The first time there and was very peaceful and a clean place. The ladys was very helpful on showing us stuff. They had great quality of stuff and good prices. Will be going back soon to get more. Get time going there with family.

This is by far one of the best Costumer service experiences I have ever had! They are so extremely helpful and attentive. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable. I can guarantee that if you go to moonstone you won’t be disappointed. They even cleansed my stone for me before I left!!!

A nice size metaphysical shop, a good selection of crystals and herbs, and other spiritual things. A bit expensive, and I never end up buying only what I came in for. They always have new things, so its always good to stop and check whats new in the store.

My wife went here yesterday to replace a necklace that had broken. This has been the her ritual for years with Moonstone. Once the necklace breaks, its usefulness has expired and she replaces it with a new one. She said that upon entering she immediately felt under suspicion. The employees followed her around and hovered over her at all times as if she was going to steal. She was looking to purchase more than just the necklace but felt unwelcome and was not able to look around comfortably. So she bought the necklace and left. The negative energy really bothered her to the point she may not go back when that time comes again. Its really sad because we have always felt relaxed and welcome in the past. If this is how you prevent shoplifting you should reconsider treating all customers as potential thieves. If that is not your motive then retraining your staff to not be so overbearing would be wise. I really hope you can get the energy right in this new location so you can still be that place that is welcoming and relaxed. Much love.

I was super excited to come to the new location today. Upon first impression it was very clean, looked great, and I was greeted immediately by a seemingly friendly staff. Each staff member asked if we needed help handling anything, which I appreciated. However, one of the shopkeepers asked my partner if they needed help, and upon walking off started talking rudely about how awkward our energies were to the other staff members.It felt very off putting, and saddening to hear the staff talk badly about us especially after putting on a friendly front. Walking in, my energy felt calm and happy, leaving I felt very dampened. Which is ironic given the typical high frequencies I tend to feel from other metaphysical shops.Overall, my first impression was good, and I am glad Wichita has this shop to purchase items from. But I hope they address the energy and customer service of the staff.

Prices are set in a reasonable range for the products, nothing felt overpriced or misrepresented. Will visit again next trip to Wichita.

I dont usually put up reviews on places Ive been, but I felt like I really needed to vent about my awful experience here. As soon as I walked in, I felt judgemental vibes and the energy was not good. I was followed around, hovered over, and stared at the entire time. The worker who was following me was very sarcastic and rude towards me. She told me not to touch anything. They made me feel like I wasnt wanted there at all, and as if they were better than me. My feelings were hurt and my energy was bought down after I left this store. I really hope this isnt a normal behavior for the employees here, I know that negative energy would be awful for the stones.

Knowledgeable employees, amazing energy, and a large selection of items for whatever path you follow. Very good selection of jewelry, tumbled stones and raw stones. Definitely will be going back!

I’ve been meaning to post a review, but have recently been under the weather. I went into your store a few weeks ago, and I have to say I was very disappointed. I feel like your staff tried to scam me. You changed the prices of the items I brought to the counter from their listed price. I feel like you did this because I’m old and you suspected I wouldnt notice. Ill never be returning to your store. Your employees are cheats!

I usually dont give reviews! I felt like this one needed to be done. With that said I just started massage therapy school and I have been on a life journey that has taken me into a more natural way of healing. While I was in class this week several of my classmates raved about moonstone. I was jumping for joy to check out the store. I was disappointed from the moment I walked in! I try not to complain or judge people or businesses that want to take precautions with the covid virus. I am all for wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer if thats what a business wants, but when you go shopping for something like herbs, candles, incense, you want to be able to use all of your senses such as touch and smell. They make you feel like you have the virus and youre not allowed to do anything without them hovering over you. I also felt like their vibes were all wrong. They definitely make you feel like their way is better than everyone elses. Also I would have spent more money if I was able to properly shop for the items that I was looking for!! I dont think I will be back until some of their precautions have been lifted. Very sad and disappointed!!!

Should of read the reviews first. Anyone can refuse medical treatment from someone who doesn’t have a license to practice medicine. Wether you have medical training or not, if you don’t have a license to practice medicine you are engaging in an unlawful and criminal act. Further more it’s unconstitutional to force any free citizen to wear a masks and if anyone gets injured or undergoes any treatment due to your store policy you and your company can be sued in court. CDC guidelines are not laws. Governor mandates are not law. Your store policy does not trump our constitutional rights or state statues. You can not refuse the right to service to anyone if you have signed the contract that gives you a business license to operate under the code of laws. It will be discrimination. Good luck! Won’t shop from a company who infringes on American’s liberties and legal constitutional rights.

I thought I would visit your store as a first time customer, as I wanted to buy something special for a friend of mine that was just diagnosed with cancer. Walking into your store was probably the biggest mistake I made this month. To put it bluntly, your staff members are Impertinent, invasive. I understand your concerns surrounding the Covid pandemic...However, I don’t want anyone touching me or trying to take my temperature at the door. My average temperature ranges about 99.1, but unless I had a conversation with your stuff about my medical history they would assume I had a fever. I also have psoriatic dermatitis on my face. Wearing a mask no matter what type it is, creates a heat and friction buildup that irritates my face and causes severe burning, itching, flaking and a rash that can be excruciatingly painful. I do not wear a mask because since the pandemic started the more often I wore the mask the more uncontrollable my psoriatic dermatitis has become. I am afraid your staff and possibly yourself are unaware that a mandate is not law. I can only assume that your level of education does not exceed a high school level.... based on my experience and your employees lack of basic etiquette I don’t foresee a bright future for your company. If I may add also, your employees do not represent your company well as they speak down to customers in a very disrespectful way. It’s not appropriate. If you’re so inclined to giving a medical exam at the door before entrance, then I would suggest closing your doors.... That behavior will not be tolerated for long and you will be forced to re-open for lack of income. The people have had just about enough of this nonsense and they’re not going to stay quiet and be bullied any longer.

Honestly got such a weird vibe when I went in. Seems like the employees, if not familiar with you, will judge you for seeming less educated than themselves and preach down to you. The whole energy seems to be more about profit than actually engaging people in a spiritual community and helping them prosper. Just money hungry meanies to be quite honest. I’d recommend Apothecary on the west side if you’re looking for some real guidance!!

Very happy with my purchase! Devin (long pretty hair) was helpful, professional and sweet. Upon entering & in lieu of COVID-she gave me hand sanitizer and let me know their process. She took me to what I was looking for, answered my questions, and when asked, demonstrated the hand-held glass singing bowl -which was cool.She remained courteous and accommodating in-spite of my slight off putting behavior (off day😬) which demonstrates how proficient she is.Stay amazing Devin! 💛

I do appreciate the precautions taken to keep the costumers safe, but i felt like i was being stared down the whole time which made me uncomfortable. prices were also a bit high but i understand that crystals and crystal jewelry are not cheep. overall the only problem for me was being watched the whole time i was looking around.

One fellow working there was really nice and helpful, but due to COVID they were limiting the amount of people who could go inside. This isn’t a problem, but bc of the limited capacity, other workers were rushing me and my family while we were in the store.I was specifically approached by one employee who asked if she could help me grab something off the shelf. After I told her I was browsing she stated there were other people waiting outside.Found this to be extremely rude, considering I also had to wait outside to be let in to shop. Frankly it ruined our experience. Won’t be back. 2 stars for the wonderful guy who helped us find a gift!

🚨🚨 If I could give negative stars I would! I have a medical condition THAT I TAKE MEDICATION FOR that exempts me from wearing a mask per the KANSAS EXEMPTION RULES. They stated that they have the right to refuse service, so in other words if you have a disability theyre not going to serve you. I informed them that its against the law and my constitutional rights AND against the ADA disabilities act. They tried to take my temperature without any sort of medical training. The lack of knowledge for the LAW and their prejudice of people with disabilities is appalling to say the least. I have already contacted my lawyer. 🚨🚨

Horrible place. Was followed around and literally hovered over. We were told not to touch anything. The employees will touch it for us! Plus my grandaughter asked about spirit animals and was told with a blank look. Its just animal statues. Dont mean nothing! Any of us who frequent stores like this know we buy what speaks to us. I honestly cant say enough positive things about the store and the employees and owner. My 1st experience with them was amazing they went out of their way and helped me find what I needed. The next time I went to the store I was putting my mother on hospice. I was an emotional wreck and the owner was so kind and patient with me and helped me select everything. Customer for life now absolutely!!

I came by 3 times today while in town no one came to the door.. I kept coming back every couple hours after waiting 5 mins but each time no one answered the door or anything.. I saw people in there talking but no one even looked at the door..

I’ve come to this store for some years now. Mostly because there are very few witchy stores in town. The people that work there are very helpful. However, I went to a past life regression with the owner. Out of the period of time, she was more interested in having more time to shop for things and rushed through the past life regression. Something that I paid for and was very disappointed in. She will also try to manipulate you in to buying something more expensive then what it’s really worth or what ur looking for. She and the workers, I’m sure was told to say, that she travels around the world and United States finding unique objects to sell. I was told this on multiple occasions. However, some of her stuff come from amazon and she charges triple the amount. For example, the exact same crystal ball on amazon for $20.00 she was charging $100. I made a comment to my cousin that was with me and showed him on my phone and she came right behind me looking at me phone. I don’t know what she expected, but it was really strange and disrespectful. It goes to show, it doesn’t matter your religion or background anyone can be Manipulative and greedy. She offers reiki healing, but I couldn’t imagine any sort of healing from her. I don’t say these things out of any hate or anger. These are my experience here. This is more of a warning for people. I don’t come in here in less I have to. If you do, expect to pay more for something then what it’s worth or u can find it someplace else.

I love this store. Some items are on the pricey side but the staff is great, family store, the atmosphere is very relaxing and the classes offered are done well. Great place to get stones and crystals and tarot and incense and books on paganism etc.

This is one of my favorite places in Wichita. I get a majority of my stones here and many other items including sage, tarot decks, incense, books, and much more. They offer aura readings which is always nice when your feeling off and trying to determine where you need balance. Everytime I walk in the doors its like a breath of fresh air. I never leave feeling any less than amazing. Staff is very knowledgeable. This is my absolute favorite place to bring my mom as well. I get alot of my spiritual side from her and we bond doing things like that. Ill continue to be a loyal returning customer as long as the shop is open! Hoping someday they can expand into a larger more accommodating space!

The entire situation was a misunderstanding with me and the email from the individual was replied to within 2 minutes with apologies and options to meet with the owner in private on my day off. There was never a response from the individual. This is a spiritual place where we do our best to help spiritually. We are not mental health therapists in any way, but we do our best to help anyone and everyone in any way our strengths allow. The incident happened back in January and this is all coming out now out of nowhere from people whose names and faces I do not recognize and cant find as customers in the system. So this feels very personal towards me alone, but I not towards Moonstone. It seems the only way you guys want this handled is for me to be fired, thats not going to happen. We are all human and make mistakes and have many differing views. These petty personal attacks are uncalled for. Ive taken responsibility for my part in the negative experience and Ive learned from it and acknowledged it to the individual. I private messaged the individual and replied to original review, but got no response. This is what I sent.... Well I saw youre review. I would like to apologize I made you feel that way. That was not my intention in any way. I remember the situation and I was being very shallow and scripted. I misread the situation and I do apologize for that.
