Great store. It had been a while since Ised had stopped in but it was still very clean, organized and the service was fast and friendly.

Shop Amazon. After placing an order online to pick up an item, and after receiving an item pickup receipt were told it wasn’t in stock. Received another item pick up receipt and went in today to pick it up, only for the staff to question where it was. 2x we went to the store for pick up and 2x no one had a clue. One of the gentlemen was apologetic. One kept searching. I asked if a different flavor could be substituted at a discount for the inconvenience— I was told no.... by the apparent manager who seemed to be put off by having to be clocked back in ( because I was disrupting his break on his phone at the counter. PS he has emerald green earrings ) to handle my now only option of a return. Two separate times we were notified to pick up our purchase and two separate times we were told they didn’t know what or where it was. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service aspect, as this very clearly was a waste of my time — but more importantly a waste of your on duty management. I do wish you all the best in this new year and much growth on a professional level.

Ive been shopping here over 3 years The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Best prices and the points system is valuable. They have a mail service but I like going in because Ill say it again The staff is friendly and helpful

Ive been in a few times, I was in today and the Manager Josh was working today. I had never asked for any recommendations but I had a few questions today and he answered every single one with very easy to understand knowledge. I ended up staying a lot longer than I had planned because I thought their nutritional knowledge might not be the best I was blown away by how in depth and experienced he went. If your on the fence or ever need some advice give this place a shot!

Its better to shop here for your vitamins and your mineral supplies and your diet supplies and theyre very knowledgeable theyll help you if they dont know they look, your products are fresher here than supplies are constantly being updated

Absolutely great service

Their inventory system is terrible. They never have what Im looking for even though their inventory says they do. The nitwits that work in the store havent got a clue.

I came here looking for something pretty specific. The guy showed me many other options & got upset when I asked more questions. My son was with me at the time. I asked my son after we left if he thought that I was being snippy with the employee. He said, no but he was sure being rude to you.Not a good experience. First time walking in this store. I might give them a second try, but I doubt it.

Not bad, decently priced. I love the pay online pick up in store feature plus online they accept PayPal which is always a nice perk for any store.

Common products such as herbs and supplements were priced far above the usual and customary average. Additionally, the staff seemed to know some only by their acronyms, not by their actual name.I stopped by there only because I had left an important supplement at home while heading out of town; I doubt Ill do so again unless I need something truly exotic and can confirm by telephone ahead of time that they have it.I certainly cant fault their variety, though.

Ordered online for in store pick-up. They sent email to come pick up my order in under 30 mins. I was very pleased with the product, price, and service.
