I spend way to much money here. That’s to say it’s a convenient shopping experience. I love this store and I have always found the team of The Home Depot employees to be very kind and helpful.I’m always glad to know that with almost any materials I buy, I can buy more than I think need and return what I don’t use on my next trip. The tool and truck rental service has saved me a ton of money over the years. When I purchased big items like a pallet of roofing shingles, I got help loading it up. I’m a very happy customer of The Home Depot.

I used HD for both of my granite installations and they did a great job. Mandy helped me out both times and she was very helpful and informative. She was a pleasure to work with and seemed very happy to do her job. You guys will see for yourselves.

Purchased a refrigerator from a very knowledgeable associate who has worked in the Department for 18 yrs. It was as if he knew exactly what we were looking for. He even gave us tips on Mass Save rebates for disposal of our old still working refrigerator.

Good store. Can be a little difficult to get customer service even when its not busy. But they almost always have what you need.

I have been shopping here for years as a contractor !! I used Tony at the service desk as of last year he left and now there is no customer service anymore I was treated so unkindly and extremely awful by kaylee who was nothing but extremely rude and even told me she wasn’t gonna help me and I had to wait 4-6 hours to have the stuff loaded on my truck !! Me and my father were horrified as she sat up on the counter talking to her friend as we walked away looking for someone to help!!! We will now use Lowe’s this was it for me !!!

Amazing. I was separated from my girlfriend for 5 minutes and one of the helpful employees paged her for me. I got to see my girlfriends embarrassment as she marched across the store to help me find a rake.

My husband paid $25 dollars for a beautiful bonsai not too long ago and it declined right away. He was able to return it and get his money back but I was just there today and guess what was back on the shelf being sold for $25? You guessed it. The same dying bonsai. Be wary of spending your hard earned money on their houseplants.

Building a new deck, was happy and surprise by the level of service received by staff member that were not from that department. The two staff members my partner and I spoke to were helpful and willing to use there limited knowledge to provide help. One member of staff show us a website were we can get a visual of the things we need, that will also help us with pricing. He also pointed us in the direction where we can look at trex samples to pick from. The second member of staff knew a bit about the trex and help us pick out the ones that best suited out project. She also told us about the bid room that could possible save us money, the delivery system so we wont have to rent a truck to haul all of the materials and the credit card which we applied for. All in all we spent about 30 min, maybe less in the store and came away with useful information and a positive experience. Great location, great staff. Hands down will be returning for all of my future projects. Thank you Wilbraham staff.

I love this store anyways, so Im likely a bit biased for a real review... However I will give it a five-star because it had the very tool I was looking for and on sale no less! This is not my typical home Depot and I ran in for essentials got in and out in record time with absolutely everything on my list... Way to go East Springfield home Depot!

They have a better selection than lowes in my opinion. Went to buy some Mothers Day Flowers. Scored with some beautiful succulent arrangements in a beautiful bowl. The succulents were huge. Great garden selections.

Went to lowes for electrical parts. Nothing. Went to home depot they had everything I needed and even an employee to help me find them.

Very similar to Lowes. Know what u r looking for before u go there. Very hard to find someone to help u. Always understaffed and some of the staff may not be the most knowledgeable. They do carry a wide variety of home improvement goods. Priced good on some items high on others so be aware of what stuff costs before u shop

Needed help with fencing parts. Of course employees will tell you were to look but I had a really nice young man that actually brought me to the area and found the items I needed.Wish I could give you his name.Home depot is lucky to have an employee that is so caring and respectful to help a customer!

Managers at this store are not helpful and we almost lost $200 in a gift card. They made us jump through hoops and even said we need to make a police report?? They are not aware of the company policies, apparently there are issues currently with the gift card system but we were never told and were told to deal with it ourselves. If it wasn’t for our pushing the issue and finally getting into contact with the main offices then we would have lost $200, this took 2 months. They need to be better informed and actually have a desire to help not give people a run around. Managers here need better training and be more informed with what’s going on at their company.

Your best bet for lumber is kelly Fradet. Your best choice for brick is a specialty supply. Go to a local garden supply for your nursery items. Stop giving power to these places as they are too big for their own good and the employees are still underpaid. Stop giving this place so much power. They are the reason for the price hikes. They x the little guys and raise prices because you increase demand. Think before you shop

I was able to find the counter stove I wanted, and was even a dollar cheaper than at the previous store I went to. Hey, a dollar is a dollar jajaja Customer service was excellent in the appliance department. Even with multiple people waiting, I didnt feel rushed during the purchase. He was also able to answer all of my questions.

Top notch hardware spot everybody has theirs I just seem to think the Depot has a little more than everybody else so most of the time I go there instead I having to take the chance of going multiple places

BE AWARE OF BUYING GIFT CARDS! I purchased a gift card with cash at Home Depot as a house warming gift . When the individuals went to use it the cashier told them that there was a zero balance on the card. We sent them the receipt to prove that it was purchased from the Home Depot and that there was money put on the card. They ended having us call customer service and all these other numbers which provided us with no help. After some minor investigation we were told that the gift card was purchased from a weird register, which made no sense since we had the name of the person and location we purchased from. Customer service was not beneficial at all!So disappointing. I will not be purchasing gift cards from them ever again.

During this time of coronavirus, this is THE go to store to get it done.The best delivery system of all the hardware stores.Theyve been able to maintain a reasonable stock of pressure treated wood throughout my deck project.Their online presence and delivery blows Lowes away.Their curbside pickup does too.If you HAVE to go in the store the employees are all wearing their masks properly. You wont see THAT at Lowes.

Very pleased with service. During pandemic and busy store they closed the lane and took down the pallet of wood i needed quickly. Unlike another place that would have you waiting an hour. Wood department employee was very helpful.

Ordered on line on Saturday for curb side pickup. No contact from store on Sunday, nothing on Monday, nothing on Tuesday (even though everything I ordered was in stock). I called on Tuesday night, associate said yes your order is ready. Computer glitch is why you didnt get notified. Ok. I go next day, Wednesday, at five. Call and they say they will be right out. 1 hour later. Nothing. I call again. Person says my order will be right out. 15 more minutes, I go in and ask about my order. Oh it wasnt ready sir, we are picking it now. Terrible experience. Manager couldnt do anything except say sorry and things are crazy. Nothing to make up for the time they wasted with three different chances to tell me that my order wasnt ready before wasting my time.

I bought a new hot water tank and when having it installed my plumber realized that it was missing a part. There was a whole in the cardboard before it came off the shelf! My plumber charged me $50 for the part! I went to your store with the ripped box and my receipt and was told that they wouldnt give me my money back unless I returned the whole tank!!! The plumber who they list the number for quoted me a price of $600 just to walk in the door!!! And told me that I had to have an electrician there at the same time!! I asked if they would pay to remove it?? They said no! They told me to call the company who makes it.... im very disappointed and may just start going to Lowes instead...

Super helpful crew this morning! They went out of thier way to get me what I needed.

I took a shower yesterday and when I turned the handle to shut the water off, the handle kept turning but the shower would not shut off. I have a Moen shower unit. I called a plumber who to me that the Moen shower unit I have takes a 1222 cartridge. I went to Home Depot and purchased the cartridge for $46.48. I installed the cartridge myself and it works great. Had a plumber installed the part, it probably would have cost me $100-$200. Thank you Home Depot for having the available part. Incidentally, the plumber was referred to me by a close friend.

Bill from the appliance department has no idea what he’s doing. Told him to cancel a stove order that was on back order for another 3 weeks instead he cancels my refrigerator order that was suppose to come in this week. After that proceeds to bs me that he can’t just undo an order. Waited 2 and a half weeks and I still don’t have a refrigerator and a stove. Terrible customer service I don’t understand how someone like that can be even employed there. Losing Home Depot money plain and simple.

I was disappointed today. I was looking for carriage bolts and the selection was not re-stocked, which could be understandable in light of CV19 but what was there was a complete mess. Sizes all mixed together and in the wrong category, zinc with galvanized. Of course the employees didnt mess them! 😞

Went in looking for stain to do a small home decor project. The gentleman working the paint section was a extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgeable! Its so nice when you find someone who provides this level of service at what is likely a min wage job ... Thanks thanks to him for being such a professional at his job!!!
