Sweet Berry is an amazing market! Fresh fruits, vegetables and much more. The prices are fair and reasonable. The store was well organized and very clean despite the large crowds. If I lived here, this would be my go to shop for all of my groceries. I will definitely be back every time I come home to visit family!

This market is fabulous! Always crowded for good reason! The food is always fresh and delicious and they have great hot food here too. I really recommend coming here they got all kinds of different fresh produce and organic goods to choose from. There really is something here for everyone. And the prices are so affordable!

They have great produce selection. At the hot food section, the lady serving cooked seemed biased against me. One time, she refused to sell me fried chicken even though there is still a lot left. At another time, the chicken she put in the bucket were old and dry. I did not realize until later, she collected the food from out of my view instead ofthosethat are behind the glass.

Fresh fruit and vegetables, courteous staff and very good hot (temperature) fried chicken. Make sure you stop here in your travel.

The produce us fresh and the workers are very helpful. I absolutely love the customer service here. That is the reason for me coming back again and again.

This store has different kind of farm produce for a reasonable price. They have different regular meats, and other essential food items that are mostly required in a household. The whole coconuts that I bought along with the other fruits taste really good.Although the store is privately owned, the workers are professionals. They attend to customers needs promptly. Storekeepers are respectful to their customers regardless of their race. Unlike some other privately owned stores that monitor other races as soon as they enter their stores.This store has almost everything for your groceries shopping. The store initiates in-store promotion by reducing prices on some of their food items, and especially on their fresh fruits.This place and its environment are clean. The atmosphere is conducive, and there is a parking lot for cars.

This fresh produce and fresh meat market is the best on the upper east side of Cleveland. They have some of the best organic foods you can buy that will make your food recipes absolutely delicious. They also have flowers, spices, Freds hot sauce, eggs, milk, and so much more. I would give them five stars except for the fact that oftentimes the store is very crowded and a very long line. However Ive never waited in that line for more than 5 minutes and they are very efficient at ringing people up. And things are a little bit tight inside trying to get around. So, perhaps they should consider expanding.

Sweet berry store is always clean and the staff was wonderful. Placed an order for 7 sandwiches and they took great care of me.

Great selection and value in fresh produce, and a nice deli and prepared food counter. They carry unusual bakery items, too. Its a busy place, but the checkout is efficient and moves quickly. Worth the trip.

Excellent fresh produce at great prices. Their deli subs are the bomb and an amazing deal. They have a good deli and small meat department with interesting selections. If I lived closer, I would go weekly.

What a cute, fresh, little market! Lines were long but seem to move pretty quickly, that was my 1st visit.

While standing in Taco Bell complaining about all the places closing up a young told me about this place. He was sitting her explain these sandwiches and dips. I’m like this place can not exist. I was wrong. To hell with subway’s five dollar footlongs. These are by far the best subs in town. Nicely loaded and very tasty.

Cashier filled and placed bags where I was unloading my cart. Got messed up. Milk fell off counter. I had to tell her that I was having trouble taking items out of my cart when I had to place bags in my cart. I couldnt see some of the items. Be a little more considerate and dont try to impress me you are fast. Not appreciated. This is a great store. Dont ruin it with shoddy service.

Love the chucken noodle soup...place needs more room/space. Veggies and fruits are 90% of time a hit but this last time Im not sure what to say. The older woman working the hot foods is not so nice and this is my OPINION. I go there often and 2 me she just isnt that nice. The other younger ladies are truly helpful and friendly. Maybe its just her personality and we dont mesh well when we come n2 contact in conversation.

After shopping here for the first time, why would anyone ever purchase meat and produce anywhere else? Especially Giant Eagle. I love Sweet Berry! They have so many unique things to pick from. Now I seriously hate Giant Eagle.

Great little shop. They always have the best looking produce for a great price. I would also recommend their baked goods, the pepperoni bread is AMAZING. Been here a few times and never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and efficient. If you havent been, I definitely recommend!

Ive been shopping here since it opened. I used to love shopping here. They have competitive prices, good quality. On my last two visits, I encountered a semi-friendly staff. There were one or two employees who may have been having a bad day. They were rude, rolling their eyes, obnoxious and condescending. Overall, its a great place for shopping.

The food that was ordered 2 weeks in advance was not ready and was 2 hours late. They didnt care . Offered 10$ off . The chicken was not even good. The pastries however are amazing witch is why they get 1 star.

The BEST place to go for fruit, vegetables and salads!! Its about 20 minutes from me and I drive there to get my fruits and vegetables and their smokies are yummy too! Its super small but cheap. I love it!

I hate to do this because I think SweetBerry is a decent source of food at unbelievably reasonable prices but I bought a carton of blueberries last week that had sandy / crunchy / grainy seeds within them that ended up cramping my stomach the whole night. I was pretty disappointed as I have never come across that in my life. With that being said, there is still good to be had within the store.

I love Sweetberry. I love their products and prices. What I cant stand is that they do not have a proper flow to handle the people walking in whore swimming upstream against the people whore trying to check out. Its constantly difficult to determine if someone is in the checkout line or the line for the deli. If youre claustrophobic, dont go there; its often extremely crowded on Sundays when I go.

This is the first time I have had a bad experience at Sweet Berry. I shop there multiple times a week. I ordered a pastry tray that I had a picture of in their brochure. When they brought it to me it was only cut up kuchen from what they sell. Not one cookie. It didnt look at all like the picture. The manager on duty proceeds to argue with me as the employee agrees with me. I would order elsewhere from now on.

Nothing bad about Sweetberry! They are doing a great job at keeping the social distancing for customers. Sweetberry is the cleanest market I have been to. Great prices on meats, veggies, fruits and staples. Very professional staff in a high volume store.

I used to be here three or four times a week. Stopped in for a roast and the prices went up and the selection was slim. There were hamburger patties that were already turning brown and past the sell date. Its was a great little market for the area.

I love to shop here. They have fresh produce and quite a variety of it. They also make great salads and subs. Its a little small inside but the food and service definitely make up for that.

The people who work in the hot foods and the subsare very very rude. Its the same people every time( white woman with long blonde hair and the white woman with dark hair) Every time I come in their theyre always nasty towards black customers. Theyre prejudiced against black customers. They need to be fired. Please fix because I wont return and I love coming to SweetBerry.

I always enjoy shopping from sweet Berry.

I use to love this market but the last time I was there the staff were super rude and unhelpful. One of the staff members literally tried squeezing a cart past my friend hitting her and all without saying excuse me or apologizing we were so shocked by his actions we didnt even purchase anything and went to the market down the street instead.

Good place to go. A little tight in spots but acceptable. I try to shop there once a week.

It was crowded but there isots of good stuff there and prices are good, too.
