I recently ordered an alternator bracket for my big block Chevy but apparently ordered one for a small block. I called them directly and they resolved the issue immediately. No questions asked even though it was my fault. The replacement part fit perfect! Very good product. Great price and excellent customer service!

Worst company i have ever had experience with. Treats their customers like dirt so i can only imagine how they treat their staff. If i could leave negative stars i would. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I have been looking for months now to get a dyno graph of my car and I get told I can make an appointment to rent some time by a man named chris and I make one a week after then I arrive and after waiting for an hour I am told that the dyno has an error and needs someone to reprogram the machine so I make another appointment the next day and I show up after calling several times getting straight to voicemail and I am told by 2 other people that they dont rent time. Dont go here they will waste your time.

While searching for parts for my LS swap I found what I needed at ICT Billet. I was very happy with the price so I ordered the bracket set. It turns out I ordered the wrong part. I called ICT and they pointed out my mistake. Notice I said MY mistake, not ICT.They said they would ship me the correct parts and include a prepaid return label. They did not ask for payment upfront, THEY JUST SHIPPED IT!! The quality of the parts was topped only by the customer service.In the future I will check ICT Billet for anything I need before I look elsewhere. I dont work for ICT and have not gotten anything for doing this review.
