These people will pit there workers against each other to levels that could lead to work place violence. They will tell you that you cannot get a raise because others in the shop are scrapping parts. This is counter to building a friendly workplace environment and does not address the issues. Instead of taking responsibility for their sheer lack of leadership and training they would rather the working class fight for the crumbs. This place will tank without a doubt

I had high hopes for this place as well. The owners were super friendly at first. Then, 3 months in I saw how they slam doors, curse at employees and throw damaged parts across the shop in childish anger fits when things aren’t going well. The desks in their offices are always cluttered and messy. The shop is usually just as messy and very cramped. The parking lot is a disaster, full of scattered empty pallets. The owners older brother is an HR harassment nightmare. Among many things, he beats on the bathroom door if he thinks you’ve been using it too long. They have had no AC in the shop since it opened...but the office is 70 degrees year round! Priorities are obvious! They promised all new hires for ten years that new AC units “are on order and will be here soon”. The AC still hasn’t been bought but the owners had no problem remodeling their home using tens of thousands of dollars. They care just as much about their machinists as they do their chip filled floors and desktops! If you want a good place to work, come to Sunshine!

Started working here with very Conservative/Republican views quit as a Radical Marxist. If your looking for employment your better off joining a Trade Union then wasting time here

I had a lot of hope for this place when I first joined the team. Come to find out though that the scrap rates here are insane and the complacent leads are holding back the whole business from growing. Place was doing so bad that spirit forced them into opening night shift to try and catch up on all the parts they ruined. Constantly hiring completely new people into the shop and overworking them until they scrap so much that they can be discarded. I normally wouldn’t be so petty as to write a review but my attendance with the company was perfect and I was promised that my vacations hours would be put into my final check. None the less it was not and the message they sent me was that they just had a meeting about how if you quit or are fired you do not get your vacation/sick pay. That’s going back on your word regardless of legality. 1star awarded for this business.

I have had Absolute Dimensions waterjet several items for me. I have been very happy with their quality and attention to detail. Their pricing is very reasonable. They also work great on short deadlines.
