Very disappointed in customer service. Today 8-7-21, I ordered a strawberry orange Julius. The girl at the cash register took my order and told them older Hispanic lady so she could make it. The older lady asked, you want berry? I said, no, I want it strawberry. She was told already in was an orange Julius. I corrected her to strawberry because I thought there might have been a different berry. I got my drink and walked away.After I realized I only got strawberry and no orange, I went back to tell them. The older lady got mad and said, I asked you if you wanted strawberry. I said, I told you strawberry in my orange Julius like I ordered. She grumbled and took the drink and poured it down the sink. She started to remake the drink. Slaming everything she touched. She pushed the drink on the counter. I told her thank you and she grumbled again and walked off. I was very polite and calm the whole time. As I walked off I said, Thanks for being rude.I know what I ordered, but at the same time they never gave me a receipt. Also, they could only take cash, because they said the machine was not working.

She was so rude and didn’t even let us finish ordering. she was giving unnecessary attitude and mean looks.

It was good but the chicken sandwich could use some better ranch. I loved the strawberry/banana smoothie, our Orange Julius is closed in Hutch so I drove to Wichita.

Those cotton candy blizzards are to die for. Had to go to 4 dairy queens so I waS ecstatic that they werent sold out of the cotton candy blizzards, like the other ones I hit before.

Very friendly staff! The cashier was very patient while my son was trying to decide what he wanted as his birthday treat! He ordered the Jurassic chomp blizzard, which he loved!

I work in the mall I went to get a strawberry banana. Got it went back to work drank some and it tasted funny. Went back they told me that they ran out of suger water. They made a new one tasted fine but then after a few more drinks it had a strong chemical taste. Horrible experience I know it was busy I was patient was nice when I went back. Won’t be back. Feb 2nd 2019

When me, my mother, and my sister went to the Daily Queen here we didn’t receive napkins. The banana-split was good but was messy, so when my mother went to the counter they made her wait for 3 minutes! Because they were either too stupid or too lazy to do their job!

They have amazing drinks especially now that Dairy Queen and Orange Julius have combined!

The customer service was horrible we were there at 5:55 pm and got turned away she said she was close and then I ask her wat time she usually closed and she said 6:00pm .walk to Starbucks and got the service people deserve

Lady working today was sitting down & on her cell phone. I had to get her attention & then she was rude acting like I was bothering her. After she helped me she sat back down & got back on her cell phone, even though there were other customers looking at the menu. I call this piss poor customer service!
