They have a great selection of natural, organic and GMO foods and care items. Their prices are reasonable and staff is always helpful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good health food store, or healthy food in general. They also have a nice body care section with artisan soaps and hand crafted purses and bags. One of my favorite stops in Wichita.

Nice store. I went with my Aunt when I was visiting Wichita and they had a great selection of healthy foods and a lot of gluten free options.The vitamin/supplement section was very big too. She was able to find a supplement she’d been looking for all over town.The only complaint we had was them not stocking enough white tea. She had to go to two locations and they still didn’t have it.

This place is great. I was pleasantly surprised to find certain stuff that I have been looking for for years, such as Kava tincture which no one locally seems to have. I love the atmosphere of the store and appreciate the young lady that checked me out. I find that this place reminds me alot of Food for Thought, which I miss very much. I definitely recommend stopping by and checking out their store.

Started shopping here when it became the only place in town offering organic white sweet potato (apparently). Also bought some other produce on sale. But when I brought the receipt to get refund for the Capri tomatoes (they were bitter) they said they do not refund them. I didnt get a definite answer either about whether bringing the bad tomatoes would have made a difference.

Enjoy going here to find good, wholesome, healthier nutritious food. They have sales and good products.. Definitely a good alternative from the regular grocery store!

Everytime Im here I always get a weird vibe. The West Location is welcoming and wonderful at helping! I would go West but I live 4 blocks from the East one, so I shop at Green Acres in Normandie!

So I had called looking for soap. I spoke with, Angela. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Little did she know when I got there Im kind of a pain because I ask a lot of questions. However, not only did she help me, but helped several others as well. When they didnt have other products I wanted, she called a different store so that way they could hold it for me. She was great, and by the way it was my first time here. I am definitely a life long customer!

I only went to buy vegetables for a friend who has to stick with organic. I had never been before. Will definitely go back and look when I have more time. The employees were very nice and there seemed to be quite a lot of options. Prices seem fair

This is one of the few places to find Ripple Pea Milk. IMHO Pea milk and Ripple is the best alternative to cow milk. Nat Groc is what it is. Boutique and I only get my boutique stuff there.

70% of our shopping happens here. We know the staff. The staff knows us. Its like Im going to see my cousins or something. Their produce is the best in Wichita. Their sales are nuts. If they dont have it, ask. They are great about getting hard to get stuff. And they actually follow up!

One of the best kept secrets in town (I say this because the parking lot doesnt usually look busy when I come). Love their customer service, nutrition advice, produce selection, nut and seed selection along back refrigerators. Probiotic, supplement, etc options are the best.

They have a very nice selection of healthy foods. They carry an awesome variety of sweet potatoes.

This place is awesome. There are many different things you can buy here from flax milk to kombucha to hummus. Plus, if you need supplements, this store has two whole aisles dedicated to helping you find what you need on your way to better health. If you’re on this side of town or just happen to be in the area, check this place out!

This is a good place to find any supplement or vitamin that you might need. However, sometimes, it take a little time to find someone to help you out. BUT when you do get your help, theyre very friendly and knowledgeable.

I absolutely adore this store as well as their employees. Im bad about finding what I need. However, there is always someone available to show me where something is. Also, when I ask for help I get great service without attitude.I like that they re-use their boxes instead of plastic bags

ROYAL ANNE CHERRIES by OREGON. How difficult is that to read on the label of a can? Really. How difficult? I have been calling all around ton tonight looking for 4 cans. No luck anywhere, until I called here and spoke with AARON in GROCERIES. Nice person. He went to check and made my night when he said he had 4 cans and would hold them for me up-front. Happy and excited to get what my wife wanted to make her special Thanksgiving salad, I zipped right on down. Four cans were waiting for me - but not ROYAL ANNE CHERRIES. Nice guy, but did not pay attention and his inattention disappointed my wife and infuriated me. I had other things to do this evening, and his inability to read has cost me dearly.

Very nice natural grocery store. Large selection of product goods. Quite pricey for food, but thats what happens when you eat all natural food.

Layout doesnt offer the best use of space. The community area seems like a largely unused space, kinda feels empty and sparse tucked away behind wellness products. Really, a little coffee bar or deli style cafe could amp up the life in this place. Impressive bulk, supplement and health and beauty selections. The produce cooler was making an unhealthy knocking noise that made me doubt its ability to cool food properly, and the produce in it seemed to agree with its wilted leaves. All the employees we encountered were sincere and helpful, especially our cashier, whom informed us of upcoming events, the customer card/smart phone app.

Not a very friendly place. The layout of the store when you first walk in isnt inviting especially when youre being stared down by cashiers who are standing there waiting for customers. We passed probably 7 associates and not 1 said Hello. Prices are much higher than Green Acres down the street. I will take my business elsewhere.

Im a vegan, and this is my absolute favorite place to shop for food! Natural Grocers has reasonable prices, and a huge variety of things you cannot find anywhere else. Not only is there food amazing, but so are their beauty products! I cannot imagine living somewhere without a Natural Grocers.

The friendliness of a small town, even most of the customers are friendly. Each cart is sanitized by the employees after each use. I havent seen that anywhere else and I appreciate not being the cleaning service. Thank you Natural Grocers, N Rock, Wichita Kansas for thinking of the customers.

Would give 5 stars other than that some of the newer employees here are not as friendly or helpful as they could be. In fact, several of the newer employees will not ask you if you need help once even if you are in there looking for a long period of time. In this regard it’s dissapointing. They should do more in regards of perks to consumers who spend a lot of money in this store other than issue a coupon for 5$ off which will expire in two days after you have spent hundreds of dollars in this store
