Barb was very nice and friendly. The office was clean and neat. The chair and equipment that I used was disinfected before my eyes. She was extremely professional and explained the results to my understanding. She answered all my questions to my liking. Most importantly, Barb didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I highly recommend.

I was impressed with my first visit to Hearing Healthcare. Barbara was considerate and very professional in testing and explaining everything. I appreciated taking all the time she spent to accomplish the setup.

I previously tested hearing aids somewhere else and was dissatisfied with the fit and my ability to hear. When I called Lonnie he got me an appointment right away and had hearing aids ready. He did more tests than I had previously and spent a lot of time with me. They were comfortable and I could tell a difference in my hearing. Very happy with the service I had from Lonnie.

I felt no pressure to purchase anything.The followup care and maintenance of my hearing aids has been great. I would highly recommend this company. My only regret is that I didnt do it sooner.

After about 9 years of an Audibel hearing aid in my left ear, only, it became more difficult for me to carry on, and be a part of, conversations with most anyone. I was told by the place i bought my hearing aids from because of there age they could not repair the one that quit working. I found Hearing HealthCare and went to talk with them about my problem they where pretty sure that my aid could be repaired and would be at a reasonable price to do so. I left it with them and in less then a week over the Thanksgiving Holiday i received it back working and looking like new. They went above and beyond to make me fell like i was welcome and Im so very glad that i found them they have a new customer.

I originally responded to an advertisement on the internet (hear.com) for a risk-free trial use of hearing aids. The internet provider immediately contacted me and assigned me to a local provided, i.e. Hearing HealthCare Associates.Honestly, my rating of hear.com would be 1 star......but my rating of Lonnie and Barb at Hearing HealthCare is 5 stars. The only good thing hear.com did was put me in contact with Lonnie.The service and care at Hearing HealthCare is top notch. My husband bought his hearing aids in April of 2019. I purchased mine in 2005. We both were tested by Lonnie and purchased our hearing aids from him. He was incredible patient especially during the entire process of learning to put in the hearing aids to making the fine adjustments for the best hearing possible. He was competent, honest and most of all listened to what we were saying about the process of adjustments so he could make the appropriate changes.The office on 13th street is appreciated. The staff at both offices are friendly and attentive.

I moved to Wichita 4 years ago and was pleased to find that Hearing Health Care would be able to take care of my hearing needs just as they had in Salina.
