Impossible to talk to someone local. Constant games from the 800 number. Local office was always great, now I cant get ahold of them and the doors are locked due to the pandemic.

If I could give you zero stars I would. You processed a $750.56 electronic check to fill my tank when it was setting on zero. On the same day I ordered without informing me it would be up to 7 days without counting weekends before you would be out to fill tank.When I called the next day to ask when you would be out, I was told I could pay another additional $200 for an emergency fill if I wanted it before the seven days. I was not informed about the seven days prior to the order or prior to you cashing my electronic funds. The address is less than 10 miles from your business. 😳 I own my tank Ill order someplace else next time. Last order from Ferrell Gas. Spent 45 mins on hold. Its now Friday - I have canceled my order and expect a full refund thanks for nothing.

Out of propane and 30 below wind chill they dont care about customers used to be able to deal local not anymore. Been a customer for 30 years there service sucks.

Shortly after arriving home with a premature newborn, we found ourselves with a completely empty propane tank. Nicole demonstrated wonderful customer service to get us back in business with a warm home the same day I called.
