This small company conducts itself more like a large corporation. The way they treat their employees is unacceptable.

Airbus Helicopters’ engineering thankfully found Cox Machine. They were easy to collaborate with and delivered our parts on time. We could not find any machine shops in DFW that could match Cox’s pricing or, more importantly, technical capabilities.

Over 4 years Ive been trying to get a job their for warehouse shipping receiving and they keep telling me they gave it to someone with more experience that person has to be 62 years or older to get that job and they dont even see me talk to me to see if Im worthy with 30 years experience and after they send me that letter that job pops back up on the website so I take it the people with more experience than me dont make it

For a family owned business... Ive never been anywhere like this. Where they could care less about their employees.
