Should have looked at the reviews before ordering from this location. Absolutely terrible service, I ordered over a $100 worth of gifts for my Mothers Birthday. Chocolates and a balloon showed up, NO flowers. I asked the driver where the flowers were, and she said she didnt have them in her car and the place was closed so she would have her manager contact me. Three days go by, no one called me. I called on Monday 5/24, the lady who answered said she was sorry, and she did give her manager the message and not sure why he didnt call. She said he would call at 9am Tuesday morning. 9:30am comes around still no call. I call back, a man answers the phone very rude, doesnt apologize, NOTHING! says, OH YOU WANT A REFUND? ... Refunds me back for the flowers, still no apology or anything. Terrible way to treat your customers, I will NEVER order from your location again, you ruined my Mother’s birthday gift that we looked forward too. Do yourself a favor and order from West Springfield, I am not sure how this location is still in business.****Corporate wanted me to contact them. So I emailed them yesterday from their comment below... I said what more would you like from me? They stated that they were just going to send my comments over to the manager of that location. LOL the same manager who I stated in my review had no remorse for the mistake that was made by them, you guys are a joke.

IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD, ordered an arrangment for my mom, the fruit was not topped like i ordered! I call customer service they agree to do a refund since they were closed the following day, then i get a call from THE MISERABLE MANAGER PAM!! Offering me 4 slices of apple that I HAD TO GO GET!! (WHICH I DIDNT) & Then she hangs up the phone on me after telling me she’s not giving me a refund! I call customer service & apparently theres nothing they can do!! I wish i would have read the reviews on this place before hand!! And the corporate is even worst, how do you not have authority over a store manager?? I will never order from this location again

Pam should fix her customer servicing skills. I placed an order and stated “kindly deliver by 10:30 AM.” I received a call from Pam, who stated that her driver would not make it there on time, this is acceptable I understand that their business needed to contact me to discuss. I provided an additional time 11-11:30 would this be acceptable. Pam stated that they can’t their driver arrives after 11. Ok I understand that as well. Due to work we were unable to go get the package and deliver it. When we contact her to cancel And apologized for any inconvenience, she immediately placed me on hold, when she got back on the line she gave me a lecture on how “we can’t just...” completed the refund. I wished her a great day, she replies “yea u too.” Honestly if you hate your job that much don’t do it. Very unprofessional. Not once did she state something like, here is what we can do for you, or these are the times we can deliver. She was just so negative. I have ordered from here before which is why I did not give it a 1 star, but Pam is really not helping the business with her attitude.

My mom got my husband the chocolate covered pineapples for his bday. They were yummy but HALF the size of last year. Will try a different location next time and if they are the same size I/she will never order from Edible Arrangements again. $30 for 12 pineapples a quarter of an inch thick?? No thanks!

So this is the second time when I let them do the delivery, which I paid for, something went wrong. The first time my clients never got it. They did give me another which I hand delivered myself. The most recent time, my clients werent home and they left it by the door. Unfortunately, the box of cookies got eaten by something. If they are going to leave food, they should put it in a cardboard box or something to make sure stray animals dont eat it. When I called to complain, he told me to call back tomorrow when the manager is there. Never get delivery at the Wilbraham store!!!

I wish I read reviews before ordering. I placed an order a week ahead of time. I kept going to get an update on status. Its 4 pm and since 11 am it has been saying preparing. So once I went to the web page and read the reviews I was a bit nervous. Just under $100 dollars. I wanted all working to enjoy it. So I called the store and said what status was saying. He said. Oh that batch goes out next. Right now they are doing Chicopee and Springfield. When the driver returns then they are doing Ludlow. Now I just have to hope it arrives before they close. Lesson learned. Read reviews first

So first, I had to wait about 10 minutes picking up cause there was a line.. absolutely no big deal. I get inside, give the lady my name, and she tells me they dont have anymore of the popcorn bags that came with my bouquet. I asked if I could just get refunded the money for it and she tells me no, she can only give me a chocolate pop instead. So I said okay, little irritated at this point because there was no apologies given and a total lack of customer service. I get out and get in my car and notice now that the balloon isnt even the balloon I ordered, there was supposed to be a chocolate pop in the bouquet and there wasnt, on top of the vase I had ordered wasnt the same! I called the place 35 TIMES cause at this point there was a GIANT line that I was trying to avoid waiting in again. Absolutely no answer, it would show the phone line was busy sometimes and then the other times it would just ring and ring with no answer. So I wait in line AGAIN for about 20 minutes at this point and when i go in, I tell her about the pop and she gives it to me. STILL NO APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OR MESS UP. I tell her about the balloon and vase and she says yeah we ran out of that too. You should be happy with the one we gave you cause the other ones are made of tin and not even ceramic. Seriously???? STILL no apologies or consideration for their mistake and lack of products. I will NEVER order from this one and will ALWAYS go to west Springfield now. Horrible customer service and experience!

Placed an order on a saturday for a monday delivery around 5 pm On monday I called the store and they said my order was made and all deliveries are out and I would absolutely have it today. Well four hours later no delivery and phone was on a constant busy signal. When they open again tomorrow and call I will be canceling the order as it is no longer fresh. Awful customer service over the phone when speaking with Pam

Horrible experience in this establishment, paid 20 dollar delivery charge for a valentines gift ended up having to pick it up the next day because they never made it.When i walked in they said they tried to deliver it but nobody answered the door(that was a lie).And also the establishment is filthy and smells like old fruits!

The strawberry and the cantaloupe were not fresh. The strawberry were soggy and the cantaloupe had a funny taste to it.

Before placing the order, I called to ask if they could deliver after 3pm and they said yes, but that was not what happened. I was tried to make the delivery before 3pm and the person was not there to receive it. They left and then returned at about 4pm and the fruit arrangement didnt look good and they didnt make the order as I had ordered it. I did not like the service. If I could give it zero star I would.
