I have resisted leaving a review until now. Im sharing my experiences so that hopefully, no one else will have the same problems. I purchase a Solarium Glass Structuee through Sunshine Room a year ago and have had issues with water intrusions, constant water condensations, and air leakages since completion. After many attempts of asking them to honestly fix the problems, I have given up hope. It was so bad that even the aluminum frames frozen solid this past winter in a room that was 65 degrees ambient air and heaters running. An attorney advised me that this is not a common case and sometimes it is best to just let go vs. the expenses. I would not recommend anyone use this company period. They are a group of unprofessional, dishonest, and deceitful people...starting with their sales manager (Gus Frey) to their Installer/Contractor (Roy Schmucher of S & S Remodeling) and the owner (Wade Griffin of Sunshine Rooms). If you wish to deal with them, have everything they promise in writing! One of the worse decision and mistakes I ever had to deal with. Disappointed. I would give them a minus star if I could. Product arrived damaged and wrong color 575 rib . Mullet caps missing and full of scratches. Angle brackets also cut at the wrong angle.

Purchased a house with one of there rooms added on. 5 of the windows have 1 of the 2 peices of glass broken. Luckily none have had both sheets of glass break so its still not a straight opening to the outside. The bottom windows have standing water between them. I called the company to see about getting it fixed and had a terrible experience. They gave me the name and number to one of there local installers. I never heard back. I called them again and nothing still. Given up on them going to end up tearing the room off most likely.
