Picked up a load from here and was running late. Called the office to let them know and they were very nice about it said not a problem. Got to the yard and the loader man was very rude, and that there were to be no trucks after 3:00 p.m., and they locked the gate at 3:45. I had better be strapped and out of there by then. I had never been to this location before. Customer service goes a long way with anyone that you interact with. Everyone else there was nice to deal with. We all have jobs to do and it is way more enjoyable to do your job when you get to interact with friendly people. The one star review is for the employee that needs to learn how to interact with those customers that can give a good or bad recommendation down the road. He was also rude to another driver that came in after I did.

Great place to load. On the directions from Google maps trucks cant go down Craneing Rd. go up to E. 289th hang a left and go down cross the Rail road and to the left and you will run right into it.
