I came in at 3pm on a Thursday. There was not any menu signage, or any menus on the counter. The cashier looked for some but couldnt find them. We checked Facebook for a menu and found one image of specialty pizzas, dated January of 2020. We ordered a medium pizza and were told the prices had changed and that mediums, while still technically for sale, couldnt be rung up because of a computer issue. The cashier then asked us to wait for a manager to come in from their car. We decided to just order some slices instead, as those were made and ready. We then had to move to a different register and the cashier had to ask another employee how to ring up slices. When we were finally able to pay the cashier then had to wait for help opening the case for the slices, then took over five minutes to remove the slices from it. Over twenty minutes since entering we finally had food.Training either isnt happening or is very poor. The lack of menus is baffling. The computer issues needed fixed before bothering to prep dough. Ive enjoyed the food here previously but itll be a long time before I feel like going back.

Placed an online order from the West Central location. When I walked through the front door to pick up there were two employees around a desk area away from the front cash register. Neither acknowledged our presence. A tall teenager appeared to be observing the short lady, then she began to answer phone calls, while we were still not acknowledged. After 6-7 minutes I walked over to the area they were standing, let them know I was picking up an online order and STILL neither acknowledged I was there or that I just tried to talk to them. I said it again and finally the teenager did go to the back to get the online order. We told the short lady we had been waiting for a while and she said I cant see you from this desk, thats not my fault. Well, actually, it is your fault. We didnt sneak through the front door, we walked in like normal people. Pizza was fine, nothing really special. Employees were rude/untrained. Will not be going back. Which is really sad because I was genuinely looking forward to independent pizza on the west side.

It should be a -1 worst taco pizza ever. Sense when do we have to assemble our own pizza? Will not be returning. Disgusting. Telling all my friends to stay away.

Never going back, this was my place I chose to go to for my B day, I was embarrassed &sad. It was their margaritas special evening, nope they were out of stuff to make margaritas, the bar was stacked with dirty dishes anyways. Pizza was ok, you could get that pizza almost any place . Staying home for my Bday next time. My kids are all professional restaurant employees, some work at 5* places, so I will let them make my drinks next time, and my home is cleaner.😉

We had a great experience our very first time. Unfortunately the dining room was closed due to the AC being broken so we ordered to go. We got the pepperoni master pizza, chicken caesar salad and sweet thai chili wings. The pizza was good, salad had a lot of flavorful chicken but the wings were my absolute favorite! The sauce was just so perfect. The cashier was very helpful and patient. We will be back to try some of the other pizzas. The menu has lots of options.

I called to place an order, I began the order and was put on hold which I did not get the order in. I guess they did not want my order that bad. This was the West Central store. Very disappointed in this. I went to a competitor to get my pizza. They lost out. I am take awhile before I go back.

We have ordered pizzas from here before and they were good. We ordered subs, ranch potato wedges and tiramissu on 4-23-21 for pick up. The subs-Don and Donna were very good. The ranch potato wedges were undercooked and had an odd crumbly texture to them, with no ranch dressing or flavor. We will not be ordering them again. The tiramissu was quite small, but was good.

I wanted to try something different. I ordered the philly cheesesteak. It has alfredo sauce with steak, onions, and green bell peppers. I was overjoyed with the quality of the meat. Thin sliced, very good flavor. We also ordered a one topping pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni quality was awesome as well!Their dough surprised me. It is a new york style, thinner than a pan pizza. Crisp outside with a soft center. This crust was the best crust Ive had in Wichita.

Twice have had there pizza and once was a taco pizza both were amazing. Will be ordering there again. Owners were super friendly and had great customer service. 10 stars if i could. Thank you guys.

I honestly consider this the best Pizza in Wichita right now. I LOVE pizza. So I make it a point to try local businesses because there’s always hidden gems with local pizza places. This one is truly a gem, the pizza is so good I keep craving it. Their pepperoni master pizza Is my guilty pleasure! I would look no further for locally owned amazing pizza.

They were a little slow to help or even greet customers. I was standing in their for about 6 or 7 minutes before i was acknowledged. However my food was freshly prepared and they were friendly

Very good pizza. The crust is perfect and the flavor is on point. Living in NY for three years made me appreciate a good pizza and this is the best I’ve had since!

I was kind of surprised at this place not only does it serve pizza you could still eat in their little restaurant they also have beer and hard drinks Their pizza is really fresh and good you get any way you want it theyve got some kind of concoction and a drink and a plastic sippy bag of sorts think its got alcohol in it its supposed to be really good it was very popular There waitresses are friendly and quick and very attentive the pizza is to die for literally any way you want it its really good you can get just about anything on it or you could sit at the bar and relax not be bugged and enjoy drinking a cold brewski.

It reminded me of a Caseys Gas Station pizza, unfortunately its twice the price. I went off the reviews to give it a shot, but its nothing I would ever recommend. It must be good for that area or something to explain the reviews.

I was highly disappointed. I ordered the baked ziti which is supposed to come with Penne homemade Italian sausage ricotta cheese under mozzarella. There was no ricotta cheese. I spent $9 on nothing that is special. I could of made it at home for cheaper and more than 18oz. I ordered a salad and stated that it came with your choice or dressing yet I was charged $.75 extra for 3oz of dressing that wasnt even full. I think my favorite thing was the cheese bread. Also ordered a meat lovers individual pizza which was okay. I liked the crust but it was too salty for my liking which could of been from the candian bacon. Over all I really didnt think $32 was worth it.

This was the first time ordering from here. We got the 18 Super Supreme. Got it home and opened the box, all three of us said Wow. It smelled fantastic and that first bite there was the omg.. bursting with flavor all the way through.I wasnt just a meal, it was an Experience. Thats what people want, to be Wowed.Just like he says in the ad. Pizza so good, its Electrifying !

The dessert pizza is amazing and I think the price was very reasonable. Both times Ive been in the staff was very polite and both times my order was done on time.

This place is ridiculously understaffed. I felt bad for the woman who was making the pizzas + answering the phone + running the point of sale. What would have taken 15 minutes anywhere else took over an hour to dish out my one pizza. Pizza was good.

Just tried for the first time today after reading so many positive reviews. I will say some of the food was good but some left more to be desired.*The Veggie Master pizza- delicious! Fresh veggies are always a plus on a pizza. Good overall flavor too. Great crust.*Meat Master pizza- Flavor seemed lacking. Adding my own additions to make it more palatable for me was a must.*Deviled egg potato salad- just okay (if your mom or grandma made great deviled eggs and/or potato salad this wont live up to it is all Im saying.)*The bacon baked beans - amazingly good! Plenty of bacon per bite.*Sweet Thai Chili wings - my husband and I agree that the flavor of the sauce was good however, I reiterated bone-IN THREE times (she seemed to have issues hearing me at first) and she even repeated it back to me during the call and they still made us bone-out. Were a bone-in wing kind of people. They just hold flavor better. Plus they dont get soggy/mushy the next day like these chicken balls (yes, balls) they sell.I was also told theyd arrive in 30 minutes but it took an hour to deliver. I actually wouldnt have minded if theyd just said an hour to begin with, given the order size. Probably should have tipped the driver a little less. I was initially happy that they deliver to our area though.Im not 100% impressed, especially since they are kind of high and their service was just okay for knowing we were first time customers. (Even though service should be quality for ALL customers.) Maybe well try something else on their menu one day. For now, my local pizzeria hunt continues.

I am looking over some of these reviews and they are a completely different experience than I had. Food was nice and tasty hot from the oven and filling. Price is on point for the buffet. I was highly disappointed upon trying this pizza place for the first time. They couldnt keep enough pizza on the buffet (which wasnt very good anyways); they ran out of clean plates; the minimal salad bar wasnt fully stocked; & the pizza I requested never even got made. The staff wasnt friendly/welcoming and they seemed to be lethargic. We will not be returning to this establishment.

Unfortunately this is the first negative review Ive left, and its upsetting that the reasoning is carelessness from staff/ownership. My friend and I ordered two pizzas tonight, I got cheese and she got a spicy chicken. Her first bite we heard a crunch and she spit it out to find her chicken had bones in it. Never in my life have I ever had bones in my sliced chicken on pizza! She called to let them know and all she was told is that it comes pre-cooked so there is no way to know, which is understandable. Mistakes happen, HOWEVER an entire pizza went uneaten because you cant really experience that and dig right back in...but after calling to give them a chance to make things right instead the woman that answered seemed annoyed at the fact she bothered to call and pretty much said too bad. Disappointing that we tried it after hearing such great things and instead we were let down on not only the food but service as well.

Tried for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Pizza was good and a thin crust cheese bread was excellent. Had buffet on my visit and did have some salad along with pizza. Buffet with drink cost $10 with tax which seems a bit pricey but in line with other pizza buffet offerings. Its not a $5 lunch combo but in my opinion was worth it. I could have eaten quite a bit more but the person I was with unfortunately was in a hurry. Definitely worth a try.

It is hands down one of the best pizza places Ive even been. I get take out from there every other weekend and its always top-notch. Whether Im ordering from their abundant choices of pizza or one of their absolutely amazing pastas; Im always more than satisfied! Dont forget to try one of their dessert pizzas.

Our first visit to this pizzeria. We got a large pepperoni and a medium supreme. Both pizzas are very good. They messed up the pepperoni and fixed it immediately. They gave my son a slice to tide him over until the new pizza came out. I will definitely be back.

Went in the other day to try it. Bought 3 slices @ $2.00 each. My Husband and I went out and sat in the car to try one of our favorite foods. We were very disappointed as the pizza was completely tasteless. The crust, no taste and the sauce had no seasoning. Sorry Electric pizza you didnt hit the spit.

Cheezies pizza is a few doors to the east...way better pizza.... friendlier service....excellent price. Do yourself a favor and skip this place

Nice local pizza joint. Their fresh dough really makes a difference. The garlic parmesan bread is amazing.The pizza has quality toppings and delicious dough. The cheese was a little heavy for me, but didnt hurt the experience. Ill definitely go back.

I wont even give it 1 star. My first time there and the food on the buffet was old and cold and the 2 employees never came out of the office where they were playing video games on the computer to see if I needed anything or how I liked it. This was after I told them it was my first time trying it. Maybe the worst customer serve Ive ever had. Their shirt said the pizza was electrifying. What needed to be electrifying was a cattle prod on that butt to get them up and moving and taking care of their customers.

Went in for the buffet, and it was small but only $5.99. Pizza was lacking. Seemed like everyone there got the buffet as well so once they put out a pizza, it was gone quick. Salad bar was small, but good. Place definitely has potential!

I ordered 4 pizzas and 1 dessert. We paid for several extra toppings. However, one pizza was missing jalapenos which were $2! The food we got was good, we were just disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised. I got the farmer Ted with red sauce and yes it is a little expensive but loaded with toppings and very good quality. They do have whats called the electric pizza which they told me is more like what you get from other places and is priced appropriately. I prefer more lol. Friendly staff clean. I will be back to try some of the pasta options

I gave 4 stars only cause I havent tasted the food, I was just checking them out looking at what they had. Saw a couple would love to try. If it looking for something off the beaten path as far as other pizza joints this would be the place. I finally ate here, turns out they have a buffet and the food is excellent. Definitely give this restaurant a try.

This review is for the one on maple and west. The pizza was GREAT. The ranch (I’m a big ranch LOVER) But the service was slow and the plates were slow too. It could’ve been the staff cause they were a little low on people. But the pizza was good.

Had it for the first time today. We are a pizza house and this first impression is fantastic. I will definately be ordering again. We got the wild hog and the boar sausage is great. The cheesy bread was good and it came pretty quick.

I was sad. I was so excited for this place!The dough is great but i didnt feel as though it was as wonderful as others boosted it to be. My wings werent cooked enough. The wedges could have cooked a little longer as well.The people were kind so that was nice.

Took family in on a Sunday afternoon. Pizza was great white sauce was better than red but red wasnt bad. They have a hard time keeping up with the supply of pizza on the buffet but when supplied its good.

This is tough. Salad bar was lacking. Spinach, peppers, yellow peppers green olives, red onion, cottage cheese, croutons, Italian and ceasar dressing, vanilla cookies maybe cheese. 6 pizzas not very fresh which gal was apologetic for. Put in a pizza for me. 6 more people came in pizza came out lucky I got a fresh slice. Then large group came in 17 or so cleared the pizza. They did a great job getting new pizza out. And I got a few slices that were really good. I think it would be better to order instead of choosing the buffett. Or use a delivery service. The fresh pizza was good. I might try again?

First time trying this place and as my fiancé and I are waiting for our food, we notice the two employees just lounging around stuffing their faces and watching some game show. How is that even professional? Not to mention they totally forgot about the pizza and burnt it on top of never bothering to ask how we liked the food when they knew it was our first time due to me mentioning we’ve never been here before. Besides the burnt parts, pizza was actually decent but the service is rather disappointing.

The pasta sauce was watery and very bland. The whole thing was lukewarm. The garlic bread was good. I think that the chicken was warmed up separately. I hope that the pizza would be better

Being from Boston I am picky with my pizza. Just discovered this place and their pizza was really awesome! The woman that took our order and I think even made the pizza she was really great.

Terrible service, went for the buffet and there was no pizza left on the buffet, I am vegetarian and asked if they could make a veggie pizza for me and my wife who is also vegetarian. While waiting we ate salad, which my wife found a fly in hers, I showed the employees and got little to no response. When the veggie pizza finally came out it was gone in seconds from a line of people who took it because it was the only option available. Honestly, I can’t believe my experience as it was our first time trying this place that newly opened down the road. I encourage all my vegetarian friends reading this to avoid this place. We walked out having paid 16$ for a fly and 2 slices of pizza. We’ll never go back again because of this.

You always hope that the local joint can crank out better food than the chain places, but thats not the case here. I might as well have ordered a Dominos pizza, because thats about how NOT good this pizza is. I ordered their Supremo and it was really disappointing. Greasy crust, low quality pepperoni and while the portion of that greasy pepperoni was OK, the portions of the remaining toppings was less than generous. NOT a repeat buy. The bottom crust should NOT be shiny and laden with grease.

We tried the Sweet Hot the first time and it was delicious! Tried the classic supreme and the crust held up again. I hate Pizza Hut crust and other places are hit and miss with toppings - give Electric Pizza a try they have a lot to offer.

I have carried out a pepperoni master and Italian master. The pepperoni master had a hair in it. Decided to try them again and the Italian master had onions on it, which are not included in the description. I had $5 off coupons both times but wouldnt eat there without a coupon, I dont think. Im also pretty appalled at the owners responses to a couple reviews on here.
