of our grilling purchases big and small will be made here.
